It’s overpriced, but being inside the desert national park has its perks. The bar at the top floor is very nice, and the decoration of the hotel is great. The staff is super attentive and friendly. Checking in at the visitor center is a let down, it’s crowded, noisy, disorganised, and the very junior staff cannot deal with foreigners. They have no clue what to do with passports, ask irrelevant questions about residence permits for visitors, and are not willing to speak English. Breakfast and dinner are buffet style, meaning that you will have to fight off hordes of rude people and feral kids, who don’t understand the concept of queuing. The swimming pools are cold. The rooms are substandard for the price, and the bathrooms are tiny and flood when you shower. There’s a bar by the pool, but they don’t serve anything. It’s a unique experience, but don’t expect very high levels of comfort nor a 5 star hotel experience

As an american traveling through Inner Mongolia with my chinese partner and her mom, this was my first time staying in a traditional yurt and honestly it ended up being one of the most memorable parts of our trip and my first ever trip to China! The power went out on our first night because of an annual power inspection and it lasted longer than expected. After a long day of traveling i was definitely disappointed because i had been looking forward to taking a shower and relaxing for the night. Even though the outage was completely outside the hosts' control, they did everything they could to make us comfortable! They brought us lights, checked on us several times and kept us updated on the situation via WeChat. By the end of the trip, what stood out to me wasnt the outage itself, but how hard everyone there worked to take care of us. They went above and beyond to make up for the power outage inconvenience. They treated us to horseback riding, paid for lunch and paid for afternoon tea which we greatly appreciated. By the next day i wasnt even thinking about the outage anymore because we were having such a great time. Their kindness turned what could have been a frustrating start into a really great experience. It's easy to provide good service when everything goes according to plan but it's much harder when something goes wrong and in this situation, the hosts exceeded our expectations. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming and attentive. Whenever we were eating, they were always nearby in case we needed anything and they consistently made us feel taken care of throughout our stay. One of my favorite memories was feeding the young sheep! It seems like a simple activity but as someone who has never had any opportunity to experience life on the grasslands, it was an experience I'll always cherish. I loved being able to experience the beautiful scenery and slower pace of life out here. There is also a scenic spot just a couple miles down the road with a hill you can walk up for free if you are staying at the yurts as a guest. The view from the top is absolutely incredible with endless grasslands in every direction. While staying here and driving through the area, we saw hundreds if not thousands of horses, cows and sheep across the landscape which made the whole experience feel even more special!! Also, the fried beef meal was so good I had to order it twice. And the snacks with the afternoon tea were also yummy. They provide all the toiletries you need as well as several bottles of water daily. There is both air condition and heat which helped during this time of year as the room would get very hot during the day and cold at night. The way the yurts light up at night is beautiful. Thank you so much for your hospitality and for sharing this beautiful part of Inner Mongolia with us. I'm definitely not one to leave reviews but this stay was worth taking the time to write one. We left with great memories and i would gladly stay here again! highly recommended!

El hotel a los pies de Chi Le Chuan ofrece un servicio excelente. La recepcionista vio que llegamos tarde con niños y nos cambió la habitación a una categoría superior sin costo. Después de ver la Canción del Caballo Eterno, hicimos una barbacoa al aire libre, vimos la actuación 🎤 y dormimos plácidamente. El desayuno del día siguiente fue toda una experiencia. La sopa de res estaba riquísima. La clave está en la relación calidad-precio, demasiado alta. He oído que Chi Le Chuan va a construir un área escénica 5A. Volveré a visitarla el año que viene. Por cierto, el hotel también está cerca del Área Escénica del Acantilado de Piedra Roja.

