Me alojé en este hotel varias veces antes de la epidemia. Está a más de diez minutos en coche de la estación de Kioto y a una pequeña plaza de la estación JR Kusatsu. Para las personas que están cansadas de viajar por un día, es más conveniente que los hoteles con menos. Transporte conveniente en Kioto. Elegí este hotel para mi primer viaje a la región de Kansai después de la epidemia. Si compro un Kansai Wide Area Travel Pass, puedo ir a cualquier parte sin ningún problema. Aunque las instalaciones no son modernas, el tamaño de la habitación es lo suficientemente grande y el servicio y la restauración de un hotel de la vieja escuela se sienten bien.

It offers free parking for guests and complimentary bike rentals, making it easy to explore the scenic lakeside paths and nearby attractions. The staff were incredibly helpful, providing recommendations for local sights, such as the historic Enryaku-ji Temple. Lake Biwa Hotel is a fantastic choice for a peaceful getaway. With stunning views, comfortable accommodations, and great amenities, I highly recommend it for a relaxing escape.

The experience was great. Staff are friendly and nice. Breakfast and dinner provided are sumptuous. They provide shuttle bus services connecting to various JR stations so no need take taxi at all.

A great place to stay near the station with friendly helpful staff and a somewhat pretty nice breakfast, considering it is complimentary. This hotel is close to Hikone Castle and the JR station. The hotel also offers a lot of parking space for free, which being close to the station is amazing! The room was clean and tidy with a typical Japanese style small bath. The only thing that upset us, was the lack of Onigiri which had been in the photos when booking. But. Again, the breakfast is complimentary and seasonal as said in the hotel, so no big issue! Would stay again!

方便十分方便 鄰近有超級市場和便利商店，還有一些食店，但附近沒有大型商場，和位置比較偏僻，去京都也要坐四十分鐘左右，價格便宜👍👍

２階に泊まりました。部屋は適度に広く、机で読書することが出来ました。ユニットバス嫌いで臭いに敏感な妻も「イヤな臭いが全然しなかった」と喜んでいました。１階のラウンジには無料のドリンクコーナーがあり、レモン入りの水と、コーヒーはエスプレッソもあり、ジャズがかかっていて雰囲気もとても良かったです。ベッドは枕も含め寝心地最高でした！朝食は、無料とは思えない種類とボリュームで、こちらも大満足でした。またコンフォートホテルに泊まりたいです！

JR守山駅前という抜群の立地です。 周囲には飲食店も多数あり、また24時間営業のSEIYU、セブンイレブンも目の前なので、不自由することは全くありません。 室内は清潔で、風呂とトイレが別々になっている点も良いと思います。ビジネスのため、利用することはありませんでしたが、ホテル割引でスポーツジムを利用することも出来るようです。 関西出張（京都あたりまで）には利用価値が高いホテルだと思います。

A 5 minutos a pie de la estación de Dajin JR, a 10 minutos a pie de la estación de cierre de los aves de tren de Pekín, la ubicación es buena, el super es un hotel económico en cadena, un alto precio, con desayuno de autobús. Quiero felicitar especialmente al servicio de la recepción. El día siguiente, en la mañana siguiente, descubrí que el tráfico estaba agotado. La recepción dijo que Dajin era un pequeño lugar, necesitaba ir a Kyoto o comprar la tienda de automóviles, y me pregunté sobre el viaje del día, dije que iba a Goowishan y que iba a girar en la tienda de automóviles; Luego fue a tomar el desayuno, la mitad de él se llevó al desayuno, la recepción llevó el mapa de impresión color (estación JR de Dawn), me dijo que había un yodobashi, en la mano derecha de la estación, le dije gracias, después de comer, y esperando el ascensor, ella llegó con una pluma de color, para marcar el yodobashi en el mapa, Sólo una cosa pequeña, pero esa conciencia de servicio, que me siento capaz de hacerlo, me hacía sentir, vale la pena aprender, extraños, ciudades pequeñas, una cosa pequeña que hacía que Dajin se quente y merece la pena recordar.

It was a great stay at this ryokan! The hotel is able to arrange a car to fetch you from the JR station. You can call them using a dedicated phone at the station which is used to contact the different ryokans. The car arrived in 10mins or so. The ride to the ryokan was also less than 10mins. The hotel also fetched us to the station on the last day of our stay. The ryokan itself is homely and cozy. We were greeted by an english speaking staff who introduced us to the amenities of the ryokan. There was also a nice welcome tea and matcha chocolate. Our bags were brought to our room as well during this time. The room is spacious and cozy. The hotel prepared 2 welcome biscuits in the room which was a nice personal touch. The room has a nice living room and a great view of Lake Biwa. Recommend to catch the sunrise over the lake! There are 2 normal beds as well as futon beds (need to set up yourself). Both are comfortable. The hotel also prepared pretty yukata for both female and male guests which you can wear during the stay. There are 4 different designs for ladies, and one design for the guys. You can request for different size if the one in the room doesn’t fit you. There is also a full length mirror and a mini dressing area at the side of the living room. It was fun dressing up in the yukata! The toilet, basin, shower and hot tub areas are all separate. The toilet is a little small, but the basin and mirror area is very spacious. The shower area is quite small as well and the shower head is rather low so you need to hold the shower head if you wish to wash up while standing. There is a small stool given for you to sit down though. The hot tub area is semi-outdoor and you can see Lake Biwa. But it is quite small (only good for one person). It was too cold so we didn’t use the hot tub. Instead, we booked the private onsen for 50mins. The private onsen has a private toilet and dressing area which is equipped with hairdryer, body lotion etc. There is a water dispenser as well if you need to hydrate yourself. The onsen area has a washing area, and the hot tub area is spacious for 2 person. There are privacy screens around the onsen area but there is a small gap to let in cold air for ventilation. Wish there is a good view from the private onsen but it was still enjoyable! Dinner and breakfast was Kaiseki style, and the meals were one of the highlights for my husband and I. We really enjoyed the courses which are clean tasting yet wholesome, fresh and flavourful. It was such a sumptuous treat! The ryokan also has a souvenir shop if you wish to buy anything back. Overall, my husband and I really enjoyed the stay here and we agreed this was one of the main highlights of our 12 days trip in Japan. Highly recommend!

