This is my second time to stay here. I have a service dog who is an ESA, which I had informed the hotel of when I made the booking. I had stayed there the previous weekend and when I checked in, there weren’t any issues with any of the staff with my having an ESA staying there. I only had an incident with the night manager who complained about the dog being in the hotel. This is when I was on the way to eat at the restaurant. The host & the server had no issues with the dog being there and they commented that she was actually more behaved than many small children that come the food was amazing btw. I twice had the dog near me as well in the pool area tethered while I was swimming & while I was in the hot tub & there were no issues with the staff then. However, the next time I stayed, they would not let me have the dog with me in the pool area tethered. They then ended up kicking me out of the hotel as I would not leave the pool as I felt this to be unjust as the dog wasn’t bothering anyone. Also, she cannot be in the room by herself as she will cry & bark which would bother our neighbors. I also will not leave her in the car. Basically because of my ESA dog-a Pomski of 14lbs, I was kicked out of the hotel at 10:30 at night escorted by 3 policemen on a Saturday with nowhere to stay. I had to sleep on my friends couch for a few hours, and find another place to stay the next day which excepted my ESA dog without any issues. I will not be staying at this resort again because of this horrific experience.

My husband and I travel to Milwaukee each year for his birthday. We chose this hotel for its location in proximity to our dinner reservation and the attractions we had planned. There were several negative reviews for this hotel regarding check in, cleanliness, and parking, I'd like to share my feedback to ensure travelers do not deter from staying at this hotel for those reasons. Upon arrival we were promptly greeted by a friendly front desk staff and were able to check in promptly at 4pm. We were able to conveniently park in their side lot while we brought our belongings up to our room. The room was extremely spacious and had beautiful upgrades and convenient amenities such as a full kitchen. The high ceilings really made this room unique. Everything in the room was very clean. There is a parking garage directly across from the hotel which was easy to access and only cost $22.00 a night to park. When staying in downtown MKE it is to be expected that you will pay for parking, and knowing our car was in a covered garage was peace of mind. We choose to Uber to our destinations, so we didn't have to find parking multiple times, and we never had to wait more than a few minutes for our ride to arrive. My only disappointment was there was no happy hour. I was under the impression there was a cocktail hour offered, but it didn't take away from our stay, as there were several liquor stores within walking distance to grab a drink for the room while we got ready. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful with options, fresh, hot, and the egg bites were delicious. The last thing I will add which is huge for me, they have complimentary water, hot water for tea, and coffee in the lobby at all times. I hate forgetting to bring a water bottle for the middle of the night when staying at a hotel, so I loved this feature. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again in the future! Don't let the negative reviews sway your decision. This was a beautiful, newly converted hotel that you should absolutely check out next time you are staying in the area.

La habitación está muy limpia, y el personal necesita mucho trabajo. ¡Al comprobar que nadie estaba en el escritorio y el teléfono para llamarles la dosis no funciona correctamente, tienes que aprovecharlo para liberar el botón para obtener un tono de llamada (necesidad de ser sustituido). Nos encontrábamos a las 10:30, nos quedamos dos noches, y necesitamos otra noche, y dejamos que la persona de auditoría de la noche sepa que nos despertaron en la mañana y me dijo que no podía hacerlo, los ordenadores estaban apagados. ¡Debí decirle que sí, sé que su auditoría de funcionamiento, deja una nota para que no nos despertemos y voy a bajar mañana para alquilar otra noche! ¡La mañana siguiente, el mismo que nos inspeccionó, que estaba en el escritorio y en su teléfono y luego intentó hacer una llamada mientras estaba de pie y esperando! y luego mira a mí como si la interrumpiera y su amigo que estaba allí! Le dije que necesitaba otra noche porque mi hija sólo tenía el primer bebé de Año Nuevo, No Felicitaciones ni buena mañana o esperar que disfrute de su estancia. La mañana siguiente nos encontramos al final del desayuno y no habían empezado a limpiar la zona de cenas aún así que agarrábamos algo de comida caliente que se dejó con nuestro café, y la persona de escritorio inmediatamente se hace el desayuno escalofríos! Sí, lo sé y también sé que las cosas se arrojan que no se usan y me fui. Trabajé en un motel durante 7 años, me encantaba mi trabajo y la gente que permaneció, y estabamos en el escritorio tan pronto como caminabas por la puerta, incluso si trabajabamos en lavandería desde ese día. Y si alguien vino abajo la última hora para comida, nos alegramos de ayudarles y también de conseguirles algo si se salió, he trabajado en el cambio y la custodia en mi tiempo. ¡Estabamos allí para ayudar a las personas y hacer que su estancia sea agradable y un buen, es así como usted conseguirá que las personas vuelvan!

