I wasn't expecting this caliber of hotel in a smaller town such as Jilin. It is better than some 5 star hotels I've stayed at in other larger cities in China. Our room was extremely large, as we were able to accommodate two additional friends in our room for lunch with plenty of space to spare. Speaking of lunch, the delivery to the room was delivered via robot, much to our son's delight. The room and bathroom were both clean and well appointed. Nothing felt run down or low rent. The generously sized bath tub was put to good use for bathing our son, as well as soaking in a relaxing bath. The staff was extremely professional and catered to our special needs, including a crib and extra care for our son. Would also like to mention the busboy (礼宾部田静润) who was extremely helpful in loading/unloading of our extra large luggage into the taxi.

Esta vez tuvimos tiempo para su extenso desayuno buffet y es realmente extenso: salada, diversos tipos de huevos, avena, frutas, pasteles chinos, porridge chino (el local “hei mi” arroz negro es hermoso), nodillos fritos, arroz, Las plantas y los bosques de vapor, tostadas, jamón, diferentes platos chinos quentes, frescos de nodos, ....se encuentra la idea. El único reproche que tuvimos: tienen una máquina de café - para café instantáneo.... Muchos tés lindos, pero sólo café instantáneo, desgraciadamente. No se puede ganar su precio, ya sea: RMB 304 para un dormitorio gemelo con dos desayunos y dos bonos para el té de la tarde.

I had a terrible experience at Atour X Changchun Station: took an hour to find the hotel & the room was not ready at 5pm cause they allowed their members to check out at 3pm to 6pm. We went out to eat and came back 40mins later to check in but was told that they CANNOT accept foreigners. They canceled our room booking & told me to find another hotel. Immediately I chatted with Trip.com staff for help. Within 5mins she changed my booking to Yatai hotel :) we were happy staying at Yatai 👍

Stay in Feb 2025, read the comments says that it ha strong renovation smell formaldehyde. It doesn't smell much at all. Cleanliness is good, and has AI assistant help to control.

Exceptional Stay in Changbaishan – Highly Recommended! I recently stayed at a hotel in Changbaishan, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From start to finish, everything was managed exceptionally well, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with rooms that are both comfortable and impeccably clean. One of the standout features was the outdoor onsen—an absolutely amazing place to unwind amidst the serene natural surroundings. The decoration in front of hotel with rows and rows of cute snowmen are also very lovely, we took plenty of photos there. Additionally, the free transportation services were incredibly efficient, including a convenient shuttle service to and from the train station and free transfers to the ski site. The staff were all friendly and helpful, even though communication was sometimes challenging as we don’t speak Mandarin. A special shoutout to Ms. Zhang Yong Ping 张永评 (WeChat: Xin Xin 鑫鑫), the guest manager from the front desk department, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. Ms. Zhang provided us with outstanding butler service and demonstrated exceptional kindness, professionalism, and hospitality. She helped us navigate the complexities of buying tickets and traveling to Changbaishan, ensured we boarded the correct buses, and even made sure we didn’t miss any important connections. Due to high season, we couldn’t secure a room in Building 3 for our second night and had to reserve rooms in Building 2 via an online platform. Ms. Zhang kindly and proactively made arrangements so we could stay in Building 3 throughout our visit—a thoughtful gesture that made a huge difference. Every aspect of our stay was well taken care of, and the staff’s dedication to providing excellent service truly stood out. Thanks to Ms. Zhang and the entire hotel team, our time in Changbaishan was a wonderful experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We’re grateful for the warm hospitality and look forward to returning in the future!

Hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful during our stay. They were professional and always smiley whenever we got back hotel. Especially yu min 于敏 wang jing王晶, they helped with our smooth check in and check out and my many enquires. Requested for late check out for 30mins and they gave me 1 hour instead, really appreciate for that!!! We were surprised with the little gift pack from the hotel. It’s the local tea leaves and volcanos rock!! It’s something so unique and interesting as a gift! It’s one of the best hotels I would say!! Room was spacious, clean and smart. The layout and lighting of the room make our stay very comfortable and convenient. Breakfast was delivered right to our room in the morning at our specific timing. This saves us effort to make our way to the dining place for breakfast when we can enjoyed it in our room. The laundry room was definitely a huge plus for us. Totally free of charge for washing and drying clothing. The stay was so great and we decided to extend one more night. Location is near the town area. Either flag for taxi or ask the receptionist for help would be a better option. It’s very convenient to roam around the area as taxi is widely available. Overall it was an awesome and enjoyable stay.

