自駕遊臨時起意過來住上一晚，超出預期的一間酒店，離開以後還讓人覺得温馨。於是主動來給好評。 服務人員態度非常好，小姑娘小夥子們忙前忙後。主動給升級了房間。還專門拉了管家服務羣。 早晚兩餐都是含在房費裏，吃的簡單但是很精緻。 希望再接再厲，下次我一定要多住幾天！ Ps：本來沒想評論的，照片是隨手一拍，湊合看吧😜

特別好的一家民宿！位置在半山腰，距離觀景台衹有一分鐘的路程，可以看到千户苗寨的全景。坐在陽台上望出去超愜意，風景不輸觀景台的。民宿房間乾淨整潔，配有馬歇爾音響和超大投影布，浴室和衞生間寬敞，房間裝修有種窯洞的感覺，有質感。民宿有管家服務，我們的管家們非常熱情貼心，提前給我們發了進入苗寨到酒店的指引，並來西門接我們，還幫我們拿行李，從西門到苗寨很長的路，特別感謝他們！管家們還給我們推薦了好吃的餐廳和遊玩苗寨的線路指引，還送來了晚安甜湯，服務禮貌周到，特別好！超級推薦這家民宿！

Habitación: Me alojé en la planta 27, en una de las habitaciones ejecutivas, y definitivamente no lo era. Le faltaba lujo, ya que la mayor parte del interior del baño/ducha era viejo y necesitaba reformas. El armario también estaba muy polvoriento. Sin embargo, la habitación en sí era bastante agradable, con una cama grande y buenas vistas de la ciudad. Había fruta de cortesía a la llegada, pero en comparación con otras habitaciones ejecutivas de hoteles, le faltaba ese toque personal. El salón ejecutivo en la planta 30 estaba bien, con pasteles, ensalada y algunos platos calientes, además de fruta y bebidas. Estaría bien que ofrecieran vino. Personal: El personal es maravilloso. Muy atento y alegre. Limpiadores, camareros, recepcionistas y todo el personal intermedio: gente encantadora. Desayuno: El desayuno buffet es lo mejor. Absolutamente delicioso y con una gran variedad para elegir. Hay platos occidentales y chinos, además de mucha fruta y productos de panadería. Fantástico. Ubicación: Fácil acceso a muchas atracciones y la calle de los aperitivos está muy cerca. En general, una estancia agradable.

El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, pero el hotel puede organizar el transporte a la ciudad que se encuentra en la puerta oriental. Si desea visitar el hotel, pregunte por el transporte al este y desde el extremo de la puerta este de la puerta occidental y de vuelta a la puerta este, póngase en contacto con el transporte al hotel.

El hotel cuenta con instalaciones completas, pero el servicio es regular. Parecen incapaces de resolver los problemas. Sin embargo, la asistencia remota de Ctrip es muy útil. Responden y solucionan los problemas con rapidez, incluso a la 1 de la madrugada.

Estación de alta velocidad, al borde de Olympic, muy tranquila. El estacionamiento es conveniente, se puede estacionar en el hotel justo abajo del ascensor, muchos lugares de coche. El personal de la recepción es muy bueno, tenemos más habitaciones reservadas en una fila de personal, nos hemos actualizado el desayuno gratis. El desayuno es bueno, la comida de bufete. La cama es lo suficientemente grande, es que el hotel tiene camas relativamente pequeñas, pero también es muy cómodo. Muchas personas que se quedan en el pasillo son muy grandes en la mañana, se sientan más aisladas, afectan la ilusión del sueño de los niños, todavía no hay problema en la noche, no hay influencia.

El Hotel Zhijin fue una experiencia fantástica. Ubicado en el casco antiguo de Pingyuan, su elegante entorno estilo jardín es particularmente encantador por la noche gracias a su hermosa iluminación. Las habitaciones eran amplias y limpias, con ropa de cama cómoda y excelente insonorización, lo que garantizaba un descanso tranquilo. El personal de recepción fue amable y atento, lo que hizo que el registro fuera eficiente. El personal fue amable y cuidó hasta el último detalle. El desayuno fue abundante y delicioso, y la comida excelente. El estacionamiento era conveniente, lo que lo convierte en un lugar perfecto para alojarse al visitar la Cueva Zhijin. En resumen, es limpio, cómodo y ofrece una excelente relación calidad-precio: una gran opción para un viaje relajante. ¡Muy recomendable!

