It was an overnight stay. Overall was okay. Room was fairly large. Can fit an extra bed if required. Hotel is at a strategic location, a few blocks away from Marina Times.

If you are planning to enjoy Miri as a local, you can consider staying at Imperial Palace Hotel, as it is very near to several famous local eateries. After attending a friend's daugther wedding dinner in Sarikei, we drove to Sibu Kingwood Hotel to stay for a night. Checked in 15 Dec 2022, Room 610. I am very disappointed it was not a best Riverview room, blocked by the Function/swimming pool building. Room is bare minimum , nothing set up, no coffee/te, no bedroom slipper, no safebox, no sofa & coffee table, one hand towel for 2 occupants !!!! Room windows safety latch is broken, some stain on entrance door, bathtub stopper control is broken. Called housekeeping , they offer to call Maintenance to fix window locks...Front office to do room change. Have rejected their offer as i am very very disppointed !!! Wonder how do this Hotel check in guest to a supposedly ”vacant clean” where there are defects!!! It should not have happened. Last but not least, the staff at River Front Cafe entrance is rude and unfriendly !! Lots of room for improvement !!!!!

Book to this hotel to try one of the upscale hotel near the Kuching waterfront. Nice clean room and comfy bed. The hotel itself is old but the rooms has been refurbished with modern design. Very convenient location if you are looking at somewhat walking distance hotel from Kuching waterfront and it sits just beside the famous Kuching cat statue. Breakfast has array of option from western to the local delicacies such as laksa Sarawak and Mee kolok. First time ever seeing a coal toaster for bread, a nice touch.

El hotel ANO fue check-in el 8 de enero de 2020. El check-in es un brisa. El receptor es cortesía. Me asignaron a la habitación 329, una habitación de esquina. La habitación está bien equipada con todas las comodidades. Desde su único hotel de 2 a 3 estrellas, no hay nevera/mini bar. Mi habitación es una habitación doble. Es acogedor, el aire acondicionado es justo. Me gusta la cabeza de la ducha gigante. Las camas y las cucharas son cómodas, las hojas son limpias. La habitación está bien aislada del ruido exterior. La facilidad del hotel está limitada sin frijoles. No hay piscina, sólo un pequeño café en el piso al lado del lobby. El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad cerca de muchos puntos de salida de F&B. Es un hotel conveniente y económico, no hesitaré en recomendar a otros.

Un hotel sorpresa… le enseñó el envejecimiento a base de exterior… para mi sorpresa el interior había sido reformado y nuevo!! Muebles nuevos y súper limpios. Habitación espaciosa también. Una ganga y definitivamente volveré. Buen trabajo de la dirección del hotel. ¡¡Felicidades!! p/s: solo que no hay estacionamiento… ese es el único punto negativo

Exceptional hospitality! First of all, there was 4 of us traveling. Two of our friends couldn’t make it to the trip. The rest of the two of us were given an upgrade to suite room!! Room was very clean, beautiful and everything we needed. We were so given a front entrance parking- which was amazing for us. Second of all, the staff are very helpful, friendly and accommodating. We appreciate the warm welcome, the complimentary drinks upon arrival and damp towel given for us to wipe- it makes us feel very royal lol! Overall, we want to thank the general manager and staff for the great experience and comfortable stay. Definitely looking forward to staying at this hotel next time. I highly recommend!

La familia me queda en el Everly por lo que recuerdo y recientemente (Julio) me decepcionó tanto en el estándar que había caído. Sin embargo, esta reciente visita Este mes fue maravilloso!!! Tenemos nuestras habitaciones adyacentes solicitadas que fueron excelentes, limpias, enormes, todos los detalles cuidados!! Noté que habían actualizado teléfonos, menú, titulares de baños y incluso añadido puertos USB! Fantastico! Como siempre - el personal era increíble, amable y el lugar entero es un lugar tranquilo y limpio para llamar a casa mientras viajaba. A service that you wouldn’t be able to imagine. This apartment would be the last resort you would want to choose in Kuching. If it wasn’t because of imperial hotel that was fully book during my time of stay i wouldn’t be choosing this apartment ever and also because due to my lack of research of other hotels as well I was actually looking for a hotel with swimming pool for kids to enjoy and spend their time with. Other hotel was way too expensive for only 2 nights stay.. However, this complaint is truly just on their service provided. Not on the facilities.. It is fully because they have the worst real estate agent to manage these service apartments. LUCO VISION SDN BHD (agent name: Lily).. First asking for RM200 deposit which I totally understand but later ask for RM30.80 “Service Charged” even after I fully paid my fee through Agoda. When I ask for explanation on what kind of service charged is charge, but they couldn’t explain further none other than just mentioning “this is management T&C”. Thereafter I call Agoda for further explanation on this service charged and it come to my surprised that even Agoda were not aware of such servicing fee being charged on client. How funny is that? Later then the agent say i must pay no matter what if i wish to continue my stay, i mean i have already fully paid to Agoda on my stay of RM494.60. And so called service fee that is chargeable, they can’t even explain it. By the way if you are curious why m i so furious on this service charged is because they can’t even give a brief explanation to what service charge m i paying, everything here is self check in and they have laundry machine in the apartment but it was lock because i have to pay extra to use it and worst still there’s no drinking water provided. Least of it, when i complaint to them through WhatsApp and demanded to have a number to call, agent refused to give a number. Stating that i can only contact them through WhatsApp. What kind of service is that?? I can’t even ask for a number or have a person to talk about on this issue?? So yeah, not to even mention when i ask for early check in of 30 minutes and they say it is also chargeable at an amount of RM150.00.. in addition to that there’s literally no front desk at the lobby and we can’t even go anywhere else because our luggage would eventually be unattended.. everything here is charges charges charges.. I really don’t like wasting my time giving complaint through online platform but this kind of service from these real estate agent or so called properties agent really giving me difficult sleeping time and future guest should deserve to know this kind of service from these people. I am not the only person giving complaint on Imperial Apartment already. I have live apartment at Penang and other places, their services was way more better than i could better explain in words.

La entrada del hotel no tiene rampa, una escalera de 5 pasos para caminar hasta el lobby, con la lluvia estas pasos azulejos se vuelven abriendo, un peligro para atrapar el equipaje. El hotel es espacioso, sin escenas y acogedor. Hay un restaurante en casa. El personal frontal es increíble, extremadamente útil y cortesía, excelente servicio de mantenimiento de la casa. Ofrecieron para nuestro uso sombreros como llueve todos los días. El hotel está a poca distancia a pie de la promenade riberana, restaurantes a lo largo del hotel, los vendedores de comida y compras locales. La habitación es limpia, pequeña fotografía cuadrada de 2 camas individuales y paseo apacible, sin ventana y ducha de pie. No obstante, la habitación limpia y un buen servicio entusiasmaría nuestro regreso.

We took the Executive Deluxe river view room, on the 16th floor at the Astana Wing. View was fantastic. Room was large, clean and comfy. No bath, just a shower stall which suited us just fine. Buffet breakfast was adequate, tasty, some menu items changed daily. However, what I liked most was the Roti Jala with its curries. You can dine al fresco with a nice view of the river. I will definetly stay here again
