Perfect stay at J.Mountain for family trip. Available in Trip.com. Our stay period in summer season (consider off peak?). Prior to stay, the staff are very prompt in helpful Q and A. Services are exceedingly good, excellent and accomodating. All staff are friendly, approachable, and careful to details. Sharing local culture and history, and place of interest. Outstanding concierge service. Our stay include Tea appreciation, sumptuous dinner (2 choices), and hearty breakfast (2 choices). We were given complimentary drinks at bar, and alternative dishes to met dietary requirement. Very useful that hotel provide Hotel-Train station transfer. service, and other short distance ride to Huangshan hiking entrance (saved a lot of time). Staff helped us booked our Cableway tickets which saved us time to queue for tickets and avoid buying wrong tickets. Very spacious open concept, clean and modern room and furnishings like king size bed, large Sofa, round Table TV. Balcony with lush tranquillity view of nature full of mountainous greenery and waterfall. Sound of nature (cicada) and fortunately room comes with good sound proofing sliding door. Bath tub, shower area, and WC with build in sensor and biget spray. Standard Amenities are provided. Electric source is China 2-pin 3-pin plug standard and USB. Hotel is located within the Huangshan park (?). Saving us time in getting clearance at Park security office as the Driver brought us through the security checks with ease. We felt like VIP. Hotel is a short drive away to nearest cableway (called ‘hot spring’ cableway etc.). Do bring rain coat as weather up in the mountain is unpredictable. It rained when we reached up at ‘Yuping’ cableway. Hotel staff offered us rain coat. We have a skilful driver to transport us safely form our Hotel-Train station transfer.

Un gran hotel. Está muy cerca de Guangmingding en la cima del área escénica de Huangshan. Esto significa que es un mejor lugar para quedarse para ver el atardecer y el amanecer. Además, este hotel está especialmente equipado con un mayordomo para brindar servicio. Sí, la sensación general de vivir aquí es súper buena. Después de registrarnos, nos dieron algunos bocadillos locales. Subimos desde la puerta norte de Back Mountain y caminamos 500 metros hasta Guangmingding. Después de llegar ese día, a las 4:00, el ama de llaves nos recordó que fuéramos a ver si se estaba poniendo el sol. El desayuno también nos recuerda cuándo comer. El ambiente sanitario también se mantiene muy bien. La humedad en la montaña es muy alta, pero el interior es muy seco, limpio y ordenado. La habitación de padres e hijos se puede decorar con escenas según las preferencias de los niños. El sentimiento general es muy bueno. Elegiré quedarme aquí la próxima vez que tenga la oportunidad de venir a Huangshan.

被圖片吸引，但是古鎮裏的這個民宿確實讓我有點失望，畢竟這個價格在蕪湖是可以住很好的酒店了。 先説古鎮大環境，節假日據説是收門票的，晚上沒幾個店開門，早上也人煙稀少，據説有表演，節目單看了下也沒有什麼適合孩子的。很多店都關門了，關上門的街區也能看出曾經繁華過的樣子，原來應該是不錯的吧。 再説酒店，房間面積可以，環境總體不錯，但是滑梯我家孩子害怕覺得太陡，我自己試了下也確實如此，就失去了本來定這個房間的其中一個樂趣。 早餐與星級酒店確實無法比，是老闆自己搭配的。 之前看評價説可以喂的小動物也衹看到空空的籠子，有一衹貓，娃衹能逗了會貓，去房間路上必須經過貓舍，一股味差點給我薰暈過去。 光説缺點，也有優點。服務上來説，老闆提前聯繫，到的時候老闆是親自去門口接刷了門票，中間有幾次更換遙控器床單什麼的這種老闆也是很快解決了。民宿確實這點上老闆對客人的服務積極響應，態度還是很好的。房間空調很給力，露台比較舒服，夕陽西下，坐在露台，感覺還不錯。 總體給了四分，希望能更好吧。或者價格可以更親民。

It was my first time staying at The Langham Hefei, but I can also say it was my third as I extended my stay twice. The staff's courtesy, warmth and the right level of care started right at the moment I entered the hotel lobby. The wall to wall and floor to ceiling marble can be cold, but The Langham Hefei 's lobby feels warm and welcoming due to the yellow hue of its lighting I believe and its staff. I immediately smelled flowers after I stepped in the lobby, pleasant, not overwhelming. It came from a huge bouquet composed of hundreds of pink lilies, not the pink roses representing The Langham. I prefer lily's smell anyway. The bouquet is by the front desk, so guests could enjoy lilies while waiting for check-in. As a matter of fact, I waited no time. Ada Yang greeted me immediately and checked me in within 2 minutes. I was very glad I moved from the other 5-star hotel which I had been told was the ceiling of the Hefei hotel scene. It took that hotel 10 minutes to check me in. The breakfast experience at The Langham Hefei was also great! The Seasons restaurant is big enough so that the seating was always available whenever I went down, which was not the case at the other hotel. In addition to daily cleaning, House keeping also came in the afternoon to make sure every everything is in good order and ask if additional supplies are needed. After two nights stay, I decided to change my original hotel hopping plan and continued staying at The Langham Hefei. It was again Ada Yang who helped me with the extension. She was warm, professional and efficient as always. Due to my itinerary change, I extended my stay the second time. This time it was Kristen He (XIAO He) who helped me. I experienced the same Langham quality from Xiao He - courtesy, warmth, knowledge and efficiency. She explained to me the responsibilities of each front line role and Langham's efforts to optimize guests' experience.She even went extra miles to ask her manager's permission to give me a complimentary Happy Hour. The Happy Hour is on the 44th floor at The Langham Club where mini buffet and beverage are provided 5:30 - 8:00pm. The staff there, Tracy, Lucy and Anne, were equally exceptional! They were proactive and ready to help. I asked for a Cosmo, but the cranberry juice had run out. Lucy made one with grapefruit juice and it tasted wonderful! Thank you, Ada, Xiao He, Tracy, Lucy, Ann and each every staff I met, you made my stay a memorable one!

