One of the best - if not THE best - hotel experience/s we ever had!!! ❤️ This small and cute hotel is something like a jewel! The one staff we met was adorable and so kind and caring that we felt right at home and even felt sorry that after only one night we had to leave for our next spot to visit! The hotel is gorgeous, the service impeccable, the breakfast!!! OMG!!! Just look at the pictures and you'll know what I mean! The breakfast was a piece of art made with love 💕 But, originally, the hotel is called Ephesus Hotel and Art Gallery, because all the sculptures you can see on the pictures were made by the owner - it vibes so well with the whole Ephesus area and it's beautiful ancient buildings, ruins, ... We got a nice upgrade to a bigger room that we could directly leave through a door to the inner courtyard where breakfast was served - super convenient! The courtyard was so peaceful that we felt like hearing ancient whispers coming from all around us... So much history!!! So much to see and having this wonderful hotel as the base to discover from was the best choice we could make! No need to mention that the room was simple but very nice and clean, comfy and big bed, nice lighting, spacey bathroom with very modern standard. Aircon as well, but we preferred to use the big fan on the ceiling instead ... There was a little fridge in the room and the beverages inside were free to take, so we were happy about the water after a hot and sunny day ... ☀️ Also, whenever we were on the way in or out, we were offered coffee, tea, water, juice, fruits ... you can see the fruit plate that we happily enjoyed as a mid-day snack ... If you ever visit Selçuk and Ephesus Ancient Town - and you should because it's ABSOLUTELY AMAZING - you should definitely book one, or even better two or three days at Ephesus Hotel and Art Gallery!!! Btw, it's also in easily walkable distance to the Ephesus Archeological Museum, the İsa Bey Mosque, St. Jean Church, the Ayasuluk Citadel, ... Another great plus was the fact that we could park the car right in front of the hotel. Last but not least, we received a beautiful little gift from the hotel employee who was taking care of us so kindly - she had sculptured the little elephant that you can see on the last picture by herself! A very special gift for us! 🎁 ❤️

Las habitaciones son espaciosas, bien mantenidas, y tranquilas, lo que hace que sea fácil de relajarse. La ubicación es conveniente para llegar alrededor de Izmir. En general, una excelente experiencia y un gran valor por dinero.

Algunos consuelos y cosas que tomar nota de: 1. La mayoría de los empleados NO hablan inglés. Utilizan traducción de google que es eficaz en la mayoría de los casos, pero difícil si necesitas una discusión. 2. La página del hotel menciona la caída del aeropuerto de forma gratuita. El hotel afirma que no está incluido y imposible tener una discusión por lo que no podía hacer mucho. No estoy seguro si esto es una cuestión trip.com o una cuestión de hotel. 3. El desayuno es realmente muy bueno. Pero es un desayuno turco fijo, así que si tienes dietas puede ser duro. El personal preguntaría casualmente “tea, café, jugo? ” como si todo estaba incluido y luego cuando nos encontramos, obtuvimos una factura de 40 libras por unos pocos cafés. Nos dijeron que no nos informaron si era acusable, todo lo que hicieron fue ofrecernos 2 cafés por la mañana para compensar. 4. MUSICA LOUD. There is music playing loudly until 1am. The first 2 nights it was a little quieter and shut off by 12. But the last night it went on until 1am. The hotel's location is ideal for exploring Selçuk, with easy access to the ruins of Ephesus, the Temple of Artemis, and other sites. It is surrounded by many restaurants and cafes. The staff is friendly and exceptionally helpful 👍

Location: The location of the hotel is really good. It is in the center of Alacati, easy access to the attractions around. The hotel has the only Michelin guide restaurant in the town, they have live music in the evening, It can be heard in the room. But do not be afraid, the music is really chill. Alacati is really lively at night, you can find a lot of bars and restaurants with live music. But you do not need to be afraid to be bothered in the hotel, the loud music did not reach to our room at least. We really enjoyed to take a walk in the city center after diner, doing so every night during our stay. Enjoying the lively city, walking around then back to hotel to chill afterwards. Cleanliness: The room is really clean and the staff is really friendly. Services: We have breakfast included, the buffet option is relatively limited comparing to other hotels we had. BUT it has freshly cooked turkish beef bacon with Turkish Fried Bread (Pisi) served to your table with a list of other things, vegetable, cheese, butter, jams, olives etc. Start a lovely day with fresh made traditional Turkish breakfast, it was great. Facilities: The pool is not really big, but good for relaxing. Next to the pool there are benches and a lime tree. You can chose to stay under the sun or under the shadow. We really love the hotel building itself, it looks great, really beautiful building and the decoration in the hotel also looks lovely.

