No puedo decir que el hotel era demasiado malo. Pero puedo decir que la ubicación es un poco escéptica. Directamente fuera del hotel, son muy de actividad que va a ser innecesariamente muy cuestionable. Posibles tratos de drogas, ************ y hacer drogas. La habitación está bien, pero no me gustaba que mi coche fuera inseguro en el estacionamiento debido a la cantidad de tráfico cuestionable. Lamentablemente, no saqué mi equipaje del coche porque me temía que alguien que se quedara en pie notara una bolsa o dos y volvera más tarde para verla. Creo que si puedes pasar por la actividad exterior puede hacer para un agradable lugar de descanso.

We booked a suite that was supposed to have a Jacuzzi. After checkout it wasn't listed in the details but too late to cancel. I requested our room to be upgraded and never received a response or acknowledgement and of course we got stuck without one. Couldn't figure out where the pool was or even if they had one but supposedly they should have one. Water in the bath tub constantly dripped and we couldn't get it to shut off. We reported it immediately to the front desk as soon as we entered the room but we suffered 3 days with the nonstop sound of dripping running water because they had no one who could do maintenance. Our room was positioned directly over the lobby and across from the elevator and the soundproofing was almost non-existent. We heard everything. Dogs barking, neighbors arguing, doors closing, every trip of the elevator and every movement of the lobby doors. It was hard to get any sleep. And then the TV was quite old a 20” screen stuck at the ceiling with lots of noise / static across the picture. Hubby wanted to watch the FIFA games but the pic quality was so bad you couldn't even tell where the ball was. The wifi was only accessible on one side of the room and when you had access it was only 0.41mbs. It was clean if you ignore the dog hairs on the sofa and chairs etc. Breakfast was so-so. Nothing was made fresh it was all prepackaged stuff, and it was hot only if you microwaved it. So the stay was ”alright” but we feel like we were overcharged considering all of the issues above. We took a vacay last year to Hot Springs spent the same amount of money per night and that hotel was pure luxury compared to this it was so clean, uptodate, hot fresh breakfast, big tv screen, cook stove, large refrigerator, even had some dishes stocked and a dishwasher in the room. You don't go on vacay for the room but at the very least you should be comfortable enough to relax during your stay especially at the rate they charge.

Breakfast is good, all staffs are frendly. They are will to assist us when we need help. Especially call a taxi to airport at the morning 5:00am. Thanks

Ella sugirió que si yo pusiera una orden a través de la aplicación Panera Bread, la persona que conduzca el transbordador me llevaría a una Panera Bread diferente un poco más lejos para recoger la comida. Me permitió una cena maravillosa a media tarde. Las camas estaban muy cómodas. Adoro la puerta de baño con vidrio ”cloud” que permite la luz para el uso de la habitación durante la noche. ¡Fuera! La zona no era local, la zona era desconocida, hay un tráfico pesado y la calle es muy difícil de ver. En el hotel, nos quedamos muy contentos.

Comfortable, friendly, convenient and great breakfasts.

La ubicación es muy buena, a poca distancia a pie de Meadowmont para ir, un lado es la carretera rápida al lado del bosque, hay un carril especial para caminar / montar, seguido de navegación y alcantarilla que cruza la carretera hacia un estanque y una ladera con césped , detrás del cual está el edificio de oficinas para ir. Hay senderos al centro de negocios de Meadowmont, que es conveniente para el supermercado Harris Teeter, la tienda de té Quickley, la pizzería, etc. La habitación y el servicio son normales.

The service was quick and amazing. The people that worked there were very friendly. The deck had a smell like a smoking smell inside the building and the elevator always had a scent to it . I never had the chance to taste their breakfast.

I was very disappointed with the service I recieve. The first night I could not close the shade so I stayed up most of the night because there were cars and a lamp pole shinning directly in my window. I was lied to by the receptionist on duty that the maintenance man would fix the problem the next morning.. Again I had to endure the lights shinning in my room. I was told that they would move me. I was told by staff that the other rooms had broken shades also. I suppose to have a handicapped accessible room. Their virgin of a handicapped room was a shower with a overhead water and a small bench on the floor for a smallshort person. The maid did all she could to help by covering the window with trash bags and paste board boxes which worked amazingly well. I gave her a nice tip for helping me. I had to go to Walmart to purchase a shower chair so I could take a shower. They refuse to refund my money so I couldn't go any where else. I should not had to endure 2 days of little sleep and no shower cause it could be fix with a chair under 50 dollars. No hotel should be allowed to advertise handicapped accessible if they don't meet the minimum standards of what accessible means. The hotel is very convenient to my family and friends. The food was good and the receptionist on the day we left did apologize for the inconvenient.

El hotel es muy agradable, así que me di cuenta de que hay marcas/escrates en la parte de atrás de nuestra puerta, pero no muy notable. There is a sign in the bathroom that states in order to save on water/energy waste they will change out towels and sheets every three days, but if you’d prefer everyday then just let the front staff know. Nos quedamos 5 noches y nuestras ropas nunca se cambiaron, ni la basura. (No es un comerciante para mí, porque me gusta mi privacidad y no sabía que nadie había estado en nuestra habitación.) El personal fue muy agradable y nos saludó cada mañana cuando fuimos a nuestras excursiones. En general, nuestra estancia era hermosa.
