Recientemente nos alojamos del 10 al 14 de marzo de 2023 en A-One Star Hotel. Si a los viajeros no les importa un espacio/habitación más pequeño con las comodidades mínimas, es una excelente relación calidad-precio ya que la ubicación del hotel es excelente y está cerca de todo lo que necesitará: comida, servicios de lavandería, la playa de Pattaya y los centros comerciales como Big C. Un área de mejora, se puede trabajar en la prueba de sonido de las habitaciones, ya que podemos escuchar a otros huéspedes charlando desde nuestra habitación 😀

Recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar. La ubicación es genial y el nivel de ruido por la noche se sitúa teniendo en cuenta dónde se encuentra. Me gustó la ubicación, que está cerca del centro comercial Central, a unos 5 o 10 minutos a pie de la playa y cerca de excelentes restaurantes. También me gustaría agradecer a Mimi por su esfuerzo extra. Mi novia fue la persona de contacto con Mimi porque ella habla tailandés y yo no. Bueno, ella era un poco demasiado entusiasta al llamar a Mimi para las cosas y Mimi las manejó rápidamente y por lo que pude ver, no podía ser más dulce al respecto.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, making it easy to find. The check-in process was seamless via WhatsApp, with quick and efficient responses from their friendly team. Although my official check-in time was 3 PM, they kindly accommodated my request and provided a room by 11:30 AM, with minimal waiting time. The amenities, including the room, kitchen, pool, and gym, were top-notch. I especially loved the rooftop pool, which offered a stunning view of the city. The team was incredibly responsive, any questions I had in the WhatsApp group were answered and resolved within minutes. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and would happily stay here again and again. Thank you for the excellent service!

What an amazing property. The views from the pool over all of Pattaya and the surrounding area are spectacular to say the least. The Edge is an instagram goldmine. The room I stayed in was on the 30th floor, very clean and well maintained. The air conditioners were very quiet and cooled the room down quickly. I especially enjoyed the sliding doors in the balcony/bath tub area, which made for some awesome unobstructed photos and a very cool ambiance when having a bath. The hotel is quite secure with a security detail at the front entrance as well as swipe card access throughout the building.

Tan pronto como llegué, conocí al jefe, que estaba muy entusiasmado. Venía de Guangdong. La habitación estaba limpia y era decente. El refrigerador funciona. Las camas eran cómodas. El aire acondicionado funciona. Hay un 7/11 al otro lado de la calle. Problema con hormigas azucareras en el baño. No es completamente malo, solo quédate aquí si es necesario.

Originally I was planning to long stay for more than a month. But then, I had very bad experiences and staffs including the housekeeper do not really follow the Manager instruction during my stay. I decided to check out and find another hotel to stay. It was a nightmare. The Manager is very nice and professional but the staffs especially the housekeeper do not really meet the level of standard. Hotel looks very pretty, but the rooms are old and the air conditioner do not function efficiently. The air cindition blows towards my head in bed. I wonder how it is going to be in the summer time. Some blind spots are dirty and full of dust, especially the air condition. The air condition is not cold enough and sometimes, it stops without cool air out. One can smell the strong cleaning solution or chemicals and santiziers, especially inside your rooms. I have been breathing in all the chemicals they use for the hotel. It is very irritated and made me cough all time. My housekeeper coughs without wearing mask when she is cleaning my room and replacing the new bedsheets on my bed. On my last day stayed at this hotel, my housekeeper replaced all pillows which had been sprayed with air fresher. All my bedsheets and blanket covers are contaminated with their santiziers or cleaning solution. I asked the front desk to exchange me at least 2 pillows without any wired smell. In return, they gave me a pillow with blood stain to me. I was very upset and disappointed. I did not try the swimming pool, but the water looks green and not clear. But the areas around the pools is beauty. Hotel location is not in the center of city and not easy to grab the Baht bus. Wifi signal is not consistently. The new the new hotel has been building and pretty noisy during the days until late nights. There is a 7 eleven close by. Hotel breakfast buffet doesn't have too much variety, almost everyday the same. If one is not irritated by any chemicals and not require to stay close to Pattaya beach, then, you may want to try for short stay if the room price is cheap.
