This was an excellent hotel with superb services. The staff, in particular was very helpful in arranging drives to various interesting sites. The lady called Sophia spoke excellent English which made life easy for foreigners. The only thing I would recommend is that they make an effort to clean the carpets more thoroughly.

營地好的遠遠超過我們的預期：營地位置非常好，就在金草灘對面，帳篷正對雪山，景色優美；帳篷設施齊全，地熱非常暖和，洗澡熱水很大、很舒服；管家及其他人的服務非常熱情、到位，住的第一晚，半夜不舒服，服務人員迅速送來製氧機，是我正常入睡。管家從還沒入住就細心告知塔縣遊玩線路、景點，入住以後更是貼心服務，倍感温暖。 這是一家值得再來的營地！（照片是帳篷面對的雪山以及金草灘）

La ubicación del hotel está muy cerca del puente nasta y hay muchas comidas cerca. La habitación es grande y limpia. Recomendado para aquellos que vienen a Burqin para quedarse por una noche.

Easily one of the top two or three guesthouse experiences I’ve had traveling China over the past decade. While it’s certainly on the higher end of the price spectrum, you definitely get what you pay for and more. The level of detail is immaculate: given how hot and dry Turpan is, they give you as much bottled water you need & leave hydrating facial masks in your room every day. Also, shoutout to the beds—one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on in China—and Japanese toilet. The facilitates and service touches are on par with the best luxury hotel brands which probably go for twice the price or more. But ultimately the people and location are what make this place special. Everyone from the owner to the cleaning staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I ran into the owner at a restaurant and he bought me dinner and introduced me to some local dishes I would have never known to order. The location is 🍇 valley. It’s a quaint little grape producing village with friendly locals and amazing fruit. All in all, Bafeng Retreat is a special place that is perfect if you’re looking for somewhere to unwind and take life slowly. Highly recommended.

La habitación es grande, el desayuno es cómodo, porque se quedó una noche sin clarificar la dirección, la ubicación geográfica no está muy lejos del aeropuerto. La actitud del servicio está bien. Con un servicio de recepción, es decir, cuando llamo a la recepción, la primera vez que recibo la llamada, no puedo recordar el tiempo que el conductor me ha pedido. Cuando llamo, arrastre la maleta de la izquierda, tomo la mano derecha, no hay papel en la mano, no puedo recordar la nota rápida, Le pregunté si podía enviarme un mensaje de correo al conductor, y mi hermana no. Después de salir del avión, llamaré al hotel para recibir una cita, y otra hermana me recibió, y finalmente me envió un mensaje de correo.

I’m so glad I picked the Nanjiang Global for my stay in Kashgar. It exceeded my expectations, and my stay was really pleasant. After long days exploring, it always felt good to come home to my room. And given the summer heat, I loved that there was ice cold lemon water always waiting for me in the lobby. The check-in service was great and my room was upgraded. The suites are really comfortable, with amenities by Shanghai Tang. I also saw the standard double rooms, and they were spacious and nice too. The front desk manager who goes by the name Hunter was excellent and so helpful, as were others staff members. Hunter’s English is great and he answered all my questions with patience and kindness. Ask him to write down the hotel’s name in Uyghur for you if you’ll be taking taxis. It’ll be a big help. The hotel is very clean, and breakfast was much more than basic. I hope I have the chance to visit Kashgar again, and I’d be happy to return to this hotel.

El hotel Atour tiene una habitación limpia y se ha alojado en numerosos hoteles Atour. El restaurante local en el primer piso (al margen del hotel) es excelente. Sólo siga la música y lo encontrarás. El estacionamiento de coches está bien, estacionamos en el fondo, pero si se hace ocupado por el restaurante. ¿Pueden mejorar? Sí, por supuesto, el cheque en la recepción parecía que nunca había visto a un extranjero antes y que estaba frío y repentina. Pensé que era ruda. Venga a Atour, entrenando a tu gente debidamente. La desayuno era buena, aunque el personal debería haber completado todos los artículos hacia el final del servicio - prácticamente no había fruta residual. Las diferencias entre hoteles Atour se encuentran en gran medida alrededor de los empleados individuales, aquí la recepción/cheque en estaba por debajo de mi expectativa.

They accept foreigners and that’s a big plus. Great location, close to bazaar and main square just in front of the hotel. Nice and friendly staff. Hotel is a bit old, but overall good place to stay for 1-2 nights

Convenient access to Nanmen metro station. Variety of shopping and dining options available near the hotel despite the hotel not offering meals. Rooms were modern and clean. The view from the room was quite nice as well. WiFi was however not available for clients without a Chinese phone number, which is incredibly annoying especially for foreign guests. The WiFi network also only allows one connection per phone number, which is a baffling design decision since I can't connect my phone and my laptop on the same WiFi network. Laundry is self-service and free using a machine near the lifts. Detergent was provided. There was a lingering cigarette smell in the corridors and in the lifts. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with major issues with the WiFi network.
