«I stayed at this hotel near the airport, which has a good location, decent food, and a pleasant environment. However, this time the service was really poor. This month, I stayed here 5 times for work, but I only received proper front desk service on 2 occasions. The other times, there was no one at the reception to greet or assist me. When I extended my stay, the room cleaning was done poorly/incompletely. They also often failed to restock the minibar. Additionally, there was rarely an English-speaking staff member at the reception. The staff would speak to me in Chinese even when I approached them, which felt quite rude. This made it very difficult to order food to the room. Because of these issues, I have decided not to stay here again.»

«This resort feels like an oasis in the middle of the desert. Beautiful, spacious, impeccably clean, and every bit deserving of its 5-star reputation. Our room was comfortable, spotless, and thankfully free from any cigarette smell. The laundry room was another pleasant surprise, equipped with new and well-maintained washers and dryers, with detergent provided for guests' convenience. All meals are included and served in the dining hall, making the stay truly hassle-free. The food was consistently good, with hotpot available for dinner. Drinks, snacks, and refreshments were also available throughout the day. It would be difficult to leave this place without gaining a little weight! 😜 Given the size of the resort, guests may occasionally need to use the resort's transportation to get around. Fortunately, the waiting time was minimal, and we were able to travel between locations quickly and efficiently. One minor drawback of the resort's impressive size is the walking distance to some rooms. The accommodation blocks are built in a circular layout, and our room happened to be located on the opposite side from the escalator landing. This meant walking past nearly 50 rooms every time we returned to our room. While this could be inconvenient, we did notice that the rooms closer to the escalator often had a noticeable cigarette smell in the corridor. By contrast, our section at the far end was completely free of smoke odours, which made the extra walk worthwhile. Whether these were designated non-smoking rooms, I'm not entirely sure. What truly sets this resort apart is the range of activities and entertainment on offer. Guests can enjoy camel rides, ATV adventures, flying fox rides, guided stargazing walks, and nightly concerts and performances complete with spectacular fireworks displays. 🌌🐪🏍️🎆 For those looking for a Club Med-style, all-inclusive holiday with a unique desert setting, I would highly recommend this resort. It offers a memorable experience that combines comfort, adventure, entertainment, and excellent food in one remarkable destination.»
