Surprisingly good. Just the a/c wasn't strong enough or might have broken down and we slept through the night in sweat. But everything else - I couldn't complain nor find any issue to pick on with the price we were charged.

The hotel staff were sweet and helpful. They offered a tea service for guests, which was such a lovely touch. The hotel owner used to run a tea factory before opening the hotel, so the tea they serve is their own in-house production. When they served it, it wasn’t just a cup of tea handed to us, but they led us to the seating area, sat down, and prepared the tea right there for us. We could slowly sip and savor it until the flavor faded. If you come here, you can enjoy it as soon as you arrive or later (we arrived in the afternoon but saved it for the next morning). Another thing that really impressed me was the room, which was much nicer than I expected from the pictures. I was traveling with older family member, and they absolutely loved the room. It felt spacious and cozy thanks to its design and layout. At first, I thought we might have been upgraded, but it didn’t seem so—this was the original room I had booked. The hotel grounds are also quite spacious. Some of the buildings are designed with traditional Chinese architecture, and there’s a garden on a hillside at the back that took us around 30 minutes to walk through. As for the breakfast, it was decent—plenty of food, though the variety was fairly standard. Still, I’ve got to say this again—the tea served at the hotel was great. They even gave us a box of tea leaves when we checked out! If you’re coming from the train station, it’s easy to reach the hotel by bus. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel, and routes 2, 3, and 520 pass by. However, buses stop running fairly early, with the last ones around 5–6 PM. Conveniently, the bus stop has a QR code you can scan to track the buses in real time.

入住十分滿意，是獨棟房間，很安靜，推開房門就是室外啦，早晨起來空氣清新，環境優美。房間裏温暖乾淨舒適，枕頭床品也很好睡，這兩天陰天但是房間裏一點也不潮濕，度假區裏去哪裡都有接駁車接送。服務經理小熊（**勛）特別熱情周到，什麼問題都能及時解答，特別感謝。下次還要來住茶聖。

El hotel está situado en el borde de la ciudad y a pie del Museo de Ceramics, el lugar perfecto para relajarse. También es una muy rápida caminación del aeropuerto. La comida era excelente, la vista era increíble y el servicio era excelente. ¡Me quedaré aquí la próxima vez que llegue a Jingdezhen!

We stayed at Lushan West Sea Resort at the end of June this year and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We booked a pool villa with sea views and were blown away by the quality and size of the villa, the beautiful private pool and of course the sea view. The service and care we received at the resort was very good. We were a bit worried on our first night, as when we went to the restaurant the wait staff kept telling us that they did not have any of the dishes we wanted to order available. From a multiple page menu, it seemed that only a few items were actually available. Luckily, our driver, Vincent, who helped us get around the resort came to the rescue and came up with a plan. He helped communicate with the chef to develop a menu for our stay which had all the items that would be available. He then helped us to pre-order our dinners each night to guarantee the food we wanted would be ready on our arrival. We also want to mention that once we arrived at the restaurant each night, our waitress, Laura, provided us with amazing service. She was always friendly and attended to our needs with a smile. We are looking forward to visiting again in the future.

The main entrance is inspiring. Front desk was extremely helpful. As I would’ve expected from Shangri-La the room was exceptional. The view was wonderful picture of the river. I was disappointed with the Chinese restaurant second floor, where we ate dinner and I was also disappointed with breakfast offering at the Horizon club on the 32nd floor. Dinner early they were out of seven dishes that we selected they were still on the menu to choose from incomprehensible. At breakfast the staff at the Horizon club was very attentive, however, the food selection was sparse, and while quite fresh, was less than expected. Hotel 5 Stars. Restaurants 3 stars. Hotel staff and restaurant staff 5 stars

On the mountain
地理位置優越，遇到的每一位工作人員服務態度都沒話講，回來拿寄存行李的時候工作人員還主動詢問是不是要幫忙送到索道口；每天晚上七點下面的酒吧有廬山戀放映，看完會去差不多八點半，正好踩着點到軍官餐廳，沒想到他們還是接待了我們，並且主動幫我們把菜送到了房間。入住的話是有送兩張100-20的代金券，不過特價菜品不能用，那個魚刺很多不吃辣的話不推薦。早餐供應衹在八點到九點有點趕。 屋內設施很新，保存的很好，加濕器和暖氣都在運行中，提供了一次性馬桶墊，而且附帶的也是訂製的小木梳。

La primera impresión que entra en el hotel, la falta de la típica voz Hilton y el aspecto de 5 estrellas en general. El hotel es un hotel de 5 estrellas, pero no tiene un ambiente de 5 estrellas. La piscina estaba bien, pero con un gimnasio pequeño y bastante aburrido junto a la puerta. El bufete de cena era bueno y por el precio que incluía el flujo libre de un vino rojo mediocre SA y cerveza no hay mucho que quejarse de. La parte más pobre fue el desayuno y eso fue deprimente, especialmente para alguien que esperaba un poco de calidad occidental y Hilton, pobre selección de pan. It’s ok to have a limited selection but at least make the limited selection good and fresh og the day, don’t serve 2 days old bread, that is unacceptable.

作為五星級酒店從業者本次體驗如下（僅供參考）： 1.首先非常感謝前台汪瑩小姐姐，上午到酒店幫忙安排提前入住，安排的江景房位置很不錯景色很好，讓我有足夠的時間休息後出去遊玩。 2.其次也要感謝全日餐廳及行政酒廊，服務很棒，拌粉不愧是特色真的真的好香，咖啡豆用的不錯。 3.客房阿姨很有禮貌，見到我們會主動打招呼。 4.酒店位置很不錯，去哪玩都很方便。 5.説一下略微不足的點吧： （1）房間打掃的很乾凈，但是有一點點黴味（一方面是酒店開的時間有點久一方面是臨湖潮濕） （2）行政禮遇是有歡迎水果的，並沒有贈送。房間迷你吧是空的（可能酒店就是這樣規定？）
