Al llegar, el personal de recepción fue muy amable y paciente. Mi habitación original estaba bastante lejos del vestíbulo, pero como llevaba bastante equipaje, me ayudaron a cambiarme a una habitación más cercana.
Quizás debido a la antigüedad del hotel, las comodidades de la habitación estaban un poco anticuadas, pero aun así eran cómodas. Por alguna razón, el edredón y las sábanas de una de las camas de mi habitación estaban húmedos y tenían un olor persistente y desagradable a humedad. La otra cama no tenía este problema, así que creo que el hotel debería prestar más atención a esto. El desayuno estuvo bien, con todo lo necesario.

Check in clerk was amazing.. but
Husband stuck in elevator for 20 minutes no one helped until I climbed down from the 5th floor to the lobby with my baby and my pregnant stomach. Responded to pretty rudely by other person at front desk
Beautiful hotel and location is amazing
Room was a little on the dirtier on the other side
Small fruit flies flying in the sink , pillows were dirty some lights didn't work
Didn't really care about those things until was told hotel denied this elevator incident happening.
Conflicted if I would ever stay here again.
Contacted trip.com and even though it is not their fault they still provided comfort and support but the hotel denied this even happened ??? So leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. Expected something different from a nicer hotel like this

I had a really nice stay at this hotel, especially because of how convenient it is to the airport. It made traveling so much easier and less stressful. What stood out the most was their excellent service
I accidentally left my bag behind after checking out, and the staff were incredibly helpful and honest. They kept it safe and made sure it was returned to me without any issues. That kind of care and integrity is hard to find and really made a lasting impression. Overall, a comfortable stay with trustworthy staff, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone needing a place near the airport.

Un motel. Si vive en el primer piso, el automóvil se puede estacionar en la puerta de la habitación. Las instalaciones de la habitación son relativamente sencillas y el aire acondicionado tiene mucho polvo. Tienes que limpiarlo tú mismo. La actitud del servicio es buena, y se entregaron rápidamente dos edredones adicionales con la recepción. El transporte sigue siendo conveniente.

En general, los hoteles realmente agradables me encanta el desayuno es delicioso La sombra del aeropuerto fue muy suave. El servicio era excelente. Estamos realmente disfrutando de la estancia.

We planned our stay at Cedars Inn so our grandchildren could swim in the pool. On our last visit the pool's heater was not working so the pool was unusable. I called ahead to make sure the pool was working. The pool was warmer than last time but it was very cool and the children's teeth were chattering unless they were in constant motion. The bathroom by the pool was out or order - very inconvenient, especially with small children in out party. The afternoon popcorn. listed as an amenity, was not available because ”there were not enough customers at the hotel so precious days' popcorn had to be thrown out.” The breakfast was good; the warm cookies were nice; the front desk was attendant was adequate.

IizenEstuvo bien, sin más. La ubicación era buena, cerca de atracciones turísticas populares. La habitación era bastante vieja. La primera noche que llegué al hotel, el lavabo del baño estaba atascado. Llamé a recepción y me dijeron que no había nadie más y que no volverían hasta la mañana siguiente. Sin embargo, para cuando me fui, el problema seguía sin resolverse.

Lamentablemente, tuvieron un problema con la calefacción en ese momento (me dieron una calefacción portátil pero no fue suficiente) y un día no limpiaron mi habitación. Pero me encantaría recomendar este hotel debido al servicio de los empleados. Fueron súper amables y atentos. Y la ubicación también es perfecta.

UUsuario invitadoEs maravilloso tener 6 estaciones de carga EV en este motel. Aunque sólo era 7.3kW/hr, es libre y suficiente para hacer una gran diferencia en el viaje. Reservé esta ubicación específicamente para la función de carga EV. Utilíce el cargador J1772.
El desayuno era un desayuno continental estándar y agradable para tener yogur y fruta.
La única cosa que haría de otra manera es pedir un piso de la habitación superior. La habitación es muy buena, pero no es muy buena. Aunque el inglés no era claramente su primera lengua, dijeron: ”¡Lo siento!”. Pensé que empezara a calmarse, pero duró hasta las 12:30. Sin duda, las habitaciones estaban oscuras con las sombras cerradas y si hubieran acabado de desactivar las luces, No habría ninguna manera de que nadie pudiera correr en la oscuridad.
Eso fue lo único negativo fue que las paredes/mayores podrían ser un poco tan fin, pero creo que depende de sus vecinos y de nuevo, mi petición habría sido un piso superior para evitar esta próxima vez.
Las camas fueron muy cómodas, comprobar fácilmente. Y otra vez .... Amorado EV recargando en el sitio. Gracias!

UUsuario anónimoThere were other cheaper hotels I could have chosen but this one had free breakfast on Christmas morning so that was what got my attention.
When I arrived at my room, it was very cold. The fan was set for AC. And on Christmas Eve, we didn't need cold air.
This was the first domino that made a series of unfortunate events:
I tried to set the fan to heat but it looks like it is set only for AC or fan (blowing cold air). We were just too tired to call the front desk to request a different room. My girlfriend then took a shower with super hot water. She didn't turn on the fan in the bathroom or close the door as she wanted our room to heat up. The vapor got soooooo thick in the room that it set off the fire alarm.
I jumped on the bed looking for the reset button but I cut my finger in the process. There was no silence or reset button.
I called the office right away when the alarm turned off and explained the situation.
I feel sorry for the few guests that stayed that night.
The hotel is in excellent condition, one of the best maintained in Yakima.
I just wanted to add that we people do goofy things and what we did was goofy. I know we would not have set the alarm off if the air fan could be arranged from AC to hot air given that it is December and we don't need AC in the room, just a thought.

UUsuario invitadoRoom was great but tub didn’t drain fully I let them know when we checked out they were grateful and said they would address it and get if fixed before the room was rented out again. Pool cold and hot tub where barely warm but they had been recently refilled from what the front desk staff said and those things take awhile to reheat. Breakfast was amazing as where all the staff we really enjoyed our stay and will be back in the future once the pool is warmer.
