The hotel and amenities are very nice but for a Hotel rated as a 5 Star the service is terrible. Otherwise, breakfast buffet, decor and rooms are superb. Need to focus more on SERVICE for the Guests

Muy caro bebida y precios de los alimentos. Pagué más en Melia Ho Tram que en España o Alemania por agua, zumo y cerveza. Botella de agua pequeña , 4,50€ . No hay supermercado cerca del hotel. ¡Es una vergüenza! El resort era tranquilo y una hermosa playa, el servicio era grande. Muchos edificios de hotel alrededor del hotel. Mi hijo, desgraciadamente, se cortó mal en una diapositiva defectuosa en la piscina de los niños, la compensación era sólo un chocolate.

I booked 3 deluxe twin rooms with seaview for 2 nights to celebrate my birthday with friends. I got warm welcome from Ms. Duyen (Asistant Guest Relations Manager), Ms. Chi Receptionist and Mr. Vinh Bellman. Ms Duyen helped us arrange our room with nice view and she made me surprised with the cakes. Ms. Chi checked in for us very fast and professional. Mr. Vinh help us deliver all heavy luggages to our rooms and call electricty car fo us. Also thank for Mr. Hoang FB Manager for taking care of us about breakfast. Our stay was so pleasant in Mercure Vung Tau. And we really enjoy our stay much because of them. But there's a small problem that I made reservations on trip.com for my stay 22-24Dec, but my working schedule was changed so I contacted Ms. Trang Lam Reservation to support to change to 20-22Dec, she asked me to contact with trip.com. After I contacted trip.com, they helped me contact hotel again to change. Sometimes, I know if both side agrees to change, I can change althought my booking policy shows not amend. But trip.com said that the hotel didnt agree to change. And I asked her for a solution that I can pay more to change or not, she just sent me an email with room price for 20-22Dec, didnt tell me that I can cancel old reservation to make a new reservation or not. Finally, I had to change my schedule, only stayed in hotel 1 night and left Vung Tau 3:30AM for taking my flight on 24Dec.

We stayed here for the first time on my girlfriend's birthday. As it was her birthday, when I made the reservation I asked the hotel for a room with a good view, if possible, since it was her birthday. We got a room with a great view, and even received a surprise cake at breakfast. She was very happy, and so was I. It was a very friendly hotel, and I would like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

Unbelievably well presented hotel. The room with partial ocean view was roomy and bright. The breakfast was great, with good variation. The smoothies in the restaurant were perfect but not so in the Cafe. The location is great - not too far from many restaurants and massage and the beach. A little pricey, but worth it.

Однозначно рекомендую отель! Хорошее расположение, из окон открывается вид на горы или море, с бассейна красивый вид на море, у нас был номер с ванной, те кто любят поваляться в теплой ванне, оценят комфорт и открывающийся из окна вид. Весь персонал отеля, как на подбор, обо всем расскажут, подскажут как провести время, дадут велосипеды покататься по окрестностям, из ресторана красивый вид, неплохие завтраки и очень хороший кофе, все очень милые и любезные, люди которые вас окружают, заряжают позитивом. Рекомендую поужинать в ресторане отеля на закате, красивый вид и обязательно попробуйте фирменный салат из фруктов в корзиночке 😍 Спасибо персоналу, наши выходные прошли замечательно!

My friends and l stayed in Vung tau for leisure. The reason why we pick up this hotel is the location, reasonable price and the deep understanding of what core value of a budget hotel in a tourism city should provide to the customers. The location is great. It is closed to the beach and Jesus status in a walking distance. It is also closed to some wonderful restaurants. The price is reasonable. It deserved the price in terms of room facilities and breakfast. A budget hotel has a swimming pool at the rooftop faces the beautiful sea and beach. Breakfast is great as well A comfortable bed and strong hot water in the showering room are the most important things for me. Ibis is doing great job. I would like to recommend this hotel to anyone who looks for balance among budget, safety, comfort and convenience

A brand new resort with very friendly stuff . My husband and I spent 7 days at the resort in a standard king room with ocean views, the room is spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The best part was having a balcony with 2 chairs and a small table. Although the resort has good facilities 3 days to spend there is more than enough, during the week there is hardly any guest staying at the hotel, on the weekends is absolutely packed. Breakfast is good with lots of cooked Asian variety , but it can get very heavy for breakfast, apart from bacon and eggs and some pastries there is not much western food variety. Do not order cappuccino at the hotel restaurant as they don't know how to make it :( There is a pier about 700 m away from the resort - walking distance where there are a few restaurants as well as some water sports activities. Ho Tram city center is about 10 km away which is worth visiting as it is a lovely place, it comes alive at night with all the lights on. Overall a beautiful experience.
