住的挺不錯，酒店服務也很好，孩子們玩的也很開心，特別是綠葉子餐廳吃飯的時候，翟懷軍飼養員真的特別特別好，幫我們引長頸鹿過來，還幫我們在不同視角拍了好多照片跟視頻，完全不收費的，人特別熱心，平時真沒有點評的習慣，但沖這位飼養員，也得給一個滿分好評！

Muy bonito hotel y más allá de mi expectativa, el personal son muy amables y útiles, me ofrecieron agua caliente después de saber que caminaba montan tai, me gusta su desayuno también, buena selección suficiente, su sopa de pollo es super astuto, tiene que probar! También ofrecen algunas cocinas/dichas locales que creo que la calidad no es mala. El cuarto es básico pero limpio, bueno para negocios o para los huéspedes que se quedan cortos, Cerca de tan bueno para los caminantes también. En general un hotel muy agradable y me quedaré aquí cuando vuelva. :)

The first room we were checked-in had a broken window that couldn’t be opened and the reception didn’t know about it, although the window was closed with a tape and they should have known that this room had a problem. There were not many guests in the hotel and plenty of rooms to be offered.
In the next room we found out that the show was out of hot water. The problem was with the central supply system and instead of repairing it themselves, the hotel engineer was coming to our room claiming that we should discharge water for 5-10 minutes before hot water starts coming out. This kept going for almost an hour, we were tired and wanted to sleep because it was late evening. The problem didn’t require our assistance because the problem was with the whole hot water supply system, not with our exact room.
Also, they brought us a small heater to the room which I was surprised about, but then I understood that it was because the air-conditioner which had a heater mode, didn’t work well. I doubt that the hotel would have enough heaters for all rooms in case they had more guests. Without the heater it was quite cold in the room.
Next morning the house keeper came at 9-30 am!!!Which is insane. We were sleeping. I’ve never encountered a hotel at which the house keeper came that early and disturbed the guests.
Finally when leaving the hotel, we wanted to take those one-time use sleepers with us to use during the flight and found out to our surprise, that for 4 days we were living in the hotel sleepers were not changed even once. I called the reception, it was early morning (like 6-30 am) and they told me that the house keeper will bring us the sleepers when she comes to work. I told that we were leaving already and the reception promised to bring the sleepers asap. 10 minutes later nobody came and we went to check-out. At the check-out I asked for the sleepers again and told the receptionist that the taxi has almost arrived, so that she could bring us the sleepers first and then proceed with the check-out. She didn’t listen to me, still first processed the check-out and only after it went for the sleepers. So it basically took me half an hour and my nerves to get the sleepers that were supposed to be in my room from the very beginning.
The general manager talked to us after the case with the hot water and the house keeper coming early in the morning. He was very polite, but this doesn’t eliminate the fact that basic services in this hotel leave much to be desired.
On the plus side, very comfortable beds and clean spacious room.
