Location = Great for the Arch
Cleanliness = 6-day stay, but the room was only serviced 3 times, requiring us to flag down a room attendant so we could have clean towels, Sheets were only changed 1 time, and the bed was just remade. Also, there was a basketball-sized spot on the headboard that was worn through the leather into the padding. This can't be cleaned correctly and everyone's head touches it. Gross.
Restaurants = convenient enough and you are charged for that convenience.
Parking = Be Aware $48 per night valet, $32 self-park, offsite options, $20 per night with a couple of blocks walk.
Overall = Taking parking into account if you can get this for $75 a night for a king room it's good, if not there are other better options for your money.

I always enjoy staying at this hotel. It's clean and comfortable, and it comes with a wonderful breakfast! Staff is friendly and very helpful when needed. The beds are very comfortable, and a blankets are warm!

Great location. Right next to the Tangers Mall. Friendly front desk staff!. However , the breakfast is not so impressive, just the basic stuff. Bathroom is very small. If you’re a tall or big person, don’t book their room. Bed is very comfortable though .

Tuve una gran estadía. La piscina estaba limpia, la habitación era agradable y el desayuno limpio era excelente, así como las bebidas de cortesía no eran las mejores, pero bueno, eran de cortesía, así que no puedes quejarte demasiado.

It was a cute hotel and it served our purpose! A little dated but the rooms were clean and the price was great. We spent a minimum amount of time in the room, nothing more then just to basically sleep and shower so we didn’t need nothing fancy.
I would stay there again 🙂

Muy satisfactorio hotel, en general muy bueno, limpio, con un aire acondicionado en lugar de un baño, cama cómoda. Después de que se haya desconectado la máquina de aire acondicionado, está muy tranquila. A la lado del hotel está el estacionamiento de tarifas, el estacionamiento es conveniente, 30 dólares por día.

En general, el servicio de alojamiento es muy rápido y el desayuno también está bien. La temperatura del día que va era la mejor temperatura de casi veinte días, por lo que es seguro que salga por sí mismo.

NnambismeriFriendly and helpful front desk. Comfortable room on top floor. Large comfortable shared lounge and games area if wanted for a group. Convenient location to universities and train station or town amenities by car or walking. Unfortunately, there is no on-site parking, but you can get advice for where in the city to park.

RReedPEl hotel está situado en la calle desde el nuevo estadio de fútbol de la ciudad de St. Louis, a dos bloques de la zona de la estación de la Unión de la ciudad.
La habitación era muy confortable, el baño estaba limpio y bastante bien almacenado. Y el lado de atrás sería el del refrigerador de la habitación. Vengo de lejos lo suficiente y con niños que necesitaba para congelar los paquetes de congeladores para snacks.
El desayuno estaba bien cada mañana. Una mañana fue una elección de pavo, patatas de salsa o patatas de salsa de cerdo, mientras que el día siguiente fue una elección de las ligaduras de salsa de cerdo o de pollo. El descenso sería la falta de fabricante de waffles. No sé por qué eso hace una diferencia, porque no como realmente waffles. Pero mi niño ama waffles y ama hacerlos. Y en lugar de tener un fabricante de waffles, tenían una placa caliente llena de waffles congelados prefabricados que habían precalentado para todos. Oh, sí en mis fotos verás una foto de la leche de mi niño. No había expirado, pero la publicidad en ella estaba y me dio un gran miedo cuando la vi.
Y dependiendo de los planes, y de lo que necesito estar cerca, si necesito estar, definitivamente quedarme aquí otra vez con mi familia. La zona era segura, limpia, y olvidé la parte más divertida ... Directamente por la calle del FBI. LOL 😂🚓🚔

UUsuario invitadoLocation in proximity to city attractions is amazing 5/5. Location in terms of safety is 2/5. There isn’t a covered secured lot for your car and I was approached by many people asking me for money while taking a walk around the building. Service is hit or miss. When I arrived, and attempted to open my car door, I was accosted by the valet who yelled at me and asked me what I was TRYING to do. I told him I was checking in to the hotel. And he was aggressively unpleasant, seemingly angry that I had arrived. Conversely, the valet attendant the next day was polite and wonderful. The front desk was nice but did not review any of the amenities nor offer any information about the hotel, which is a shame. Nice but inattentive and uninterested. The service at both Idol Wolf and Good Press were 5/5. The food at both were 5/5. The hotel itself is gorgeous. There’s art set in an old gym. The renovation is well done. Enjoyed it very much. The view from the room was also very nice. The room itself was standard with a few attention to detail things needing addressed. Such as broken handles and non working bathroom fixtures. Overall would recommend this hotel because it is unique. Big plus - they allow pets!!! Yes!

UUsuario invitadoNot a good experience at all. The physical appearance of the exterior of the facility looked inviting. Could barely understand the guy at the front desk due to a language barrier. Got to our room and it reeked immensely of a pine scent that I guess they sprayed all over the carpet because I couldn’t find a room deodorizer of any kind in the room. Couldn’t open the window as it was not made to be opened. Cranked the fan on the AC unit just to get some air movement as our eyes and throats were burning . Thought about asking for a different room but I’m sure it would have smelled the same way, as the hallways also smelled of the same strong fragrance. The bed was hard as a rock and we both tossed and turned most of the night just to wake up to a back ache. Sheets didn’t smell very clean either. Breakfast was okay but the coffee was very weak. Here’s a pic of how dirty the bathroom light switch was. Disgusting… I don’t know how this place had such high ratings before I booked the room. I’m kicking myself in the a$$ now for what I paid and we went through. Avoid at all costs…

UUsuario invitadoWe have been to a lot of casino hotels in various states, this rates as an average basic hotel. It needs updated in a lot of ways. Still has corded phone in hotel bathroom as if the late 1990’s. I’m sure it was an awesome place over twenty years ago, but it has not changed with the times. It was clean but basic in all the ways possible. The restaurants at the casino were good just the hotel itself needs upgrades.

MMacDouggalCan’t say it’s run down per se, but dated. Great check-in guy, and a huge room, but that’s it. The place is dark and dank. I’m attaching photos which will be more descriptive.
The worst was noise in the room starting at about 1 AM lasting over two hours. The first hour and a half we experienced basically sonic booms in the room. The whole room shook, particularly the ceiling, making it impossible to sleep, in fact, waking us up. This noise repeated Every 15 to 60 seconds for the next hour and a half. Crazy loud BOOM. We were on the top floor so someone jumping above us was not an option. Maybe the noise was coming from a room next-door where someone was body slamming. The last 45 minutes we spent listening to a kid cry in the room next-door from about 2:45 to 3:30 AM.

UUsuario invitadoCargue el doble en su tarjeta de crédito y no libere sus fondos de inmediato. Mal servicio al cliente. No hay refrigerador ni microondas en la habitación. Sin distanciamiento social en el hotel. Lo único que tenían era buena comida.
