Stayed one night, booked the package including access to marine park with breakfast. Arrived at 1330 and took the last free bus iMR 1400 to the marine park and spent a few hours watching the sea lion and dolphins. Back to the hotel to the room with fantastic with sea views. Hotel is huge, outdoor swimming pool was closed but great space to walk around and admire the sunset over the sea or back towards the mountains and Hualien city. Good buffet breakfast, busy but well organised - would definitely recommend for families with children.

Es un hotel resort famoso por su exquisitez y servicio japonés en Kenting. La habitación ha sido renovada, por lo que no tienes que preocuparte por ser vieja. El balcón permite ver la piscina. La piscina no es grande, pero hay una piscina caliente circular al aire libre con masajes, que es bastante buena. El diseño del baño de la habitación no es bueno, el espacio es pequeño y el diseño del soporte del cabezal de la ducha no es razonable, lo que hace que la posición de la salida de agua sea incómoda. El personal de servicio es muy trabajador y entusiasta. Si tienes alguna pregunta que conozcan o escuchen de ti al pasar, te la informarán detalladamente y de forma proactiva. Al reservar una habitación en Ctrip, debes ir a la recepción para comprar un cupón de desayuno. Vale la pena comprarlo porque personalmente creo que el restaurante sabe mejor que los de la calle. Más tarde, probé el bar del vestíbulo y sabía bien. La ensalada griega estaba deliciosa. Hablando de desayuno, cuesta unos NT$999 para tres personas, lo cual no es demasiado caro, y el buffet que ofrecen es bastante exquisito. Lo único que no me convence es que los niños tienen sólo 9 años y el precio es el mismo. Esto es un poco diferente de las reglas generales. Vale la pena qued**** aquí para evitar los altos precios los fines de semana o durante la temporada alta.

Great value for what is offered. The location is not near the city center, but a good retreat in a quiet area. Great hospitality, everyone was so cordial, and good breakfast buffet. The rec center was cool. Must bring own toiletries but you can ask for robe, extra towels, etc.

Service was excellent. Even though there was no parking on the premises, staff were efficient in helping us unload and directing us to the parking lots. Maps were provided for us, and important food and points of interest were introduced to us. Bicycles were also available for rental.
I loved the room - clean and luxurious, especially the bed. Toiletries were wonderful - only tiny downside was that the door hole to the shower could be cleaner.
We had breakfast in the hotel, and that was definitely the right decision. Items from famous local shops were brought in as part of the options for the breakfast.

El hotel está muy cerca de la estación y la estación principal de autobuses, desde la que es posible llegar al Parque Nacional Taroko. No muy cerca del mar, el mercado nocturno y el centro de la ciudad, pero se pueden llegar fácilmente por autobús.
La habitación era espaciosa y limpia.
El desayuno era muy esencial, la comida no era grande, y sólo disponible a partir de las 7:00.
Había una buena estancia en general.

stayed one night for transfer to Cingjing. hotel is very clean, note that this is near taichung train station (not metro). however, it was walking distance to Gancheng bus station where you can take bus to Puli. Hotel lobby offers free drinks

Really nice and cute place. Rooms are built into these large steep pipes and arranged with great sea view. Area is nice, great cafe nearby and close to all the site of green island. Owner made us some free sashimi one day too.

GGenevieveThe location of Han Hsien is very convenient. It’s only twenty minutes from the airport. There are coffee shops, bakeries, and markets, fruit stalls and flower shops in the neighbourhood. The Birthday Park is just around the corner. There is a pool, a spa and a Cantonese dim sum restaurant in the hotel which are all of good standard. The hotel is not new but it is well-maintained.

YYu HuanWe recently stayed at Wellspring by Silks in Jiaoxi for a short getaway with my 7-year-old child, and it was one of the most relaxing and family-friendly stays we've had in Taiwan.
Location:
The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Jiaoxi Train Station, making it easy to arrive with a child and luggage. One of the best parts is how close it is to all the great local eateries—from traditional ********* breakfast spots to noodle shops and dessert places, everything is within a short stroll. We loved popping out for quick meals and snacks without planning too much. Even though it's centrally located, the hotel feels like a quiet, relaxing retreat once you're inside.
Room:
Our room was modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The private in-room hot spring bath was a huge hit—not just for me but also for my 7-year-old. The water temperature was easy to adjust, and it became our daily ritual to soak and relax.
Kid-Friendliness:
Although the hotel has a stylish, adult-focused vibe, the staff welcomed children. They provided child-sized slippers, which made my little one feel like a VIP guest. The rooftop pool area was also suitable for kids (with supervision), and we spent a lovely day splashing around with mountain views.
One thoughtful bonus: even after we checked out, we were still allowed to use the rooftop pool and hot spring facilities. That extra flexibility made a massive difference for us — it meant we could enjoy one more relaxing soak and a bit of pool time before catching our train home. It showed how the hotel goes the extra mile to accommodate families.
Facilities:
The rooftop infinity pool and hot spring area are just as beautiful as in the photos—peaceful, scenic, and well-maintained. There's also a cozy lounge with complimentary snacks and drinks, which came in handy for quick breaks between activities. Everything felt clean, well-designed, and easy to access, even with a child.
Service:
The service was warm, professional, and genuinely kind. The front desk staff were helpful with suggestions for nearby places to eat and always greeted my child with a smile. They made us feel welcome from start to finish.
Breakfast:
Breakfast was a treat for adults and kids — a great mix of Western and ********* options. My 7-year-old especially loved the fresh fruits, scrambled eggs, and mini croissants, while I enjoyed the local touches like sweet potato porridge, scallion pancakes, and handmade soy milk.
Overall:
Wellspring by Silks is a perfect blend of peaceful luxury and family-friendly comfort. Whether traveling solo, as a couple, or with kids, it's a great spot to unwind and enjoy the best of Jiaoxi's hot spring culture. We're already looking forward to our next visit.

GGj KenEl hotel Amanda Hotel es un hotel muy agradable, pero nos gusta nadar en la zona de piscina, nuestra habitación es cómoda, la comida es deliciosa, tienen este estilo marroquí de alquiler que hace hincapié en el hotel y fue muy divertido, ¡Creo que necesitan añadir algo de ropa o un poco de reparación, pero en general, diría que vale la pena el penny.

HHCcccWe arrived in the evening but was happy with the hospitality we received. Lovely and bright common space with free flow coffee, some free flow snacks from 1pm-12midnight. The service crew greeted us with a smile everyday. Location was prefect for shopping in Ximending and just a short walk from Zhong Shan station. They also have a laundry room that was conveniently located at level 5.

我們入住稻香雙人房間很典雅、很大，尤其超大的床超好睡、我是一個頸部復健中的老人，對床、枕頭超挑剔的，竟然在這睡的超熟超深眠。給飯店老闆所選的床硬設施大大的讚。房間超乾淨，硬體設備雖然不新但有古樸典雅的韻味是我喜歡的～有點像功夫茶要慢慢品。
我們是一對老夫妻來花蓮訪友，入住前有寫需求安靜、無菸味、因體質無法住邊間，雖然房間有隔音上的微瑕疵，但飯店方都滿足我們老人家的需求，一個晚上寧靜又稻田中的好磁場一夜好眠。
後庭院也給高分，很適合漫步舒壓。
早餐豐富好吃。
這是很適合我們不需求五光十射的遊樂設施，來這享受漫遊舒適放鬆的住宿環境。
唯一瑕疵就是不提供晚餐，但我們也用飯店的泡麵和手機點外送解決了。
價錢很合理，很推的住宿。
