The two young ladies at the front desk when I checked in were very kind and helpful, they quickly arranged a driver to take me to the grottoes, and gave me lots of useful information about dining and shopping options. The hotel is in a convenient location, also an easy 15 minute walk to Guyuan Museum, which is well worth visiting. Breakfast had a good variety of options. The room was very smart and comfortable, apart from the fact that I couldn't operate the air conditioning and consequently I had to keep the window open all the time I was there..»

En ese momento, tenía muchas ganas de escribir una mala reseña, pero la actitud de la gerencia del hotel cambió para mejor. Al principio, se excusaron diciendo que no se habían dado cuenta y que era un caso aislado. Más tarde, se mostraron dispuestos a corregirlo (incluso enviaron una bolsa de bayas de goji como disculpa y ofrecieron no cobrar la tarifa de la habitación). Como huésped, estoy dispuesto a dedicar tiempo a hablar sobre la experiencia de mi habitación con el hotel. Además de expresar mi pésima experiencia, también espero que el hotel valore y adopte una actitud más responsable, trate bien a cada cliente y mantenga su imagen de marca.
Tras salir de la tienda, el gerente envió un mensaje para disculparse y expresó su determinación de realizar cambios, lo cual es digno de reconocimiento. No acepté un reembolso completo del precio de la habitación. Finalmente, tras un descuento, el hotel sólo me cobró tres billetes grandes más algo de cambio.

I recently stayed at the Hampton by Hilton Yinchuan Glorious Center and had a wonderful experience. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of Yinchuan, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers.
**Service:** The staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the team was very helpful in providing recommendations for local attractions.
**Rooms:** My room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, featuring modern decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee facilities as well.
**Amenities:** The hotel offers a range of amenities, including a fitness center and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, with a variety of options to suit different tastes, including local dishes as well as international favorites.

Usuario invitadoMy friend and I stayed at the campsite for two nights and had a wonderful time. We come from the United Kingdom and do not speak Chinese so there was a language barrier. However, despite this the staff were very helpful and patient, and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. The location itself is very nice. The sand dunes are very impressive and fun to climb on. The food was lovely, especially the scrambled egg with tomatoes and cucumber salad. The campsite provides many fun activities. We particularly enjoyed the kareoke and the dice games we played with We Bon and the others. They also had other games for children which we enjoyed even though they are not designed for our age group😹. Altogether we would highly recommend staying at this place. Our only slight complaint would be concerning an external activity we did which was the go carting. We paid 80 yuan for one lap in the car which felt like a scam😹. So we would not recommend that activity. Another honourable mention would go to the taxi driver who was very lovely and showed around many activities with a lot of patience. Lastly we hope to have a rematch arm wrestle when we come back, and also that the younger guy finds love soon😂🫰🥰

We highly recommend this hotel. It’s modern and with spacious and clean rooms. And the staff is outstanding.
We were very warmly welcomed by the staff and check in went super smooth. We got lots of information and it’s easy to communicate via the hotels WeChat. The staff didn’t speak so much English, but this was not any problem with translating apps and the translate function in WeChat. The staff felt us feel very welcome and they stood out as very professional and service minded. We have travelled a lot and the staff of Huanghe Xiyu hotel made a solid impression.
The room was spacious and modern. It was very clean and nice. Good windows which could be opened. It also has mosquito nets. There were plenty water, a couple of complementary soft drinks and drip coffee and tea. Comfortable beds and several choices of pillows. The gym was also good.
The breakfast was very good. Nice selections of diffferent items. Tasty and fresh. We enjoyed freshly made noodles and dumplings. The staff in the restaurant was very friendly and service minded too.
Overall a very good experience which we do recommended.
