Muy satisfecho, el cuarto es muy grande y limpio, el desayuno es muy bueno, el estilo es mucho, y también las nueces producidas en el terreno, el camarero es muy cuidadoso para dar agua, limpiar sus vestidos, muy cálido, hay un gran estacionamiento, muy seguro

Extremely new hotel, clean and modern design and huge rooms. I enjoyed the stay a lot. The only downside is the location which is not close to subway. So i usually take taxi which accounts for the biggest part of spending other than flight and hotel. The easiest and cheapest way is to take taxi to the Wanda mall which is 7 min taxi away and take subway from there. Other than this everything is good.

This hotel can be very hit & miss. I have stayed here 3 times and had 3 different experiences. First things first, though, it is worth pointing out that location is excellent, especially for its price, and staff are always very friendly, and often have a decent level of English, as well as Mandarin & Mongolian (almost every guest I ever see here speaks Mongolian). My first stay here, I had no complaints. The room was clean, comfortable, & spacious. An excellent room at its price, if just slightly dated. My next stay was totally different. I was told upon checking in that my room didn't have a shower but I could move the next day. Not ideal after a day of travelling but I was tired so accepted it and went to bed. The next evening, I returned to the hotel & was told I still couldn't move, & had to wait another day (the day I was checking out). I managed to convince staff to let me move eventually as I really needed a shower, & there was a room available - so why couldn't I just be there in the first place? My third and final stay was also disappointing, though not as bad as the second. Upon checking in, there was a huge group who had checked in just before me - not ideal, but little you can do. But only one elevator was working, and would only hold around 3 or 4 people at a time. So it genuinely took almost half an hour to get to my room. Then, for some reason, the elevator call button on my floor didn't work. Fortunately I found a staff elevator that took me out the back exit and had to use this for the rest of my stay - but that somewhat reduced the convenience of the location. All in all, while I appreciate the price and location here, I have started using other hotels when I visit Hohhot now.

When I checked in, at the front desk they were very welcoming and welcomed me, asking if I was Korean. They also mentioned the names of their favorite Korean idols. But the problem was that there was only one woman working in the evening. I said 卫生间里没有休纸, but she didn't respond. When I said again, sh said 听不懂 and turned her head around even before I was done talking. 休纸? It's wrong word? I was also embarrassed and said in English, ”no paper in the toilet”. Again she said 听不懂 and didn't make any response. ”卫生间里没有休纸” ”no paper in the toilet”. I repeat the same thing in Chinese and in English again. What is this situation? Come on. A Chinese man waiting next to me saw this situation and said something to the employee, and then the employee looked at me, opened the back door and took out the tissue. What is this situation? It's not that she doesn't understand, but the hotel employee turned his head to the guest and refused to respond. I don't understand the employee's attitude.

房間也太大了吧，佈局整潔温馨，白色裝修風格，簡潔大方。最棒的一點就是裏面有一個大浴缸，旅遊奔波一天泡個澡洗去一身的疲勞。早餐也非常好吃，種類很多，中西蒙三餐結合。 前台的小姐姐們也很專業，很熱情，和她們聊天很開心！酒店內還有一個生態環境湖，湖水清澈見底綠波蕩漾，院內環境很好也很大，周邊還有公園，很適合出遊居住

房間很大，一個人或兩個人住都很寬鬆 在大昭寺、塞上老街、席圖力召邊上、走路兩三分鐘 步行去哪裡都很方便 網紅店格日勒阿媽藏蒙餐廳也在附近 走路三分鐘 民宿安酒店標準修建 衞生、硬件都不錯 晚上很安靜 門口有很多拍旅拍的 隨便找一家都差不多 下次去還會入住

Excelente servicio y personal muy cualificado fue una agradable estancia aquí quiero mencionar especialmente sobre personal de la mesa delantera muy amable y cooperativo gestor de la mesa delantera Sr. Aoqi wang y la Srta. Michelle tanto me trata un servicio de vip y complimentary bebidas 🍸 ambos pueden hablar en inglés y no sentí ningún obstáculo durante la comunicación que me proporcionan información sobre las atracciones alrededor de Mongolia y arreglar automoción 🚗 Alquilar un coche que es muy apreciado, porque el Sr. Aoqi Wang ha sido amable y profesionalmente amable, he extendido mi estancia de un día a 4 días , y estoy ansioso por permanecer en el mismo hotel de nuevo cuando visito Batoa , muy recomendado agradables y confortables grandes habitaciones con hermosa vista de la ciudad y Muñeca ⛰️ ,mejor ubicación cerca de Wanda Plaza Occidental comida disponible todas las marcas de comidas justo a pie 🚶‍♂️ distancia mejor lugar para permanecer especialmente para los visitantes extranjeros.

Una de las pocas casas de esta gran ciudad ”en desarrollo” Aunque tuvimos algunos retos de comunicación que fue resuelto por la primera dama de recepción front desk usando la aplicación de traducción de weixin. El hotel está en una zona de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad. El hotel tiene una habitación muy buena, pero tuvimos que ir a otro dormitorio debido al fuerte olor de fumadores de cigarrillos que se filtra a través de la unidad de aire acondicionado, que era muy mala. Lamentablemente, esto ocurrió de nuevo en el nuevo dormitorio del hotel. En general, nos disfrutamos de nuestra estadía y el personal del hotel estaba muy bien alojado, pero el hotel realmente necesita ser más estricto en la política de fumar cigarrillos. Entiendo que muchas personas fuman en China, pero esta es la marca ”Sheraton”. Si se permite fumar en el restaurante del hotel (que tuvimos que soportar) y en los dormitorios que afectan a otros huéspedes, esto es bastante malo.