The greatest strength of this hotel is undoubtedly its staff. Despite language barriers, everyone we encountered was friendly, patient and genuinely eager to help. A special mention must go to the hotel manager, who went far beyond what could reasonably be expected. When we were struggling with transport arrangements, he personally offered assistance and ultimately drove us to the train station himself. Only afterwards did we discover that he was actually the hotel manager, not a driver. He refused any payment and demonstrated a level of hospitality and generosity that left a lasting impression on our family. The staff also helped us order food delivery using local apps that were difficult for us as foreign visitors to navigate, communicating through translation apps whenever necessary. The hotel is conveniently located beside the Olympic Sports Centre, which was ideal for our visit to the Asian Gymnastics Championships. The rooms were spacious and clean. However, there were several aspects of the stay that prevented it from feeling truly comfortable. The surrounding area felt unusually quiet, with many restaurants and commercial spaces appearing closed, giving parts of the district a somewhat deserted atmosphere. Dining options were limited, and finding lunch or dinner nearby was often challenging. The rooms, while large, had relatively small windows, which meant there was not much natural light. The air conditioning sometimes struggled to keep the room as cool as we would have liked, and the hot water supply was inconsistent. The beds were extremely firm, and each guest was provided with only one fairly hard pillow. Some travellers may appreciate a very firm mattress, but we found it a little uncomfortable for a longer stay. Also, we were only provided with 2 bath towels even though there were 3 of us sharing a room. Overall, this is a hotel with exceptional staff and a convenient location for events at the Sports Centre. While the accommodation itself fell short of our expectations in several areas, the kindness and professionalism of the staff left us with positive memories of our visit.

The hotel design and rooms, lighting are all comfortable. Really credit to the brand four points. However, the staff ..... We have reservations for 3 rooms, however, at check in, we were only given room cards for 2 rooms.and upon correction, had to wait for the 3rd room key... At dinner, the beef soup noodles arrived one hour after we ordered, with almost no soup but a huge bowl of dry noodles, we had to ask for soup to be added... The beer order was missed. The Bolognese pasta tasted very weird that we ordered for kids, hope the meat was fresh. We asked to order a dessert from the menu and was told everything (all desserts, e.g. tiramisu, brownie, cheesecake etc) were sold out. We mentioned all these comments to the manager upon paying, and the manager merely said noted. And after 5 seconds when we were leaving she took out a cheesecake for us... We thought the desserts were sold out.... ? Thirdly, , we joined membership and asked the hotel reception to book our next stay with Sheraton at Guiyang, however to our horror after we left the hotel, we received an email saying 3 rooms at this huangguishu hotel is booked instead. We have already paid. Now we are still on our trip and had to call the hotel and ask them to cancel the wrong booking. Even though on the phone they said they would, (no apologies by the way), we still receive no confirmation on the cancellation of the wrong booking... So still have to use long distance call to reach this hotel again today. Forthly, the breakfast room and food choices are excellent. And most staff are hardworking. However, all hot water (the lemon water two hot water flasks) were left empty without top up despite requests. There was a staff funnily enough just hid in one of the breakfast rooms to avoid work.... Love four points design and hardware, but software really awkward experience.

Getting from the scenic area parking lot into any hotels in Qianhu Miao village can be very challenging. You would need to walk over 600 meters with luggage, queue for a local shuttle, and then walk or climb stairs again to reach whatever hotel you book. As a solo traveler with my young daughter and two suitcases, this initially felt overwhelming when thinking about this idea . I’m truely glad that I chose to stay with this hotel. Before we arrived, the staff proactively contacted me via WeChat and sent someone to meet us at the ticket checkpoint outside of the village to help with our luggage, and guide us onto the shuttle. This thoughtful assistance made a huge difference. The hotel’s location was perfect, right next to the viewing platform. After getting off the electric shuttle, it took only one minute walk to reach the lobby. The views from the lobby, rooftop, and room are absolutely stunning. We didn’t need to visit crowded public viewpoints — enjoying the sparkling night view of the Miao village from our room was more than enough. The Breakfast was generous and delicious, with surprisingly good coffee. A very good sour fish soup restaurant is located nearby. Every single staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely caring. They patiently taught my daughter the Miao ethnic batik indigo dye — she loved it so much that she couldn’t stop. On the fifth floor, the hotel also offers a variety of ethnic costumes for photo shoots. Even after checkout, they still helped carry our luggage all the way to the parking lot, which was truly appreciated. Although our stay was short, we could truly feel the care, attention to detail, and kindness from everyone at the hotel. Staying here felt more like being at home than at a hotel. We will definitely come back again and stay for longer. Strongly recommended!