Nos encontramos en Izmir cuando decidimos tener una habitación en Ceșme y reservamos este hotel a través de Trip.com. Tenía las mejores calificaciones y llegó a la 1ª lista. No pensábamos dos veces que no nos gustaria permanecer en hoteles para nuestras vacaciones como nos gusta viajar por aquí. No esperamos nada de lo que sería un hotel de 3 estrellas, pero para ser honesto encontramos el lugar encantador, un pequeño hotel familiar de propiedad con una acogedora veranda para el desayuno, servido cada mañana por un personal amable. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero confortables y limpias con balcón lateral frente al jardín. Eso es todo lo que necesitamos. El propietario es una persona suave fluentemente en inglés y muy útil. Teníamos un problema con secador de pelo y una nueva llegó en un minuto. La ubicación para nosotros es la mejor parte y por eso lo elegimos. El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, a 5 minutos a pie de la playa, a un lado de las villas y la playa de agua cristalina. Si no es demasiado fussy y quiere pasar unos días en un ambiente bueno, limpio, acogedor y amigable, le recomendamos probar el Mon Ilica Hotel.

El hotel es quizás el mejor de Izmir, con una ubicación excelente. El personal es muy amable y atento. Sin embargo, hubo una excepción en mi experiencia, y la comparto para que otros huéspedes puedan mejorar su experiencia si alguien lee mis comentarios. En la recepción del hotel se indicaba que se aceptaban Alipay y WeChat. Pregunté si podía pagar con estas aplicaciones y me respondieron con un rotundo no, sin disculpas y de forma muy grosera. Un empleado del hotel llamado Cisem me respondió con un tono y una expresión muy serios, sin darme ninguna explicación sobre por qué no ofrecían el servicio ni cuándo estaría disponible, a pesar de que indicaba que se aceptaban. Me sentí como en una oficina gubernamental burocrática y engorrosa. Sugiero que retiren esa opción hasta que realmente acepten estas aplicaciones de pago o, al menos, que capaciten a su personal sobre cómo responder a los clientes. De lo contrario, es muy molesto… Al menos deberían indicar que pronto estarán disponibles. Otra señora, probablemente la jefa de personal, se acercó a disculparse. Fue muy amable de su parte preguntar si podía ayudarnos en algo. Pero no entendí por qué preguntó el número de nuestra habitación, ya que después no hizo nada. Resulta un poco extraño cuando alguien pregunta algo sin motivo alguno…

I had such a lovely stay at this boutique hotel — it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly welcome. The staff, who are part of the family that runs the hotel, were so friendly and kind. Their warmth really added a personal touch to the whole experience. I was immediately struck by how beautifully the space was designed. The decor was modern but with a tasteful Turkish influence that made it feel both elegant and authentic. My room was cool and comfortable thanks to great air conditioning, and the bed was one of the comfiest I’ve slept in during my travels. One of my favourite parts of each day was sitting by the pool and watching the sunset — the view was just stunning and made the whole place feel so peaceful and special. It’s an intimate space, never crowded, and perfect for relaxing. The location was also really convenient. I found it easy to visit Ephesus and the Temple of Artemis, and the staff were full of helpful suggestions for places to eat, local sights, and travel tips. Overall, I had an excellent experience. I felt truly looked after, and the hotel itself was beautiful and restful. I’d absolutely stay again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a charming, peaceful stay with a personal touch!

Positive Points: 1. The hotel is located in the best central area of Alaçatı. 2. There are plenty of parking spots just a few steps away from the hotel. 3. Free breakfast is provided. 4. The hotel is clean. 5. The view and interior design of the hotel are very beautiful and appealing. Negative Points: 1. Consider increasing the variety of the breakfast buffet and offering coffee as well. The breakfast selection, especially the hot menu, is limited. 2. Since the airport is quite far from the hotel (1.5 hours), there is no transfer service, or the cost is quite high. I suggest subsidizing part of the transfer cost for your guests. 3. There is no heated pool. It would be great to have warm water in the pool during the colder seasons. 4. The outdoor seating area by the pool is unusable during the colder months. I suggest adding heating equipment near the tables and chairs by the pool. 5. No special slippers are provided in the bathroom and toilet. The available foam slippers are not suitable for wet areas and get soaked. 6. There is no welcome drink or anything similar. I suggest offering a welcome drink to guests. all in all I will choose it again.
