«We stayed at Ipoh Bali Hotel for 4 days and 3 nights for our honeymoon, and we’re truly so grateful we chose a local honeymoon instead of flying overseas. This place made our trip feel peaceful, romantic, and memorable. From the moment we checked in, Raidah was incredibly warm, helpful, and friendly and she even checked us out at the end of our stay. Her hospitality really made us feel welcomed and taken care of throughout the trip. All the staff we met during our stay were genuinely friendly and welcoming. Every time we walked past, we were greeted with smiles, which made the atmosphere feel so warm and comfortable. We also had massages during our stay, and the masseuses were amazing. The service honestly felt like a 5-star experience, professional, relaxing, and exactly what we needed after the wedding. A special mention to the breakfast team as well, especially May, who was so kind and attentive. The food was excellent. We loved it so much that we ordered the same dishes twice during our stay, the Balinese chicken porridge and the Balinese rice set (can’t remember the exact name, but it was so good!). The room itself was spacious with beautiful high ceilings, giving such a cozy Bali-inspired atmosphere. One of our favourite parts was the sound of flowing water from the balcony at night It was incredibly calming and helped us sleep so well. The bathroom was also very spacious and came with a lovely bathtub, which made the whole honeymoon experience even more special. Honestly, the hotel felt like a 5-star resort experience to us, so we were surprised to find out it’s officially rated 3 stars. The service, atmosphere, and overall experience exceeded our expectations. Overall, this was the perfect honeymoon stay for us, and we will definitely come back again in the future.»

«The owner required us to put in deposit of RM100. We manage to get to put our lugage in the unit before we get to check in. The door lock seem to have issues when we check in the door nob like spoil. The host does not provide additional key access unlike other unit we stayed before. And it is so inconvenient for us with family. Imagine if we only have 1 access card and if our family member went to swimming pool take the card we can't goes down to our carpark and we can't even goes to swimming pool,which mean we are stuck. Host just simply tell us to settle this problem ourself. When we get out the door was unable close and we have to force close it and ended up we can't open the door. Host end up getting locksmith to come open the door we were not able get in our unit for 5 hours. Luckily my kids have extra clothes to change after playing the pool. I can't imagine if my children were to stuck inside the unit can't get out. I hope the host will take a look seriously on the maintenance of the home especially the lock.»

«Tanto las instalaciones, como el servicio son impecables. Desde recepción y buffet siempre fueron muy atentos. Destaco por supuesto, la cercanía al parque Lost World, que es magnífico! Punto aparte para el parque, que en su modo nocturno, abarca desde piscina infinita, sectores de playa artificial, sectores de hidromasaje, cascadas, y más! El sector de zoo, es además de bellísimo, muy bien cuidado, y se desarrolla en un circuito entre la montaña, aguas, y mucha vegetación, cuevas iluminadas. Verdaderamente único!»

«Had a wonderful stay at Weil Hotel Ipoh. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing a relaxing stay. The hotel’s location is excellent, with convenient access to shopping, dining, and local attractions. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the overall service was great. I also enjoyed the facilities and the pleasant atmosphere throughout the hotel. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and I would gladly return on my next visit to Ipoh.»

«First time booking apartment for family holiday. At first not sure if we make a right choice. Till we experience and stay, confirmed right choice and no regret! The whole stay from drive through key collection point, parked n open up the unit door, all above our expectation and seamless experience. The unit is very well ID designed and with good function including kitchen. Drinking water LG brand machine was provided so we all can easily access to drinking water. Washing machine come with drying function provided. Bedroom bed is so comfortable. All basic amenities were provided and unit is clean. It’s a good place and good fengshui house for family bonding. The condo facility all look new and well kept. I’ve used its swimming pool, Onsen pool with jacuzzi and sauna. As only one night stay so didn’t experience it’s gym only. The platform owner was very nice and helpful. As we need help with the drinking water machine etc, they are approachable and responsive. Two sets of access card and key was provided make our life so convenient since we were there in two separate cars. With the ID design house, no wonder need to pay deposit of RM200. Surely acceptable. Refund of deposit was also fast and immediately after we check out. Thanks for everything. We all enjoy the stay very much. Looking forward to return to stay again soon. Keep up the good work. Highly recommended!»

«Ventajas: El apartamento es bastante nuevo y tiene muchas unidades desocupadas, lo que provoca bastante polvo en el pasillo y el ascensor; esa fue nuestra primera impresión. Estaba bastante limpio y decorado con buen gusto. La ubicación era muy conveniente, ya que está cerca del centro de la ciudad. Tuvimos la suerte de que hubiera un festival de música frente al edificio. Fue muy animado y alegre. Desventajas: La espera para el ascensor es muy lenta. Solo hay una entrada al estacionamiento y nos encontramos con un coche atascado, lo que provocó un atasco. La rampa de acceso al estacionamiento es bastante estrecha. En resumen: fue un lugar agradable para alojarse.»

«La habitación y la ubicación eran buenas. No se pueden ver los canales de la aplicación de TV. Antes de la llegada, recibimos información para obtener las tarjetas de entrada por WhatsApp con anticipación. También nos informaron que llegaríamos por la noche, aproximadamente a las 10 p. m. Sin embargo, al llegar, nos dieron un código de bloqueo de buzón incorrecto y no pudimos obtener una respuesta rápida del servicio de atención al cliente en las llamadas y mensajes de WhatsApp. Tuve que encontrar otros números accesibles para comunicarme con otras personas de IWH para obtener ayuda. Después de la terrible experiencia de más de 30 minutos de intentar obtener las tarjetas de acceso (estacionamiento y apartamento), no pude encontrar el número de estacionamiento asignado para la unidad en el nivel de estacionamiento informado. Descubrí que el servicio de atención al cliente informó el nivel de estacionamiento incorrecto y, en realidad, está 1 nivel más abajo. Espero que el soporte pueda ser mejor para evitar situaciones similares como esta nuevamente.»

«The location is great, as it’s close to the city center and convenient for getting around. The hotel also offers a good range of facilities. The breakfast selection isn’t very extensive, but the food is tasty and satisfying. The room was clean and well maintained. Complimentary parking is available for hotel guests, but remember to validate your parking ticket at the front desk before leaving.»

«I stayed during a public holiday and school holiday period, so a large crowd was expected. Unfortunately, the check-in process took over two hours. I queued from 6:00 PM and only checked in around 8:30 PM. Initially, there were two staff members handling check-ins, but later only one remained. Credit to the staff member on duty he stayed calm and professional despite the heavy crowd and queue cutting incidents. The issue was clearly a lack of manpower and planning. Management should anticipate higher guest volumes during long weekends and streamline the check-in process. The unit itself was clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition. Overall, the stay was enjoyable, but the check-in experience needs significant improvement during peak periods.»