Muy bueno hotel 😀 Ha vivido una vez en 24 años. Esta vuelta ha elegido el hotel para descansar 😀 limpio de la higiene del hotel, especialmente el servicio de limpieza de los clientes. Encontré el nivel de formación de gestión del hotel de primera clase 😀 limpiar el espionaje de higiene es muy bueno 👍 equipo del hotel La instalación es perfecta y el servicio está muy atento 😀 Especialmente los platos del restaurante son muy buenos 😀 El entorno es importante. Esta vez se alcanzó el parque del hotel en la construcción 😀 es más turbulento 😀 pero se puede entender 😀 Me gustaría vivir más dos días. Antes de irme a Hohhot, investigué varios hoteles y finalmente elegí este por su fácil acceso a la antigua calle Saishang. Al llegar, me di cuenta de que era la elección correcta. Transporte: Está relativamente cerca de la estación de tren de Hohhot; tomé un taxi de 15 yuanes desde la estación hasta el hotel. Está a 5-6 minutos a pie de la antigua calle Saishang, tan cerca que la visité dos noches seguidas. Comida: Mi habitación no incluía desayuno, pero fui al restaurante durante el desayuno y pedí los fideos hele y los fideos mindou de la casa, que estaban deliciosos. También cabe mencionar: Originalmente había planeado almorzar en Caozhong Shaomai el primer día, pero debido al horario de cierre del restaurante, optamos por el restaurante Shaomai, ubicado justo enfrente del hotel. Estaba sorprendentemente delicioso. A 20 yuanes el liang (8 piezas), los tres pedimos tres liang (8 piezas) y quedamos muy satisfechos. Ambiente: El hotel tiene ese aire rústico que tanto me encanta, desde la casa de té en la primera planta hasta los muebles y la decoración de las habitaciones. Me encantó el estilo antiguo. Algunos muebles, como la caligrafía, las pinturas y el mural del té, tienen anotaciones y se pueden escanear con WeChat para conocer su historia. Es un detalle muy considerado. Instalaciones: El hotel cuenta con lavandería y gimnasio en la quinta planta. Lavé la ropa la mañana antes de irme. El hotel estaba muy bien equipado: lavadoras y secadoras desechables, lavadora-secadora, plancha, secador de zapatos, detergente y suavizante. Me fijé bien en las gomas de la lavadora de carga frontal cuando fui a lavar la ropa esa mañana. Estaban impecables, lo que indicaba que el personal limpiaba con regularidad. El único inconveniente fue que la secadora que usé no secó bien la ropa. Me pregunto si fue porque el tiempo de secado fue demasiado corto. No probé la lavadora-secadora, así que no estoy segura de qué tan bien secó. Lamento no haber tenido tiempo de disfrutar del té en la casa de té; espero probarlo la próxima vez. PD: Hay algunas yurtas en la azotea; me encantaría probarlas si vuelvo a alojarme allí.

I can’t recommend Stars Pasture (Xingchen Muju) enough. It truly exceeded all our expectations. We took our family to Huitengxile Grassland, and even before we arrived, we felt the owner’s kindness. He personally came out to help with our luggage and asked about our breakfast preferences for the next day. During our chat, he also shared great tips on nearby activities, which made planning much easier. The deluxe room we booked was much more spacious than we expected, with endless grassland right outside the door. Watching horses and cattle graze in front of our window was amazing. The room was very well equipped. The hairdryer worked well, hot water was plentiful, and they even provided disposable towels, which made everything feel extra clean and comfortable. The bed was soft and cozy, and at night, we could see the beautiful starry sky right from the window. The food was absolutely amazing. The lamb tripe soup in the morning was rich, flavorful, and incredibly comforting. I ended up having several bowls! For dinner, we ordered roasted lamb chops and other local specialties, and everything was delicious. My whole family loved it. You definitely don’t have to worry about food here; the quality is excellent. Plus, the Huanghuagou Scenic Area and other attractions are very close by, so there’s plenty to explore. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The place is clean, the food is fantastic, and most importantly, the owner’s genuine hospitality made us feel at home. We’re very grateful for how well he took care of us during our visit, and we would come back again. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the grassland! 这家“星辰牧居”真的给了我太多惊喜，必须狠狠夸一下！ 这次带家人来辉腾锡勒草原，从还没进门就感受到了老板的细心周到。老板不仅主动来帮忙搬行李，还很贴心地问了我们第二天的早餐喜好，聊天的过程中还给我们推荐了附近好玩的项目，处处都安排得很妥当。 我选的精品大床房，出乎意料地大，门口就是一望无际的大草原。放眼望去能看到成群的牛马悠闲地吃草。设施设备齐全，吹风机风量足，热水出水很快，不会出现排队等洗澡的情况。用的还是一次性浴巾和毛巾，干净卫生特别放心。床品软乎乎的，晚上躺在暖暖的被窝里，还能看到漫天璀璨的星空，这种体验太惬意了。 再说说这家的美食，我印象最深的就是早上的羊杂汤，鲜香暖胃，我一口气炫了好几碗。晚餐我们点了烤羊排、手把肉等特色菜，色香味俱全，家人们都赞不绝口。顺便提一句，来这儿玩完全不用担心没好东西吃，餐厅出品水准超级在线。周围还有很多游玩的地方，很近黄花沟景区。 总的来说，这次住宿我们全家都非常满意，酒店设施整洁、人好、食物好，老板的用心经营更是让我们感受到了家一般的温暖，下次有机会一定还会再来！真诚推荐给每一位来草原游玩的朋友们，选这儿准没错！
