1- Había manchas de jabón en la habitación, obviamente sin limpiar. 2- Había media botella de agua en el refrigerador y no estaba limpia. 3- El sensor de humo del techo parpadeó después de apagar las luces, y el intervalo fue de 6 segundos. 4- El convertidor del cabezal de la ducha estaba dañado y no podía cambiar el modo de flujo de agua. 5- La cremallera de la cerradura mecánica de la puerta no tenía una y no se podía cerrar desde adentro. 6- La actitud de servicio de la señorita en la recepción fue dura. We had an outstanding stay at this hotel. We stayed in a double room with Mountain View and the room was packed with lots of water and toiletries! They also gave us free fruit on the first day. All the staff from the house cleaners, front desk clerks, ski pass clerks, to the boys at the ski rental equipment desk were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a large assortment and an omelette station, yum! The gym was really nice and large but only had one yoga mat. The pool area was good but the small heated pool was rather luke warm. Best thing was this was a ski in and ski out hotel we didn’t have to leave it everything we needed to rent and do was right here! Also the Chinese restaurant on the top floor was SO delicious and staff again were so nice! Definitely coming back here for our yearly ski trips

**Hotel Review: Aesthetic Excellence Overshadowed by Comfort Failures** Our recent stay at this supposedly 5-star hotel left us with mixed feelings. While the hotel clearly invested heavily in aesthetics, creating a visually stunning environment that looks fantastic in photos, the design seemed to prioritize form over function, ultimately compromising our comfort. Sadly, this became a deal-breaker for us. The most glaring issue was the room's ventilation and temperature control—or lack thereof. We visited in early March, and the entire building was excessively heated. Despite being from a tropical country and accustomed to warm weather, I found myself sweating in shorts and a singlet. The staff, though polite and eager to help, seemed powerless to address the issue. They provided us with a small portable AC unit, which was better than nothing, but it was clear from their demeanor that this was a recurring problem for guests. Sleeping was a nightmare. The only way to cool the room slightly was to keep the windows open, but this meant having the blinds and curtains up, allowing outside noise and light to flood in. The choice was between sleeping in a sauna-like environment or enduring the disturbances from outside. Needless to say, we had a terrible night's sleep and were relieved to check out after just one night. On a positive note, the service was impeccable. The staff truly deserve recognition for their efforts to assist guests despite the limitations they faced. The breakfast spread was also a highlight—delicious, varied, and reasonably priced, especially if you inform them in advance about adding breakfast to your stay. The room amenities were top-notch, and the spaciousness of the room added to the overall sense of luxury. We got a family suite which was plenty spacious and came with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 bathtubs and a living area. However, these positives couldn’t outweigh the discomfort caused by the poor temperature regulation. During our trip, we stayed in four different cities across China, and this was the only hotel that lacked proper air conditioning and heating controls. For a 5-star establishment, this is a significant oversight. In conclusion, while the hotel excels in aesthetics, service, and amenities, the lack of a well-thought-out solution for room temperature is a major drawback. Management needs to address this issue with a long-term fix. After all, no matter how beautiful a hotel looks, it’s hard to appreciate it when you can’t get a good night’s rest.

The resort’s free access to an amusement park, water park, and hot springs made it ideal for family trips. The private beach was pristine and peaceful, offering a truly relaxing retreat. Reception and housekeeping staff were all very friendly. A special shout-out to 《Joy》, the only English-speaking staff member, who provided immense help throughout our stay—making our family trip even more enjoyable! It was a flawless resort experience.
