Closed when I arrived, mum not happy to see me, opened up, showed me to my room that was not made up. Very poor quality room, I helped make the bed. Only one sheet for the bed. 15 minutes later, dad showed up ( whilst I was online looking for alternate accommodation), and showed me a different room up stairs, out the back, that was better. I waited while the bedding was moved from the first room to the second room. Again helped make the bed, I had to negotiate to get a top sheet. No soap for the shower, only one towel, no remote control for the Aircon. Good breakfast. Great location for bus services. Poor customer service for tourist amenities. Bad advice and booking Service for departure bus, do your own research and book online or with a local office, you have a better chance of knowing what you are getting. I left before staying my second night. I could not recommend this accommodation and would not stay again. I wish them good luck for the future. Pete

Great location in Phong Nha, minutes walk to where the bus drops you off. The only good thing other than the location and price was the help the staff provided with logistics. Diep was very helpful arranging transportation for us, even on her day off. We chose this hotel because it was listed as a 3 star hotel, not sure if that is accurate. The hostels in the town looked much nicer, listed as 2 stars, but we are a little bit older and not sure we would fit in with the younger patrons shown in the hostel pictures. Though we wouldn’t have used their large pool due to the rainy weather, it was only half full of water and not usable. The breakfast included in the room price was limited; might want to inquire ahead of time.

The staff is very generous and helpful. He gave advise for activities, booked our next bus and rented us his motorbike. He even invited us to watch the final soccer match of the national team with him and his friends, which was an really fun experience. The free breakfast was really nice, pancake, fruit, juice and coffee and also other options, while enjoying the beautiful view over the valley from the rooftop. Room had a nice balcony, was clean and beds were comfy. We could leave our bags after checking out ans even use a hot shower after a day of activities before we took our next bus. Would definitely recommend!

The room was ok and clean. The elevator doesn’t work all the time. It was pretty windy when we were there, and cold (also in the room with the windows that let the air through). Location was good and I guess even better when there is a bit of sun (and less wind). People were nice (and wanted really that we did some activities - caves). We finally went to the tour to Hue and weren’t satisfied in the end… (from Dong hoi, we had one stop to Vinh Moc Tunnels and then arrived to Hue for 600K per person) Breakfast is good (50k for a dish and a drink)

Прожили в этом отеле трое суток. Нас устроило абсолютно все. Расположение отличное, у реки, в тихом месте, рядом горы и живописные рисовые поля. Туристический центр и причал для лодок в пещеры недалеко. Хозяева отеля очень приветливые и заботливые люди. Организовали нам недорого поездку к пещере Парадайз. В номере чисто, кровати и постель- отличные, кондиционер и вентилятор работают, насекомых нет, санузел чистый, просторный и красиво оформлен. Двери нашего номера выходят прямо к бассейну. Во всем отеле тишина. Всё отлично!

It’s a great hotel, offers a lot more than expected. Most likely coming here you are picked up by tour buses or taxi in any case so location less important. Great coffee with a real barista. Hotel is almost new and everything is modern. Breakfast is more than OK.

We really enjoyed our stay. They checked us in at 5am when the whole city was asleep. Very friendly administrators! Spacious room with a nice view from the window. You can book excursions and bus tickets to another city at the hotel. The price for such a room is simply amazing. The location is convenient. You can rent a motorbike right across the street. We will definitely come back!

El hotel es limpio, el real es similar a las fotos en Internet. Precio razonable cerca del centro de vincom, lote. El agua del hotel es muy dulce.

Entorno de primera y paisaje de primera. Puedes nadar, remar y salir de la habitación a tu antojo, estilo familiar, amigable, la comunicación en inglés no es barreras, el desayuno no es rico pero suficiente, tres comidas al día son suficientes, el precio es muy razonable. Hay un poco más de mosquitos y se puede entender. Después de todo, es un entorno natural y no hay problema si la puerta está cerrada. La próxima vez que venga a vivir aquí, tranquilo y conveniente, Oxali está cerca
