«Hotel bien situado, con habitación amplia , cama muy cómoda y servicio de habitaciones diario. Las instalaciones están un poco antiguas para ser un hotel de 5 estrellas, habitación de basuras a la vista , mobiliario clásico.
Hotel enfocado al 100% para turistas rusos, está todo puesto en su idioma, los trabajadores hablan ruso y chino pero nada de español y poco inglés. Zona habilitada con excursiones pero todo en ruso, deberían tener en cuenta que pueden venir turistas de otros países.
Lo único que NO me gustó del hotel fue el desayuno buffet, era todos los días lo mismo, la comida era de muy baja calidad, los zumos muy malos de máquina, igual que la bollería industrial, pan blando , la verdad que deberían subir la calidad de los productos.»
