We got confused after we checked in and noticed that there wasn't a door into the bathroom. Called the housekeeping, and they informed that the door was removed because it was spoilt. I think its rather irresponsible to not inform beforehand. The room was changed after complaining. The new room, not sure if it's because it's winter, it's like a sauna in the room! Even the corridor is cooler than the room! There is nothing we can do to adjust the temperature and with the direct sunlight shining in, it just makes it worse. During checking in, I enquired about some day tours but the front office staff couldn't give much information. Generally, the staff are not very enthusiastic and friendly. The plus point is the location. It is about 5 mins walk from Xidan metro station. Lots of food and shopping around the hotel.

Este hotel es uno de los mejores en los que me he alojado, el personal es muy atento y las habitaciones son amplias y luminosas. El desayuno del hotel es suntuoso. Además, aunque el hotel no está muy cerca del metro, las tiendas y restaurantes en los alrededores son muy convenientes y están bastante cerca de Heshenghui. Incluso puedes cocinar tus propias comidas en la habitación y hay robots para la entrega de alimentos. Volveré a alojarme en este hotel si es necesario en el futuro, ¡y lo recomendaré encarecidamente a mis amigos! Buena relación calidad-precio, todas las instalaciones están disponibles, perfecto.

Vine aquí después de alojarme en varios hoteles en Wangfujing. De hecho, me decepcionó un poco cuando vi el vestíbulo por primera vez. En comparación con los otros dos hoteles, sentí que el vestíbulo era un poco pequeño y no lo suficientemente impresionante, pero el servicio. fue realmente bueno.  Debido a las vacaciones, la habitación salió tarde, así que primero fui al restaurante ejecutivo a tomar el té de la tarde. El personal de servicio fue muy educado durante todo el proceso. El pasillo y la sala del ascensor se sentían un poco oscuros, pero después de llegar a la habitación, me sentí muy iluminado a primera vista y me sentí relajado al instante. La habitación estaba muy limpia y el agua del baño era grande. Esto es realmente importante cuando se hospeda. en un hotel. Cuando salí a comer, limpiaron la habitación nuevamente y había muchas bebidas gratis en el refrigerador, lo cual fue muy atento.  Abajo del hotel está Taikoo Li Sanlitun. Hay muchos lugares para comer y es muy animado. Después de quedarme aquí, lo pienso de nuevo y ¡estoy muy satisfecho!

Travelled with elderly parents. This hotel is the perfect place as it has a 24 hours internal passage way to Westin Hotel which makes it easy and calm for taxi pick up and drop off. You don't have to rush as there is a proper drive thru at Westin Hotel. The 2 rooms and 2 bath was great for a family of 2 elderly parents and 1 adult. The kitchen has basic amenities such as electric stove, pots and pans, ladle, cups and saucer, coffee pod machines, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave with over feature, water boiler. Call the reception or WeChat them for additional kitchen items such as plates, bowls, fork and spoons, rice cooker, cleaning sponge, dish washing liquid. Be very detailed in what you need especially if they are non-conventional in China such as fork and spoon and the staff will try their best to source them for you. There's a 2 in 1 washing and dryer machine for laundry, request laundry soap from reception. There's also a clothes drying rack if you don't wish to use the dryer. I find its easiest to chat with the staff thru WeChat as there's an auto translate feature that we can use. Everyone was really great, from reception all the way to cleaning staff. Thank you the young man at reception who received us on 30 Dec 2024 at 4am in the morning with still a cheery face and very friendly and kind. Also thank you to cleaning lady Ms Wang Xi Yuan for asking what time is best for her to clean, she even checked the time with us. It's a quiet area because it's a financial district, so I slept very well without noise disturbance even though our room was facing the main road. The temperature was also comfortable and sensitive to our manual changes in the 2 rooms and living room. There was a steam iron machine, dehumidifier and air purifier. The metro was 15-20 minutes walk but that's ok for us as we mostly needed the taxi for my mum who can't walk far. The metro when we did use it goes straight to the Forbidden Palace and Niujie (halal community area). There are not many supermarkets around but plenty of food order options from MeiTuan, we ordered our groceries and halal food from MeiTuan because we were in close delivery distance to Niujie where there are plenty of halal restaurants. Also thank you for the free milk and fruit, healthy snacks that we enjoyed. There was also the option to have paid breakfast buffet at the Westin but I was not sure on the halal status so did not try that. Plenty of towels, bath towel, medium and smaller towels in the bathroom. 1 bathroom had a bathtub. Overall I would definitely come back to this hotel for family and 3-4 person group stay as we have plenty of space at the living room to chat and eat, and a good kitchen to cook together.