非常喜歡，不比湯元館差，而且價格不錯，廚師長料理水平很高，就是裝修有點老氣，感覺像日劇，温泉袍子比湯元館好看，晚飯無敵好吃！和牛！香菇飯！壽喜鍋！吃的撐死！但是早飯不太好吃，醬瓜和國內一個味道，我以為遠離上海就吃不到了，結果一口就是家裡的醬瓜醬蘿蔔，但是拍照很出片！各種色彩都有，就是味道被家鄉上海的小籠和小餛飩還有煎餅果子秒殺了。湯元館的温泉很舒服！就是有個歐巴桑早上一直進來打掃温泉！把我嚇得顧前不顧後，真是太尷尬了！

Hay un autobús para el hotel, para reservar una cita con el teléfono temprano, el servicio japonés no tiene que decir, siempre viaja a Japón, este viaje familiar, está destinado a cenar temprano, la variedad es un poco mejor, es más que una pequeña gente, haha

La ubicación no es un problema porque el autobús de navegación está operado desde la estación Ogoto Onsen Está justo al lado de Biwaho, por lo que está disponible mientras se ve la vista desde el baño abierto en la habitación. Especialmente en la mañana con el sol.

El hotel que ayuda a los empleados de la empresa a hacer reservas, el hotel en el lago Biwa es realmente rentable 👍Super barato, en comparación con el hotel en Kioto y Osaka, el estacionamiento también es muy conveniente ~ continúe quedándose la próxima vez

施設や部屋の清潔度などは問題ありませんでした 綺麗に整理整頓されて過ごしやすかったです。 アニメﾃｨも問題ありませんでした。 緑茶パックと紅茶パックが２つずつあり特に問題ありません。 私個人の好みでいえばコーヒーパックがあれば尚良かったのですが。 食事は都合で夕食は無しで近くのスーパーにて弁当を 用意してホテル備え付けの電子レンジで温め夕食をすませました。 朝食はリ自宅をフォーム中で職人（大工さん）が早朝に 来るため自宅を開ける為、自宅にて食事をしました。

出差選擇這裏，酒店很乾凈，房間的傳單被單每天更換。單人房間面積不算很大，可是對每天早出晚歸是足夠了。很讚的！

Decidirá quedarse la próxima vez, algunas reservas con descuentos de precio por adelantado.

La ubicación del hotel es general, está cerca del puente, la estación de trenes viene para tomar un coche. Al salir del establecimiento, el hotel arregla el coche para enviarlo a la estación 👍 La cena es muy cuidadosamente configurada. Preparen cuidadosamente 👍 El cuarto es un cuarto estándar, el cuarto de baño caliente está bien dentro y fuera.

学生の部活団体客が宿泊していることをチェックイン時に知らされた。 食堂、大浴場とも修学旅行状態でダラダラと利用され、一般客が利用するタイミングなし。 ホテル側は団体客の利用時間制限を設け、部活引率者は一般客に迷惑をかけないような配慮に欠けていた。 女性大浴場も学生たちがふざけて利用していた為、入り口のパスコードパネルも壊す始末。広島の某学校は反省いただきたい。 室内（デスク、窓際、壁際の床）の埃、特にエアコンは表面も吹き出し口も吐き気するほど真っ黒な埃がこびりついていて、全国のルートインを利用しているが最もレベルの低いホテルだった。 二度と利用しない。

El desayuno es muy bueno y la experiencia de las aguas termales también es muy buena. No había nadie cuando fui allí, era solo una carta. La ubicación es justo al lado del lago, cómoda y tranquila, hay un 7-11 al lado, puedes hacer algunas compras simples. La dueña del hotel es una abuela amable y afable, que puede recomendarnos actividades locales en un inglés sencillo. Le estoy muy agradecido por cuidarla durante unos días.

미나미히코네역에서 가깝고 직원들이 무척 친절하고 지나갈때마다 인사를 했다.아침식사는 별로 먹지 않았는데 내 입맛에는 별로였다.2층 끝방이라 전철 소리가 크게 들렸다.로비에 베개나 잠옷도 비치되어있고 화장품이나 마스크팩 등 다양해서 좋았고 음료 서비스도 있어서 좋았다.번호로 문을 열고 청소해달라는 표시를 안하면 문 앞에 새 수건을 갖다 주고 방안에 들어오지 않아서 편리했다
