Me impresionó cómo era conveniente comunicar con el personal a través de mensajes sin tener que hacer una llamada telefónica 😘 Después de haberme informado de que se rompió la seguridad, alguien vino a corregirla en cinco minutos. Fui realmente impresionado por la respuesta rápida 👏🏼🥰 Además de los ascensores que a veces son lentos y abundantes, tuvimos una estancia muy cómoda 🩵

Al llegar, el personal de recepción fue muy amable y paciente. Mi habitación original estaba bastante lejos del vestíbulo, pero como llevaba bastante equipaje, me ayudaron a cambiarme a una habitación más cercana.
Quizás debido a la antigüedad del hotel, las comodidades de la habitación estaban un poco anticuadas, pero aun así eran cómodas. Por alguna razón, el edredón y las sábanas de una de las camas de mi habitación estaban húmedos y tenían un olor persistente y desagradable a humedad. La otra cama no tenía este problema, así que creo que el hotel debería prestar más atención a esto. El desayuno estuvo bien, con todo lo necesario.

晚上到店已經八點多，前台一個老太太對於攜程的訂單似乎不信任網上全付款。研究半天遲遲不能安排，問這問那。這是頭一次碰到這種情況，浪費好多時間。網上價格比門市價格貴了不少。酒店很新，類似國內的快捷酒店，色彩明快現代。全封閉的窗户，但隔音一般，夜晚公路的車聲有些吵鬧。大堂全天有水和咖啡，休息區漂亮。在公路旁，適合臨時落腳。

We had a great stay. We were able to check in early for a $25 fee. Which was great. Disappointed that it costs $50 to use the pool during this time. That’s just my opinion, it is stated on the website. So we weren’t surprised. But just a huge charge for a pool. Our room did have a lot of river gnat, as the front desk called it and lady bugs. They sprayed our room but it didn’t help. Great views. Easy walk to multiple locations. Front desk was amazing.

The breakfast buffet was really good. There wasn't too many selection but everything was good. The location is the best, it's connected to Bellevue Square and Lincoln Square , so it was perfect for Black Friday. Although there were 2 days where they missed the housekeeping, but after we called they came the next day. But overall it is good.

Dog friendly, parking is in a secure and video monitored lot. It’s across the street from a Dick’s Hamburgers. Great security, all doors are locked 24/7.

La experiencia no fue buena porque no será una experiencia memorable y probablemente probaré un hotel/hotel diferente la próxima vez. UUsuario invitadoDiscovered this spot on a website about hot springs in the state of OR while trying to figure out where to spend NYE by myself as a single woman in need of some R&R. Booked through a third party site to get a tiny discount, but a tad nervous about what it might be like because the pictures didn't quite do it justice. Showed up with low expectations and had my mind blown! Room and bed were ultra comfy! I got a room with a private balcony and personal hot tub on it — so amazing! No chlorine in the personal hot tub and all fresh mineral water. At night, while sitting in one corner of it, I could barely even tell that I got one of the cheaper room options of this kind that faced the parking lot ;) During the day... obviously I could see the dang parking lot, but whatever, next time I'll pay more for a forest facing room. The communal hot springs and mineral pool + sauna & cold plunge were AMAZING. I went after 8pm (adult hours 8-10pm) to avoid children. One couple unfortunately thought it was appropriate to blatantly ignore the huge sign at the door and allow their 8 or 9 year old son into the outdoor hot spring, but I just ignored them because ain't nobody got time to police other people's poor choices on a holiday that I was trying to relax. I had at least 20 mins of the big mineral pool all to myself so I swam & even got the sauna to myself at one point for about 15 mins! Cheeseburger and cocktails at the bar were AMAZING. The bartender was so kind. Burger exceeded my expectations — I'll go back for a proper meal after 5pm next time (I got there too early, starving, so missed fancy dinner). Free bites and a champagne taste in the lounge with live music for the holiday was a TREAT. And especially loved the free sparkling apple juice in my room to ring in the new year solo. Hiked on the property after dinner — GORGEOUS. I'll be back for spa treatments next time too! Booked too last minute and couldn't get a massage in, sadly. Slept like a baby. My only complaint is the room was so bland — no art on the walls! And as mentioned, the photos on the website I booked the room through didn't do it justice either! Additionally, no one answered the phone when I called trying to book, which was frustrating, and they didn't even have a voicemail or anything set up to figure out calling back later. Nonetheless, if y'all need art — I've got a ton to hang & accept commissions! Would 𝓵𝓸𝓿𝓮 to help promote this amazing place & be a bigger part of it in the future!!

From the moment I checked in, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome.
They were attentive, professional, and always willing to help with even the smallest requests.
It really set the tone for the rest of my stay.
The room was incredibly clean and well-maintained, with thoughtful amenities that made
the experience both comfortable and relaxing. The bed was soft yet supportive, the linens
felt fresh, and the overall setup of the room made it easy to unwind after a long day.
Housekeeping did an excellent job each day, ensuring everything was spotless and perfectly organized.
The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with easy access to public
transportation, restaurants, and local attractions. Whether I needed a quick bite or
wanted to explore the area, everything was within walking distance or a short ride away.
Another highlight was the breakfast. The selection was impressive—fresh fruits,
pastries, hot dishes, and great coffee. It was the perfect way to start the morning.
The dining staff were friendly and kept everything well-stocked and tidy, even during busy hours.
Throughout my stay, everything felt smooth and effortless. The hotel’s atmosphere
was peaceful, the interior was aesthetically pleasing, and all the facilities were
well taken care of. It’s clear that the management and staff take great pride in maintaining
a high standard of service and cleanliness.
Overall, I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting
the area. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel offers an excellent
balance of comfort, convenience, and exceptional hospitality. I will definitely choose
to stay here again on my next trip.

SStephen_SLocation is convenient for South Tacoma. Public areas and rooms clean. Not that it is a located in commercial urban area with theft, I saw a van window was broke in to and tools were stolen. If you stay anywhere, park away from the fence in well lighted area and do not leave any valuable in your vehicles. ***** and theft are problem all over many states, so must protect yourself.

Lamentablemente, tuvieron un problema con la calefacción en ese momento (me dieron una calefacción portátil pero no fue suficiente) y un día no limpiaron mi habitación. Pero me encantaría recomendar este hotel debido al servicio de los empleados. Fueron súper amables y atentos. Y la ubicación también es perfecta.
