Excellent location. Hotel management & hotel staffs are excellent. Restaurant staffs need training. One of the restaurant staff has an attitude problems from taking the orders to paying the bills. She didn’t think that we could heard her & understanding Mandarin. She bad mouthed us with her rude & childish behaviors. We complained to the hotel manager & she handled the matter for us.

One reason for choosing Wanda Moments was to see the views of the mountains from the rooftop but it was so so. The mountain view from the room window is awesome. Another reason is for the Oxygen supply in the room but it was so confusing. We couldn’t understand what the staff is saying. We don’t understand why only one guest get the oxygen supply. The young guys at the reception were not helpful and were hesitant to go up to the room to assist us. Our stay was all in all hectic, going up and down to get assistance. For tourists from out of China, be warned that the food serving is huge. Rice came in a huge portion, soup in a huge bowl. It was sad to see them go to waste. Perhaps the hotel can tailor the menu down to smaller portions.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay with good service. I requested a room decoration for my husband’s birthday, and the hotel staff kindly helped to arrange it, which we truly appreciated. The hotel also has washer and dryer facilities, which were very convenient . The hotel provides a shuttle bus service to the ski resort, which made getting around very easy and hassle-free. One downside was that we had some parcels delivered to the hotel, and unfortunately one parcel went missing for reasons that remain unclear. However, the hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful — they shared the CCTV footage and made the effort to assist us in investigating the issue. Although the parcel could not be recovered, we appreciated their transparency and effort.

La habitación tras la conversión está limpia, la ventilación es muy buena, las instalaciones están completas, la cama es blanda y dura, y el descanso es especialmente seguro. El servicio de recepción es muy cuidadoso, el tratamiento de las situaciones es eficiente, no se recomienda, el proceso se siente muy caliente. El precio del hotel es en línea, la residencia de viaje es muy confiable, recomendado a amigos novios.

We had the double room at Holiday Inn Hemu for two nights. On the day we visited Hemu village the hotel offered us shuttle service, we really appreciate this arrangement and the driver. The view of the ski mountain from our room is incredible.

That kind of consideration is rare and deeply appreciated. And how could I forget Tian Tian — the gentle, lovable golden retriever who quietly added to the homey atmosphere. Her presence made the stay even more special, like having a sweet companion always nearby. MuseNomad Retreat isn’t just a place to stay — it’s a place to truly rest. Of all the accommodations we’ve experienced across our travels, this one touched us the most. As our three nights came to a close, I felt a genuine sadness — a quiet wish that we could stay just a little longer. El hotel está muy bien, el desayuno era buffet y muy bueno. La velocidad de Wi-Fi era buena para la streaming. Uno de los paseos a la antigua ciudad de Kashgar es a unos 20 minutos a pie. Un parque donde se reúnen personas está alrededor del rincón del hotel.
