The second time I came to Sofitel Hotel, It's really a great stay experience.Victor and Flora at the front desk are really great.Presented New Year gifts and fruits, and upgraded the room.

Room: Stayed on the 27th floor in one of the executive rooms and it definitely was not executive. Luxury was definitely lacking as most of the interior in the bathroom/shower bath area was old and in need of help. The closet was so dusty inside too. However the room itself was nice enough with a big enough bed and a good view of the city. Complimentary fruit was there on arrival but compared to other executive rooms in hotels it missed the personal touch. The executive lounge on the 30th floor was fine enough with cakes, salad and some hot dishes alongside fruit and beverages. Would be nice if they offered wine though. Staff: staff here are wonderful. Very attentive and cheerful. Cleaners, waiters, reception and everything in between- all lovely people. Breakfast. The breakfast buffet is the highlight. Absolutely delicious and such a wide variety of to choose. Western and Chinese dishes are available with plenty of fruit and bakery items too. Fantastic. Location: Easy enough to reach plenty of attractions and snack street is very close by. Overall a pleasant stay.

Esta vez vine a Guiyang para alojarme en un total de dos hoteles, cuando llegué el 29/6 me alojé en el Great Cross Atour, el precio actual de una cama doble es 3 veces el precio de alojarse a fines de junio, así que volví para considerar reservar otro hotel, Huang Guoshu conoció a un amigo que se quedó en Kempinski y dijo que era bueno, así que también reservé. El hotel solo necesitaba toallas de baño con agua tipo almohada y respondimos rápidamente, ¡el servicio fue realmente bueno! Jugamos un mes con más equipaje, y varios conserjes nos dieron permiso para mover nuestro equipaje. We booked the executive room. The room is very huge. The view is perfect we seem the highest building in this area. The sunrise view is perfect too. The toilet is very big with separate bath and shower place. I suggest put some bath salt and shampoo/ shower gel there. Staffs are very friendly. The lounge is very good too, with small portion of steaks, drinks, salad and desserts. However, there’s no plugs in the toilet area, we have to go out to find plug for drying hair. It’s a bit inconvenient.

This boutique hotel is very well managed and provides a top quality environment and exceptional service that rivals even international 5 star hotels. We were impressed. From pre arrival to departure at the train station, the team follows up closely to ensure you’re well looked after - and if there is ever any question, anyone in the team is very swift to respond. The property sits midway of the village and is situated on higher ground, providing an expansive view overlooking other houses. In room, they clearly spare no effort providing very good quality fittings. The breakfast spread didn’t disappoint and is a very decent array of local and western options. The one highlight and very considerate gesture provided by the hotel was bringing in a private demonstration of Dong cultural singing. The close interaction with these cultural ambassadors was invaluable and very much enjoyable. Lastly thank you to the amazing team running the hotel like clock work including Mr Chen, 小石，小龙 and everyone else whom i interacted with but didn’t get a chance to know all your names! Thank you once again and I look forward to the next time!

Room was clean but had a bit smoke smells. Would appreciate more if completely non-smoke. Front deck and all staffs were very accommodating. Location was good with minor issue on the noise of trains pass by in the back. Would be better if hotel installs sound proof windows. Overall it was a pleasant stay and would stay there future

Our concierge Alex, greeted us with warm smiles and helped us with everything thing that we needed. He ensured that our stay was comfortable, checked up on us in case we needed anything and was always available if need be. If I had to rate all of my stays in hotels throughout my life, I would definitely say that Maison Albar comes out on top. Their customer service is so phenomenal from the moment you enter to the moment that you leave. If I could live out of any hotel for the rest of my life, I’d choose this one. We stayed here for an occasion - a birthday celebration. We received complimentary drinks, cakes as well as dishes when we went for their exceptional 7-course fine dining experience. Eric, the manager of the restaurant makes sure to tell you what you’re eating, makes sure that you’re comfortable and makes sure that you don’t have any needs because everything is met before asking for anything. The room itself is meticulously clean, spacious they provide you with high end amenities, complimentary stocked up fridge and Maison Margiela products that leaves you with a naturally perfumed scent. I also love the the daily fruit, beverages and afternoons snacks that they leave in your room. If you are still feeling peckish after all this, you can pop into their French bakery on the ground floor, just in case you wanted an extra indulgence. Also, please also try out their delectable breakfast buffet spread. Thank you to the staff at Maison Albar for making us feel welcomed, comfortable and special.

Fanjing Mountain Qixi Resort Hotel está ubicado al pie de la montaña Fanjing, con una ubicación estratégica y una ubicación muy conveniente. Good location. Room is good size with bath tub, separate shower and toilet. Breakfast caters to both Chinese and Western tastes. Check-in and check-out process is smooth because my timing is at odd hours.