El hotel está a un poco de la estación de Changchun, a unos 15 minutos a pie pero vale la pena quedarse en este lugar. Hay en realidad autobuses de la estación de Changchun, pero no lo tomé. La habitación y el baño en la habitación están limpios. La presión del agua es buena para tener una buena ducha! El personal del hotel es amigable, especialmente la hermana mayor que sirve el desayuno! Puedes siempre ver los sonrisas en su cara! El desayuno en el hotel también es muy guapo! En general, este es un buen hotel para quedarse! Nunca se arrepienta de quedarse aquí. El precio es asequible y su servicio es bueno. Oh, sí, no se olvide! Upon arrival, the room I booked was under centralised heating and was a bit too warm for me. The hotel front desk tried to accommodate and showed me other available rooms for a swap. Eventually, we settled on a room on another floor for my entire 5 days' stay. The hotel's location was great, 30 seconds walk to metro, close to high speed rail station as well. I love the restaurants right next to the hotel also. It's clean, staff members are polite (greet you every time you are comingin or going out), and breakfast buffet has a huge variety of choices, and most importantly, very tasty. I love a hotel that has a laundry room as well, so convenient!!! Will definitely stay again next time.

Clean room, great custom service, delicious breakfast, safe neighborhood, and very convenient location. There are 3 different big malls around and many small stores near there. Will recommend it to my family and friends for sure and come back here next visit.

My wife and I enjoyed staying in this hotel very much. Room is spacious, modern, clean and nicely equipped. MTR is just at the hotel doorway which makes in town travel extremely convenient. Breakfast food is plentiful. Staff are friendly, polite and forthcoming. Special thanks is given to Erik, the hotel’s room director. Despite his busy schedule, he always spares time to stay in the reception area to meet hotel guests. He is very helpful and resourceful, always stand ready to offer help and even travel advice. We told him our room was a bit hot due to the heated air conditioning and before long, he solved our problem by arranging one of our small windows to open for fresh air. We said we would take high speed train to leave the city at 2:30pm 2 days after and he immediately offered to extend our checkout time to 1pm. He also advised us to take MTR to go to the high speed train station instead of taking a taxi. We took his advice when checked out and the trip really turned out to be more convenient and faster.

The housekeeping team was particularly thoughtful, providing us with an extra heat pad to stay warm and even a small box to organize our accessories after noticing we had several. Every detail of our stay was handled with care and professionalism, making it a place I highly recommend to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience.

Hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful during our stay. They were professional and always smiley whenever we got back hotel. Especially yu min 于敏 wang jing王晶, they helped with our smooth check in and check out and my many enquires. Requested for late check out for 30mins and they gave me 1 hour instead, really appreciate for that!!! We were surprised with the little gift pack from the hotel. It’s the local tea leaves and volcanos rock!! It’s something so unique and interesting as a gift! It’s one of the best hotels I would say!! Room was spacious, clean and smart. The layout and lighting of the room make our stay very comfortable and convenient. Breakfast was delivered right to our room in the morning at our specific timing. This saves us effort to make our way to the dining place for breakfast when we can enjoyed it in our room. The laundry room was definitely a huge plus for us. Totally free of charge for washing and drying clothing. The stay was so great and we decided to extend one more night. Location is near the town area. Either flag for taxi or ask the receptionist for help would be a better option. It’s very convenient to roam around the area as taxi is widely available. Overall it was an awesome and enjoyable stay.

We are 4 people from Cambodia. My family were lucky to choose to stay in this beautiful hotel resort. 1. The Room : very clean and many room style to choose like Chinese or Japanese or normal. 2. The location : is very near town just only 5mins Near Changbaishan railway station just only 5mins Close to Scenic deer park and riding floating river 3. Sevice: excellent. The boss is very caring us. He took us from station to the hotel and back to station for FREE. He help us a lot to buy Mountain ticket, booking car, and bus to Xuexiang. 4. Hotel also Free Breakfast with delicious food. The kitchen service is great. They are kind and outgoing. 😍 Thank you hotel boss for everything. We will recommend your hotel to our relatives and friends. And we will come back to see again in Changbaishan. 🙏
