Good hotel for short stay. I booked it last minute, morning before arrived. Walking distance to food, shop, 7E and night market. Fare price for last minute deal.

When we reached the property to check in , no one in reception . Had to call up property manager . Rooms were not ready and had to wait to get into rooms full Of mosquitoes. They provided repellant on request. No swimming pool that was seen on their website. They didn’t confirm the room to trip.com so I was confused with a mail from trip.com to book another property. Since we checked in already , we did not change hotel. After an evening outing we returned to the hotel , the entrance was dark everywhere and we had to use our mobile flash light to reach rooms . Breakfast was provided as per request ( we had to buy our own coffee and tea) However at the end they helped us get transportation to Songkla. Location : great Rest: I think there are better places. They should do something for the dense mosquitoes population in rooms and their cafe and reception area.

Always happy for this hotel the best hotel in Phatthalung reasonable price cozy room comfortable bed and very good size room with quality of amenity . Staff is friendly and well train . For next visit Phatthalung Dusit Princess is my top choice for sure.

We had a pleasant stay! The room was spacious and super tidy. The environment was quiet and tranquil. The sound of nature can heal your stress away. The hospitality from the staff is good. The room amenities is good especially the toiletries like hair conditioner and shower gel. My husband like it so much as he felt fresh and rejuvenated after shower. Buffet spread was good even we only ate egg 😂.please consider a little bit of halal dishes because halal food can be challenging at that area. We didn’t get to experience the hotel activities due to rain. Hotel compound was nice and presentable, thought need some improvement here and there. Overall, we enjoyed it! very recommended!

I've stayed at this property four times now, and I've noticed that if I stay for two nights or more, I receive a welcome drink voucher. The last time I received it, I didn't use it, and this time I got it again. When I tried to use it, the staff told me that I could only get a lemonade and that it couldn't be taken away. While I appreciate the gesture, I can't help but wonder why the property doesn't just offer the welcome drink at check in instead of giving out vouchers to use at the Siva Cafe. I also thought I might be able to enjoy a coffee and take it away with me, but that wasn't the case. The property states that they have the final right of interpretation.

มีพนักงานหน้าเคาน์เตอร์เนี่ยไม่รู้ว่ามันเป็นอะไรหน้าบูดหน้าบึ้งหน้าตึงไม่รับแขกไม่รับลูกค้าอีตอนเย็นดึกๆอ่ะแต่ตอนเช้าบริการดีงงเหมือนกันมันก็คงแบบเหนื่อยวะเออ 2-3 ทุ่มแล้วไม่ได้ไปกลับบ้านมันก็เลยหน้าตาแบบบึ้งตึงมันไม่มีความสุขในการทำงานกระดูกโกรธแค้นใครมานักหนางงเหมือนกันทำตัวไม่ถูกเวลาไปใช้บริการเจอพนักงานหน้าบึ้งตึงไม่พูดไม่กล้าบอกใครก็มีนาอีลาไม่รู้พูดอะไร

Contento con este hotel. No hay ascensor disponible, por lo que puede ser un poco incómodo si tiene grandes maletas. El café en la puerta del hotel al lado vende un café muy bueno.

Dos días después de haber una carrera deportiva, este hotel está muy conveniente para reservar, el puente puede llegar al otro lado, muy cerca del lugar de reunión, la habitación está al lado del lago artificial, la cama es muy grande, el baño es aceptable, pero la energía hidráulica y el agua caliente son inestables, el estacionamiento puede pararse a voluntad, es muy bueno.
