感謝古麗米拉小姐姐幫我們免費升級房間，酒店位置非常好，就在遊客服務中心旁邊，餐廳出去就可以看到那拉提草原，視野很好！房間很大，乾淨衞生，雖然酒店開業時間長，但裝修和設備並不老，床品舒服，停車場算是酒店裡比較大的，酒店還有免費贈送的水果，服務也很好！此次新疆之行最滿意的酒店！

One reason for choosing Wanda Moments was to see the views of the mountains from the rooftop but it was so so. The mountain view from the room window is awesome. Another reason is for the Oxygen supply in the room but it was so confusing. We couldn’t understand what the staff is saying. We don’t understand why only one guest get the oxygen supply. The young guys at the reception were not helpful and were hesitant to go up to the room to assist us. Our stay was all in all hectic, going up and down to get assistance. For tourists from out of China, be warned that the food serving is huge. Rice came in a huge portion, soup in a huge bowl. It was sad to see them go to waste. Perhaps the hotel can tailor the menu down to smaller portions.

Hotel de calidad, no central al CBD, pero perfecto para Old Street, mercados nocturnos y autobús al canyon. La habitación era muy buena, pero para un hotel de 4 estrellas, realmente necesita un refrigerador en la habitación. El desayuno era bueno, pero se apreciaría un poco más de variedad. El hotel es un hotel muy agradable, pero no se puede quedar más allá.

Esta experiencia de esta estadía es realmente super sorpresa, el precio y el servicio están llenos de atención directa, es muy recomendable! El punto más destacado del hotel es el transporte gratuito, el servicio de la estación de transporte, el viaje es gratuito y es seguro, no tiene que hacer un autocar para ti mismo, demasiado intimidad y conveniente para las personas que van a viajar. La política de estadía es muy personalizada. Puedes hacerlo después de las seis de la mañana. Vine por el tren nocturno. Puedes dormir directamente en la estación, no tienes que esperar hasta la tarde. Esto es muy especial. Overall, we had a pleasant stay with good service. I requested a room decoration for my husband’s birthday, and the hotel staff kindly helped to arrange it, which we truly appreciated. The hotel also has washer and dryer facilities, which were very convenient . The hotel provides a shuttle bus service to the ski resort, which made getting around very easy and hassle-free. One downside was that we had some parcels delivered to the hotel, and unfortunately one parcel went missing for reasons that remain unclear. However, the hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful — they shared the CCTV footage and made the effort to assist us in investigating the issue. Although the parcel could not be recovered, we appreciated their transparency and effort.