Theres not much to do around. The menu is completely Chinese. Nothing western. Same as the drinks. The staff is literally 4 people, which makes things quite difficult in case you need assistance. When we arrive to the hotel, the check in said 3pm but they only gave us our room around 4:30! The said they gave us an upgrade for the delay. Our room had a balcony, which was locked when we arrived. It took about 1 hour for someone to come and open the door from the balcony. The pool was closed also…they said they only open the pool around July! We were clearly in summer when we decided to book so the weather was perfect for a pool day but they didn’t have it available.

La experiencia general del hotel no es tan buena como la del Chongqing Regent. Relativamente hablando, la ubicación es buena, pero las instalaciones son un poco antiguas y el servicio en general no está a la altura. Especialmente el camarero del mostrador de desayuno. Lo extraño fue que uno de los camareros estaba hablando por teléfono. Luego la llamada telefónica se cortó repentinamente y nunca volvimos a comunicarnos. No sé sobre qué queríamos comunicarnos. En cuanto a todo el servicio, parece que la formación no es tan exhaustiva. Todo el personal es bastante informal. Luego, cuando salía del hotel y recogía mi equipaje, una camarera altiva me dijo que podría recibir un regalo de un set de artículos de tocador si escribía una reseña en la plataforma, pero me negué rotundamente. Puso los ojos en blanco y se alejó con el supuesto regalo. Por cierto, el agua en la habitación es difícil de describir. La mayor parte del agua que bebemos se compra fuera. El servicio en general no está a la altura y la experiencia es promedio.

La ubicación y el servicio son muy buenos, la habitación es espaciosa, el agua del baño es grande y cómoda, la ropa de cama también es muy limpia y cómoda, el personal de atención al cliente también es muy cálido y considerado, las instalaciones del hotel son completas y es relativamente limpio. Si tengo que decir un inconveniente, es que la decoración es un poco antigua. , no parece demasiado refinada y lujosa, como que la puerta del baño no se puede cerrar, la ventana gotea, etc., pero estas no afectar la experiencia de estancia. En general recomendado.

El servicio brindado por el personal de registro (no captó su nombre) en el turno del 1 de abril a las 5:45 p. m. fue impecable. (pelo corto, cara redonda con gafas en la recepción, lado derecho) quisiera felicitarlo por su atención y cortesía que nos hizo sentir muy bienvenidos. También quiero agradecer especialmente a la conserje en prácticas Mia Su, quien me ayudó dos veces el 2 de abril con mi caja de cartón de los artículos comprados, me ayudó a llevar la caja y también me ayudó a hablar con mi conductor didi sobre la terminal correcta a la que ir. Ella fue educada, servicial y profesional. El señor encargado en el frente del hotel fue muy servicial con nuestras pesadas maletas y cajas de cartón llenas de productos especiales de Beijing el 2 de abril a las 4:45 p.m. cuando nos íbamos hacia el aeropuerto. Gracias Hilton Beijing, me encanta la habitación y el buen servicio brindado por todo el personal aquí. Definitivamente regresaré otra vez. The hotel is by the Beijing- Tibet highway, on the way from central Beijing to The Great Wall and Ming Tombs, it is quite convenient by car. It is about 20 mins walking from the nearest subway station 生命科学园站with luggage, so It takes some effects to get to the hotel on foot from the subway station. The service at the hotel is excellent. Every staff is very professional, efficient and ready to help, especially Summer Li. She not only checked me in, but also directed me all the way to my room. Since I don’t have taxi hailing APP, she helped me with calling a taxi every time I need one. Thank you Summer!