Nombre del hotel: Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Madison West, WI Situación: 25 minutos a pie del centro, a poca distancia de los restaurantes y Costco. Desayuno: Se sirve un desayuno buffet básico cada mañana, con una selección limitada de artículos. Las habitaciones son limpias y sencillas, con muebles básicos. En general: El Country Inn & Suites por Radisson, Madison West, WI es una buena opción para viajeros que buscan un lugar limpio y conveniente para quedarse, a sólo 25 minutos en coche de Midtown Madison. La ubicación es excelente, el desayuno está bien y las habitaciones son limpias. Aquí están algunos detalles adicionales que quiero compartir con los huéspedes potenciales: El hotel está situado justo a una gran autopista con fácil acceso a la zona de centro, el aeropuerto y el interestado a otras grandes ciudades. Las habitaciones son grandes, pero son funcionales y tienen todo lo que necesitas para un corto o largo estancia. El personal es amable y útil. El hotel dispone de un centro de fitness y una piscina interior. La ubicación era conveniente en el centro de todo lo que queríamos hacer. El titular de papel higiénico que aparece en la foto de abajo apenas estaba en la pared y cada vez que querías tejido higiénico que sólo estaba pedindo que cayera en el suelo. El espejo en la habitación principal se descoloró de la limpieza constante y el tapice tenía varias tintas que no quiero saber de dónde vinieron. Antes de reservar, le llamé a preguntar si tenían un tubo caliente y el caballero que se recogió dijo que tenían un tubo caliente y estaba funcionando; sin embargo, no tenían un tubo caliente sólo una piscina, pero al menos fue calentado. El desayuno dejó mucho que desee; había opciones limitadas, los rollos de caramelo se secaron, los huevos y la salsa se secaron o secaron, y la batería para hacer las waffles no estaban bien saboreando. La única cosa buena en el desayuno era el café y el zumo de naranja, así que desgraciadamente no podíamos disfrutar del desayuno complementario y tuvimos que comer. Parecía que se pasaba a todos que permanecían más de un día, porque había varios de nosotros esperando en el conteo. Cuando bajamos para obtener la tarjeta de servicio, eran agradables y acomodados, pero todavía era una inconveniente, no menos, porque pagamos por dos noches.

Our stay was short because we were just in town for a wedding, but you get what you pay for. Especially for only 62$ a night. It was decent cleanliness, i mainly marked it down because we found and killed 3 bugs, which bugs are like my worst enemy. We checked for bed bugs, there weren’t any. we also marked it down because of the little smell that wasn’t quite right and on one of the bed sheets there was a brown stain. a tip for the staff if they are reading this, the plug in wall scent thing needs to go upright, you put it upside down and it leaked all over the nightstand! Also to maybe even the owner, bug traps are so cheap, just some sticky ones behind the fridge and dressers would do you wonders. It would prevent from your customers having to see the bugs as well as having to kill them. The amenities are marked low because the pool was closed, and the restaurant that’s attached seems to not be in business. there was no signs that we could see saying that the business was closed but it looked that way. The location is good, 10 minutes away from downtown! it’s a little bit of a rural area but it worked well for us as the wedding venue was only 10 minutes away. So any future customers, if you are expecting a holiday inn or better, you aren’t gonna get it! This feels more like a mix between motel 6 and a super 8. Lower your expectations if you come here. it’s a doable place for a cheap stay.

I wasn’t told at checkout that I needed to change color of our  wristband bands and we were in the pools for 4 hours before it was noticed. I had a 5 year old I was watching in the lazy river when life guard watching lazy river told me I needed to leave. I’m trying to explain I was told I could stay as long as I wanted, plus yell for the 5 year old and I told the guy I would go up to front desk. On my way up I ran into Jackson manager of the lifeguards.  Very nice young man. He heard me tease my niece we were rule breakers. I early thanked him and his staff for all their hard work. He asked if he could help. I explained I had no idea I had to change color of wrist band and it’s my first time here. I had already checked out and I hoped it wasn’t too late. He assured me there would be no issues.  I went to front desk and stood in a long line. Jackson came upstairs for something saw me in line and got my wrist bands so I didn’t have to wait. What a wonderful experience! Jackson is awesome! He truly cares about the customer experience! Thanks Jackson!       Earlier I took my niece to gift shop, she found a little Ty beanie purse. The strap had metal links on it but it was broken. The manager actually offered to replace it with something else but my niece had her heart set on that and it was last one. This manager fixed it good as new!! Top notch service  by these two men!

¡Ryan, quien era el empleado que me inspeccionó, era sorprendente! Boy este empleado hace todo por su trabajo! Es un guardaespaldas! Es amigable, trabaja duro! Entró en el bar/restaurante para recoger un menú para cenar. No hay mucho dolor sólo para caminar atrás y preguntar. La luz es un poco oscura en la habitación, como en el baño. La habitación está muy bien, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. El empleado acaba de venir a la luz y se fue. A McDonald’s nos alegra venderme café fresco y caliente. Para mal gasté 108 más cambio para esta habitación que era incluir desayunos. Las tierras estaban limpias. Muchas áreas para caminar por un perro. Necesitan un par de canas de latas alrededor, pero no mucho para caminar hacia los descartes de latas. No es un mal lugar para quedarse.