Fue un viaje muy satisfactorio debido a que mi abuela tenía dificultades con las piernas y los pies, todos, desde el jefe hasta los empleados, fueron de gran ayuda. El hermano pequeño de la recepción levantó directamente a mi abuela con la silla de ruedas y también nos dijo la ruta. y qué actividades estaban disponibles, muy agradable.

Hongcun Yushan mountain scenery house is convenienly located near the South Gate of Hongcun Scenic area. We booked courtyard B which is located outside and behind the main hotel complex with breakfast included. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable, and had a small courtyard, but unfortunately no garden chairs or table to sit outside. In hindsight we woud book another room in the main complex next time. It has a lovely open garden and plenty of outdoor seating. I contacted the hotel before our stay and managed by using a voice translator to connect with the staff on Wechat. A friendly staff member met us at the entrance to the scenic area and entry is free of charge when you stay at the hotel. The hotel staff don't speak any English, but they were very helpful and friendly and we got along fine using Wechat and other translators. I won't recommend eating dinner at the hotel as there are many local Chinese restaurants in the ancient village. The hotel offers a coffee shop in the lobby and has a number of options, like Americano, Latte etc. The coffee is very good, but I felt it was a bit pricey for the cup size. The hotel breakfast is Chinese with no Western options, and it is served in unique way in a tray. I enjoyed the breakfast, but my husband would have liked more western options. On our arrival the room was already pre-heated and the beds in the room were comfortable. It was snowing lightly when we arrived and there were umbrellas available in the room. They also provide vanity items. We visited just before the Chinese New Year tourist rush at the beginning of the holiday and this was a very good location and time to visit despite the cold weather. The ancient village was not too crowded and it was nice to walk around in the evenings and daytime with the hotel is situated conveniently right next to the South lake. Drone flying is allowed which can give drone flyers an aerial view of the village. Depending on your iterinary a one night stay is sufficient to visit Hongcun and the nearby Xidi ancient village then move on to another hotel at the foot or top of the mountain or Tunxi village. We enjoyed our stay and can recommend this hotel to travelers wanting a good hotel experience in Hongcun.

Después de escalar la montaña delantera en un día lluvioso, finalmente caminé hasta el hotel Xihai y sentí ganas de volver a casa. Hay té de jengibre caliente en el vestíbulo, un área de descanso y un área para comprar café y bocadillos. El servicio de mayordomo del hotel también es muy considerado y paciente. Dondequiera que haya un mar de nubes, estará allí de inmediato y también se le recordará la hora de cierre del teleférico. Super satisfacción, es la población más barata que he vivido. La decoración es notable, hay un pequeño jardín tranquilo en la casa de cien años de historia, la calle de la piedra verde se ha curvado, el silencio se ha calmado, el jefe se va a recoger por primera vez, no hay que preocuparse de que no pueda encontrarlo. La habitación está equipada, el cajón es de Coler, el accesorio de lavandería es de Adolf. La cama es suave y dura, y la cabeza tiene latidos. En la caja fuerte se puede comer, y la comida habitual en casa es muy deliciosa. También hay cajón de gato adorable que se puede comer.

La vista desde la habitación es muy buena y el servicio de mayordomo es muy considerado. Se dispone de los servicios de buffet y guía de viaje del hotel. Está muy cerca y es conveniente para lugares pintorescos como Shixin Peak, Monkey Viewing the Sea y Miaobishenghua.

大名鼎鼎的悦榕莊 看到攜程上有推出活動 果斷囤 等空閑時休假帶着家人來入住 此次是我第一次到安徽黃山 一下高鐵 自然 美麗就讓人心曠神怡 放眼遠望都是秋色的山 黟縣火車站打車到悦榕莊大概45分鐘 大門口的保安大叔非常嚴謹認真 會確認進入車輛才放行 負責的管理讓人安全感滿滿 下午三點半到前台辦理入住 因為酒店當天有大型活動 房間打掃忙的不可開交 我們等待了大約不到10分鐘 有工作人員開着電動觀光車送我們去房間了 盧苑的房間 智能馬桶 新風系統 中央空調 燈光場景豐富 香薰 圓形大浴缸和足夠的乾濕分離衞生間空間 悦榕莊選址真的好 窗外處處是景 管家彬彬馬上加上了我的微信 瞭解我們的需求 馬上給予安排 晚上發現隔音問題 第二天想着反映一下 沒想到彬彬瞭解後馬上給安排換房間 説還有雙卧別墅 響應速度真的很快 別墅上下兩層 兩個卧室分別有獨立的浴缸 家庭住可以同時各泡各的 早上露台就能看日出 游泳池居然沒什麼人 我們像包場一樣在裏面玩水 早餐品種豐富的同時品質很好 難得小餛飩肉那麼大 我去了宏村和塔川 如果説賞秋色 悦榕莊可以佔一半 唯一一點就是他們衞生間的垃圾桶 腳踩開蓋的垃圾桶 擺放在馬桶側邊後方 使用時候很反人類 已經和彬彬反應過了 希望下次再去的時候可以看到變化