如果沒記錯應該是最便宜的一家安納塔拉，之前入住的布吉、曼谷、海南（現在改為鹿回頭）都印象深刻，毫不猶豫的選擇這邊，距離市區35號公里，記得要租車。 酒店靠山坡而建，環境無可挑剔，但如果住過海南的就會有點恍惚，佈局、户型基本相同，但房型設計相當合理，進門就可以換鞋，不會踩臟內部。 大堂進門的玄關是我見過的酒店裡最長的，但走着走着度假感就來了，莫名的放鬆下來。 服務的話還有提高的空間，服務員有些木納，着裝也有些鬆垮，衣釦不扣，穿運動鞋的不在少數 房間內棉拖都是給的小號的，需要和前台溝通才給，細節上還有很多提升的空間 整體來説還是不錯的選擇。

Me quedé en el New World Guiyang para el cumpleaños de mis amigos, aunque vivo en Guiyang. Cuando llegué al personal era muy amable y bienvenido, mejor de todo, había alguien que hablaba inglés, que creo que es muy importante. La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, cerca del mirador y de la parada del autobús lanzadera en la parte delantera. Puedes disfrutar de la mejor vista del pueblo Miao. Puedes ver tanto la vista nocturna como la vista matutina con niebla desde tu habitación y no necesitas salir. El servicio de transporte también es bueno. El personal 胡胡 nos atendió muy bien y fue muy servicial y atento. Muy recomendable 👍

This boutique hotel presents an amazing surprise in the depths of the Miao Village. The rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art Smart Home systems. For example, one could control the curtains and lighting with verbal commands—in mandarin. There was a slide and ball pit in our room, which was a bonus. The bathtub is one of the largest offerings we have encountered and come with a herbal bath services that is included with the booking fee. Whilst the hotel doesn’t have round-the-clock room service, one could ask the front desk for help with food orders by means of a local food delivery app. Our McDonalds order arrived within half an hour. The hotel provides Miao traditional clothes for guests to wear and take photos, free of charge. Last but not least, the hotel rooms provide a beautiful and unblocked view of the Miao village and the mountainous terrain. The hotel crew that we met were extremely helpful, and would help provide additional lighting for night photo shoots, carry your bags, and also bring food to your room. Xiao Ning, Xiao Hai and Xiao Kai were really wonderful hotel staff who went the extra mile to make our stay most comfortable and memorable. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

出乎預料的住宿體驗！位置非常好，離大瀑布遊客中心僅200米。訂的雙床陽台房，兩張1.5米的大床非常適合一家三口入住。房間設計很有品味，衞生狀況也特別好，屬於難得的即好看又好住的民宿。小朋友很喜歡院子裏的鞦韆（他很愛的上海養雲安縵同款）。早餐是亮點，選擇不少，且餐食質量非常高。服務更是要重點表揚，所有員工都訓練有素，尤其是前台戴眼鏡的姑娘管家小何，和風細雨般的周到服務為我們提供了超級棒的入住體驗。本來衹訂了一晚，入住後果斷延了一晚。

新開酒店，設施很新，房間很温馨。早餐種類不多，但非常精緻，每一樣都好吃。酒店每天9-17點提供黃果樹景區的免費巴士，特別感謝司機唐師傅，特別熱情，給我們介紹了景區的遊玩順序，讓我們節省了不少時間。黃果樹瀑布離貴陽市區不算近，我們回貴陽單趟就開了將近2個小時，建議還是在黃果樹住一晚最省體力。

玩黃果樹瀑布選的這家離景區近的開元酒店，體驗感直接拉滿！還在興義的時候，管家Irene楊琳就聯繫我，發定位超貼心，還按我門的喜好安排了房間。酒店離景區很近，地上地下停車位多，很方便。觀景房風景超好，陽台上還有浴缸，床品舒服，衞生無可挑剔。考慮到玩的太累，臨時決定再住一晚，續住時管家還幫忙申請了優惠，超級暖。酒店早餐種類豐富，味道在線，尤其米線和麪很好吃。總之，對於家庭旅行，這家酒店適配度超高，非常滿意的一次入住。

La mayoría de los hoteles internacionales de 5 estrellas cuando tenía edad. Este hotel superó de mucho mis expectativas. El personal y el servicio son sorprendente. 這次五一假期一家三口出來耍，主要行程是去看瀑布，景區人太多了住市區這邊。酒店房間很大很乾凈，家庭套房還有浴缸🛁美滋滋！！！安順是個小城市酒店位置算在郊區，但是打車去市區也不遠，推薦自駕遊大家來這邊住（˵¯͒〰¯͒˵）

Wow! Where do I even begin…?! Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived until we left, we experienced friendliness from all the staff members. They were all always eager to help and most of them can speak a little English but the translator works wonders as well and they were all very patient with using it. We initially only booked for one night but once arriving at the hotel and seeing the premises and rooms, we knew we had to immediately book another night as it exceeded our expectations. Unfortunately, the room we were in wasn’t available for the second night but the staff upgraded us to a better room for the second night with one of the most amazing views! Breakfast was served as a buffet, it’s not very big but it has everything you need and it was delicious! There is a tea experience daily after 6:30pm where you can sit around the fire and grill some nuts, potatoes, sweet potatoes and snack on fruits while sipping on some iced white tea. On the 4th floor of the main building there is also a tea room where you can make your own tea and sip on it while enjoying the magnificent views from the viewing deck. On our second day, Jiao Jiao, the manager of the hotel, took us to the Baling River museum of bridges as well as to the viewing point of Dishuitan Waterfall. She was so helpful, friendly & kind. This hotel will forever be special to us as we got engaged here on our first night so we will definitely be back for many more visits in the future. I honestly couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. If you find yourself looking for a place to relax and unwind, look no further! Book this hotel, you won’t regret it!
