Hardwares and cleanest are up to the standard. However, service & complimentary details could be better, example like bottle water 2 per day, need special request for a family, no complimentary parking for this kind of location etc..

I was disappointed with my stay and wouldn't consider this a 5-star hotel. The lobby was incredibly small, and the large mirror at the reception was confusing, making it easy for guests to accidentally walk into it. Surprisingly, there were no toiletries provided in the room, so we had to call staff just to get a toothbrush delivered. The hotel robe was very low quality, almost resembling a kitchen rag, which was a letdown. The swimming pool was also tiny and didn’t allow for much relaxation or enjoyment. The breakfast spread was pretty average—nothing impressive or memorable. Overall, I didn’t enjoy my stay. The only real highlight was the beautiful view from our room, which was truly stunning. But for a 5-star experience, I expected much more.

We stayed as a family with a 2year old. I wouldn't consider this a 5 star, perhaps more of a 4 star. When we arrived late at night, tired from a long drive, there was no bell boy to assist us with luggage direct to room, and esp with a kid in tow it was difficult. However one of our bags broke and the staff did help us get a bag from their store. Also no toothbrush was provided upon check in day and we found out next day only that it has to be requested, seriously, this is a very basic necessity to have at least for 1st day. The decor was intended to be classy but we found it a tad bit dark. The worst part was the bed was way too soft and sunk in, I had a backache the next days. :( On a positive note the bath tub was huge, toilet was spacious with 2 sinks! My kid enjoyed the bath tub. Also they did prepare the cot in the room when we arrived and I was very pleased. The next day I asked for high chair and it was timely placed at our room when we got back. Overall the staff were responsive. Also the breakfast was Ala carte, not buffet, but it was nicely cooked - however they did not offer a kids menu. The location is close to cbd shopping but do take note parking at hay street has day charges/hourly charges which you should factor to the value of your stay. Most shops closes early around 5pm by the time we got back from our day trips. Overall this hotel was more for couples or business stay and not so kid/family friendl, but that's just my opinion!

Muy buena actitud de servicio, la habitación está limpia y ordenada, el diseño es muy fuerte y el café extra para el desayuno también es gratis. Vale la pena señalar que es mejor que las niñas traigan un peine, porque el hotel solo proporciona secadores de pelo, cepillos de dientes y pasta de dientes. Los bocadillos y bebidas gratis son íntimos, y la lluvia rociada desde el techo es muy cómoda.

La ubicación es increíble y un hotel agradable. Pero el hotel es claramente muy íntimo en el personal. no hay suficiente y los que tienen no son en absoluto cualificados o experimentados para proporcionar el servicio que se esperaba por el precio y un hotel como este. Los empleados están en un visado de vacaciones y es muy obvio que hacen este trabajo sólo para ganar dinero y no para hacer una carrera, por lo que hay una enorme falta de servicio (no puede culpar al personal, Nos quedaron en nuestra habitación con WiFi y los pasó 3 días con la idea de compartir el huevo Wi-Fi que tienen.... también varias veces se produjo una salida de energía en el hotel. En general, como la ubicación y el hotel es agradable, no volvería, ya que el servicio es al mejor equivalente a un albergue...

The newly renovated room was nice, clean, and comfortable. There was no renovation noise observed and we had a peaceful rest. The breakfast costs AUD 28 per person per day if you add it on at the start of your stay, the breakfast variety was not the best but there was an egg station, pastries, some cooked dishes with Asian and Western selection, and two hot coffee machines.

On the whole speaking, we had a happy stay in the hotel for 3 nights. All the staff are very attentive and helpful. Every time when we stepped in or out the hotel, the staff at the entrance will give u a very friendly smile and say hello. The room was elegant with modern design furniture; which makes the user feeling comfy when stay in the room. The only thing is the buffet breakfast is under expected. Being a 5 star hotel, less choices and the food quality is just average, nothing impressed me. It really below average when compares with the other Continental Hotels in Asia.

Located near the Perth CBD. 7 min walk from Perth Underground. Very accessible and convenient. Nearby convenience stores, restaurants and bus stops. Room is kept clean everyday. The hotel also has a cafe where you can chill and enjoy the pool. Downside the hotel does mot provide toiletries such as toothbrush, toothpaste and shaver but not to worry you can get them at the nearby convenience stores. Really enjoyed my stay there for 6D5N. Great ambience and service.