I had an unpleasant stay at this hotel at Nalati. When I arrived at this hotel, I was welcomed and recommended by the hotel staff to liaise with a travel agency if I required any transport for tour at Nalati (the hotel staff pointed at a banner which was set beside the front counter (picture is attached). As this is the recommendation by a trustworthy 5-star hotel, without hesitation I contacted the person in-charge of the travel agency (Mr *** at hp: ***********/ ***********) via WeChat . Finally, I booked a travel tour with this guy 贾 i.e a 7- seater MPV to send myself & my wife from Nanati hotel to 奎屯市via 独库公路。 I was charged ¥498 per person for the trip and I paid ¥400 for the deposit. I told 贾that I needed a good view seats for the MPV. He acknowledged . The next morning , the travel transport MPV came to my hotel to fetch us to 奎屯. When we boarded the MPV, there were already 2 customers inside the car (one seated next to the driver & the other one was seated at the middle row). Immediately I chose the empty seat at the middle row and my wife went to the back seat at the last row. To my surprise , I was shouted by the MPV driver to move back to the seat at the last row because someone had booked the seat at the middle row. Prior to fetching us on the day before , I had spoken to the MPV driver and told him that my wife & myself preferred to sit in front of the car for better view of scenery . However , the driver replied that there is a first come first serve by the company policy . We were very unhappy and upset with the arrangement made by this travel company. I spoke to both the driver and Mr 贾 over this issue . Unfortunately, my request was turned down and they even threatened to forfeit my ¥400 deposit if we refused to take the back seats . After which , Mr 賈 didn’t want to speak to me at all. To this, I got no choice but to cancel my trip with this company. My deposit was not refunded . I felt we have been cheated and unfairly treated by this travel company just because we are foreigners? Finally, I lodged a report with the local Police. The Police attended the case and took statements from me. They also spoke to the travel agency over the phone. After much persuasion from the Police, the travel agency agreed to refund me the deposit . I’m putting up this review as to praise the Nalati Police for their prominent & effectiveness in handling the case. As for the front office manager, Mr 王， please be impartial and handle the issue with responsibility . Anyway, I wished to thank Mr 王for calling the Police which he initially reluctant to do so. We had high hopes for our stay at the Four Seasons Hotel in Urumqi, having booked our room four months in advance. Unfortunately, the experience fell well short of the four-star standard we were expecting. Upon check-in, we were informed that our confirmed king-size room was unavailable and were reassigned to a twin room without prior notice or apology. For a hotel of this calibre, failing to honour a reservation made months ahead is simply unacceptable. The rooms themselves are remarkably small at just 18 square metres, which feels cramped and uncomfortable for any extended stay. This is well below what one would expect from a property marketing itself as a four-star hotel. There are no bedside tables whatsoever, meaning guests are left placing phones, water bottles, and personal items directly on the floor overnight. That is a basic furnishing oversight that no four-star hotel should be making. Adding to the neglected feel of the room, there were visible holes in the wall where bedside lamps had clearly once been fitted and never properly repaired. The room gave the impression of being mid-renovation rather than a finished, guest-ready space. Perhaps the most frustrating design flaw was the electrical socket positioned directly behind your head on the headboard, with an exposed switch. On multiple occasions during the night, simply shifting position in bed accidentally triggered the switch, flooding the entire room with light. This made for a genuinely disruptive and poor night's sleep. It is baffling that this hazard has not been addressed, as it is both an inconvenience and a safety concern. On a more positive note, the hotel staff were genuinely warm, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The housekeeping team deserves particular praise for keeping the room immaculately clean and well-stocked each day. The mattresses were also surprisingly comfortable and of good quality, which is worth acknowledging. However, no amount of friendly service can fully compensate for such significant shortcomings in the room itself. We would urge the management to invest in basic refurbishments before continuing to market this as a four-star hotel.

Our stay at Holiday Inn Resort Kanas Hemu was nothing short of exceptional. If I could give this hotel 10 stars, I absolutely would. What stood out most was the genuinely warm hospitality and extraordinary thoughtfulness of the team. From the moment we arrived, we felt that our special occasion was not jusy simply noted, but sincerely celebrated. That personal touch transformed an already wonderful stay into a truly memorable one with decorations and cakes prepared all in advance. A very special mention must go to William Shan, whose professionalism, attentiveness and heartfelt care deserve the highest recognition. William consistently went above and beyond, anticipating our needs and ensuring that every detail of our stay was handled with remarkable thoughtfulness. He and his team who create this kind of guest experience are a tremendous asset to any hotel, and I sincerely hope the management recognises William’s and his team contribution. The hotel itself is superb. Our room and the entire property is sparkling clean, comfortable and exceptionally well maintained. The buffet breakfast iss excellent, with a wonderful variety and quality that made each morning something to look forward to. On top of that, hotel provides free photography, cable ride to the mountain and grassland ski to complete a beautiful memorable stay in Hemu. Considering the level of service, cleanliness, comfort and overall experience, the value for money was outstanding. Most importantly, this was hospitality with heart. It is easy for a hotel to provide a clean room and a good breakfast; it is far more difficult to make guests feel genuinely welcomed, remembered and cared for. William and his team at Holiday Inn Resort Kanas Hemu achieved way beyond that. Future visitors: do not make the mistake of overlooking this hotel. A stay here is an experience you will remember, and choosing elsewhere may well leave you wondering why you didn’t stay here instead. Thank you to the entire team—and especially William Shan—for making our special occasion so much more special. Truly exceptional hospitality, exceptional value, and a well-deserved 10/10. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
