«This resort feels like an oasis in the middle of the desert. Beautiful, spacious, impeccably clean, and every bit deserving of its 5-star reputation. Our room was comfortable, spotless, and thankfully free from any cigarette smell. The laundry room was another pleasant surprise, equipped with new and well-maintained washers and dryers, with detergent provided for guests' convenience. All meals are included and served in the dining hall, making the stay truly hassle-free. The food was consistently good, with hotpot available for dinner. Drinks, snacks, and refreshments were also available throughout the day. It would be difficult to leave this place without gaining a little weight! 😜 Given the size of the resort, guests may occasionally need to use the resort's transportation to get around. Fortunately, the waiting time was minimal, and we were able to travel between locations quickly and efficiently. One minor drawback of the resort's impressive size is the walking distance to some rooms. The accommodation blocks are built in a circular layout, and our room happened to be located on the opposite side from the escalator landing. This meant walking past nearly 50 rooms every time we returned to our room. While this could be inconvenient, we did notice that the rooms closer to the escalator often had a noticeable cigarette smell in the corridor. By contrast, our section at the far end was completely free of smoke odours, which made the extra walk worthwhile. Whether these were designated non-smoking rooms, I'm not entirely sure. What truly sets this resort apart is the range of activities and entertainment on offer. Guests can enjoy camel rides, ATV adventures, flying fox rides, guided stargazing walks, and nightly concerts and performances complete with spectacular fireworks displays. 🌌🐪🏍️🎆 For those looking for a Club Med-style, all-inclusive holiday with a unique desert setting, I would highly recommend this resort. It offers a memorable experience that combines comfort, adventure, entertainment, and excellent food in one remarkable destination.»

«El hotel es único. Los niños estaban muy contentos y decían que vivían en un palacio. Si vienes a Manzhouli, no te pierdas el Hotel Matryoshka. La habitación es muy amplia, el piso es alto y las instalaciones son muy elegantes. Se nota que el diseño del hotel es excelente. Un buen hotel también necesita una buena gestión. Se recomienda mejorar la higiene del restaurante y optimizar el desayuno. Cientos de personas se reúnen a la vez para comer. Por muy ricos que sean los platos, no son muy apetitosos, y el desperdicio de comida también es grave.»

«這次從上海出發自駕烏蘭布統，全程我們最期待的就是這家酒店～ 先説服務，服務非常熱情周到細緻，可以説是非常“卷”（褒義）。趁着有空，幫忙把我洗衣機的衣服送進烘乾機。烘衣服，甚至還給客人疊好了送回房間。各方面的服務都很好，很多例子不一一列舉。 總之作為一個走南闖北的用户，我可以很負責地説，這家酒店的服務非常專業用心認真負責。 再説餐飲。早餐自助，內容非常豐富，環境很舒適。午餐可以點菜吃，量很大，口味很好（我家對吃的要求不算低了），晚餐我們吃了額爾敦牛肉火鍋，量也足夠了，吃不完的。酒店建議我們買2份，夠我們一家三口吃。確實也是沒吃完。由於我們帶了狗，不適合室內用餐，所以安排我們在室外火鍋，意外收穫最美夕陽！風景無敵，心情舒暢！ 第三點就是房間內部，房間裝修絕對的豪華酒店標準，乾淨，舒適，配了一次性泡澡袋和一次性浴巾等，洗護用品也很好。 本次烏蘭布統自駕遊，最最最滿意的就是這家酒店！已經瘋狂安利給身邊朋友們～也許有機會約上好幾家一起自駕烏蘭布統長調棲所！ 還有自己的咖啡館，草原上也能喝到正兒八經的咖啡☕️！建議商家可以定製自己咖啡館名字的咖啡杯，出片自帶logo！ 對了，晚上還有篝火晚會，打鐵花，煙花！超級嗲！非常用心的節目（不是那種水的節目） 一定要去深度體驗這個酒店的好！深入草原，出房間就是大草原！寫不完，根本寫不完～我家孩子也説特別滿意👍»

«As expected from Wanda, the hotel was great! However, we didn't have a good experience at the receptionist. The staff was talking about us in Mandarin thinking that we do not understand Mandarin. She even help their own local to check-in while she is still holding on to our passports and doing the administrative work, which we feel that it was rather unprofessional. She was already processing our IDs and then she went to assist another person to check-in and then complete our check-in process. This has resulted us to check-in rather late. She was sighing throughout the whole process. This service is definitely not what we expected from Wanda. After giving us our rooms, the worst thing is there is only ONE bed when we travel up to check in. We have to come back all the way down for the same lady to change our rooms once again. Breakfast buffet, i think it could be better! There are quite a number of local food which is rather tasty. It wasnt something i will go a second time. Location was quite far from the main attractions.»

«El entorno del hotel es muy bueno, hay hábitos interurbanos de vivir entre las ciudades, se abre nuevamente, pero el estacionamiento subterráneo no tiene una tarjeta, no sé qué eléctrico está en el hotel, y luego se va a echar **!! Buscar el hotel en 10 minutos! No hay otras deficiencias! La próxima vez volverá a elegir»

«El hotel presume de una fachada magnífica y una vista nocturna deslumbrante. Las habitaciones están bien equipadas, limpias y cómodas, lo que garantiza un descanso reparador. El desayuno fue abundante e incluyó especialidades de Mongolia Interior como sopa de vísceras de cordero, olla caliente de té con leche y shumai. En general, fue una estancia muy agradable.»
