This hotel is my absolute favorite for stay in Stuttgart for business and trade shows Steep in pricing but worth every Euro spent The staff at this hotel are amazing in their hospitality make you feel at home and addicted to this property by their warm and fantastic service This was my 5th or 6th stay at this impeccable well located hotel property Only one big flaw being that they not believe in prompt email communication This trip my wife left back a brand new shawl in the room by mistake and despite many email reminders to keep it in lost and found and inform me so that I could ask a local friend in Stuttgart to retrieve the same But unfortunately no response and I gave up - this is probably the dark side of this moon !!!

We stayed here as our usual hotel was fully booked On the main street with free car parking on street after 6pm at night until 8am in the morning . Hotel does have its own car parking but charges 15 euros a night and as we arrived after 6pm and departed by 8am no point in paying when you can park on the street It was very hot when we stayed and we were surprised to find that such a modern hotel did not have air-conditioning. We were provided with a fan for our room which I have to say without one the room would have been unbearable to sleep in Breakfast was fine the next day usual selection of breads, cheeses, meats etc Would we stay again? Probably not due to excessive heat in the room

Excelente personal de escritorio frontal amigable. Con esto se dice: ahora la parte ”MAIN” del hotel está empezando a parecer una ciudad en Ucrania con ucranianos desplazados por todas partes tan mucho que algunos servicios son ucranianos = no habla alemán o inglés - bebé Carril dejado en el camino o caminos frente a la puerta. Es la suerte del dibujo si hay un sofá y una silla en la habitación. La presión del agua caliente en el duche era muy baja. En el lado más MINI bar todavía tiene una vasedad de bebidas GRATIS:-)

My daughter is based in the Army in Stuttgart, so I stayed in the hotel for 5 nights. I have to say that except for one young woman, the Reception staff was the most inhospitable that I have ever encountered. It started with my arrival. I had a confirmed reservation, had checked in on line, and had informed the hotel that I would be arriving late. When I arrived, the reception clerk spent 10 minutes working on the computer and mumbling something before finally informing me that they had no room for me. They did offer to send me to another hotel and then I could either move back to the Pullman or stay at the other hotel. Of course, I had no idea how close this hotel was or any other information. I insisted that there must be a room there -- and they finally said that there was a suite available for one night and that I would have to move the following morning (which I did). Through all of this, there were no apologies for the inconvenience nor any offered compensation for the inconvenience of having to change rooms. They acted like I was being unreasonable for insisting on a room. During my stay, if I needed anything from the front desk, I frequently had to wait while they finished not one -- but several tasks and took a new phone call while I waited. Not once did I see a smile on anyone's face. I was not alone in receiving this treatment -- and noticed that other customers were treated equally as rudely. The room was comfortable, although the carpet always looked dirty. The housecleaning was undependable -- some days they came and some days they did not. I have stayed in other Pullman hotels, and this one did not meet the standards of the chain for cleanliness, and custome service.

La habitación es muy limpia y cálida, las instalaciones están completas, el paisaje exterior de la ventana es hermoso, el desayuno es rico, los servicios son muy buenos, especialmente la estancia en la recepción de una hermana china es muy cálida 🥰 ..., el servicio externo también es muy humano, el alabanza 👍👍 Voy a Stuttgart, ¡Debes vivir aquí!

Hotel con una ubicación inmejorable para visitar Friburgo, apenas a 500 metros del centro y enfrente de la estación del tren. Además cuenta con parking propio (no gratuito) con acceso directo al hotel. Las habitaciones muy limpias y en perfecto estado aunque están un poco anticuadas: apenas disponen de enchufes (tan necesarios hoy en día) y son muy oscuras. El personal educado. Solo desayunamos un día (24€ por adulto, niños de menos de 14 gratis) y muchísima oferta con productos de calidad. Si volvieramos a Friburgo seguro que optariamos por alojarnos de nuevo en este hotel.

He pasado una noche, es un hotel muy moderno con un toque distinto, desenfadado y moderno, me ha gustado al ser algo original. La habitación pequeña y con un colchón muy muy blando, el desayuno incluido en el precio, bastante flojo en general. Había feria en la ciudad y el precio por encima de los 200€.

Drink was forgotten Waitress wanted to collect cash although the credit card was swiped for additional expenses Cleaning of the room appalling- they only made the bed nothing else Still hair in the sink, toilet lid open, toilet paper not adjusted, cosmetic towel dispenser still empty, bread crumbs on the floor, dirty cups still on the table, coffee packs not replaced Shoes were still in the middle of the room Crumbs on the table

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, das Hotel ist ordentlich und sauber, das Personal war zu jeder Zeit freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Frühstück war ganz ausgezeichnet. Aber: Beim Laden des E-Autos wird eine Blockierungsgebühr erhoben, auf die nirgendwo hingewiesen wurde. Zusätzlich rechnet das Hotel eine Stellplatzgebühr ab. Das entspricht nicht meiner Erwartung an Fairness und Transparenz.

Reservamos una Habitación ”Exclusive Junior Suite”, efectuamos nuestro Check In a las 13:30, y nos la entregaron inmediatamente, eso fue muy bueno para nosotros. La habitación muy amplia, con una ”salita de estar” con muebles cómodos, me encantó el televisor ubicado entre la cama y la salita de estar, y este lo puedes girar a 360, puedes ver también programas en español. La cama muy cómoda y amplia, pero al ingresar notamos que no estaba bien tendida en la parte inferior delantera (foto) pero las sábanas estaban limpias. El baño limpio, amplio, con ducha y aparte una tina, y con todo lo necesario para el aseo, solo q el espejo de aumento no tiene luz y ello fue difícil para el maquillaje, ya q la iluminación es muy baja. Incluye Cafetera/café, 2 botellas de agua, caja fuerte, 2 batas con pantunflas, pero el Minibar tiene costo extra (foto). Muy buena la atención en la recepción, en la sala de Lobby (moderna), y en el salón del desayuno (antiguo de madera), pero éste último necesitan poner mas atención en la limpieza del polvo en los muebles de madera, el desayuno variado con champan inclusive, buen café pero el Omelette no estaba bueno. A pesar de que nuestra habitación se encontraba en plena avenida, no se escuchaba el ruido de la calle. El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación, justo al frente de la estación de tren, del S-Bahn, la zona peatonal, realmente todo a la mano. Los pasadizos con alfombra, con tapete en las paredes.
