We arrived at the HotSpring Beach Resort at the end of June '23, just a week after a new General Manager had started his new role - something we found out because he was actively meeting and greeting guests and will obviously be a great asset to the resort. He is overseeing a huge number of renovations and upgrades due for completion by the end of 2023 - and so any older reviews that speak of the resort needing some attention will now likely be redundant as the place is undergoing a major - and impressive - facelift. We were thrilled by our spacious room, the fantastic hot spring pools and the excellent contrast of the icy 'chill' pool (a rarity in Thailand, where refreshingly cold water to dip in is not so common). The staff were friendly and courteous throughout, and the grounds all the way to the beach are quite wonderful. Of course, in any transformation there is always something that still needs tweaking. Our two recommendations to the resort would be to enhance the taste and the number of vegetarian options of breakfast, which was generally a little on the bland side (though we ate two a la carte dinners at the resort restaurant which were outsanding and quite delicious). The other recommendation is to keep the beach free of the relentless flow of plastic and other garbage which the sea washes up. Although this is so common everywhere, and certainly not the fault of the resort, the beach gets a daily deposit of bottles and other plastics, and it would be great to see some efforts being made to collect and tidy the beach area as it's not huge, and this would certainly be an hour well-spent. Overall, highly recommended for a stay here - it's a unique place with such relaxing waters and the sense you're in the middle of a tropical forest with secret thermal springs just waiting to be discovered. If you're there in low season of June/Jule like us, then you won't see too many other people around and you can enjoy a lot of peace and quiet. Definitely worth a visit!

El hotel es muy grande. La habitación de madera de dos pisos tiene una sensación excelente. Es discreta y un poco lujosa. La clave es que cada habitación tiene una piscina. Puedes nadar en cualquier momento y puedes ver muchas bellezas. en biquinis. Toda la ciudad de Phuket es relativamente limpia e higiénica. ToZleep Hostel es uno de los lugares donde debes ir cuando quieres estar en contacto con otros backpackers y tener algunas buenas noches en la carretera principal. Nous avions nos 2 pts enfants (8 et 10 ans) avec nous et à leur arrivée dans la chambre ils ont trouvé celle-ci très ”classe” (il y avait un toboggan pour descendre du lit superposé en haut). C'est un resort tout à fait adapté pour les familles avec des enfants, beaucoup de jeux aquatiques, des piscines leur sont réservées. Nous avions une gde chambre pour nous 4 avec une cloison coulissante pour avoir un peu d'intimité. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très varié et chacun trouve de quoi se régaler aussi bien en nourriture asiatique qu'internationale. Le personnel est adorable et très serviable. L'hôtel est très bien situé, à 10 mn à pied de la rue très commerçante avec beaucoup de restaurants. Nous avions réservé une navette privée pour les transferts depuis et vers l'aéroport de Phuket, tout s'est très bien passé. A la fin de la semaine, nos petits enfants nous ont demandé pourquoi nous ne restions pas une 2ème semaine, c'est dire s'ils ont aimé. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir une 3ème fois .

¡El hotel está por encima de todo elogio! Un área enorme y bien cuidada, donde se puede caminar, jugar golf, billar, ping-pong, andar en bicicleta y pasear por la zona. Muy bonita piscina con una temperatura agradable. Todo está lo más limpio posible, la habitación se limpia todos los días. El servicio es excelente, te ayudarán en todo y te lo contarán todo, asegurándose de que quedes satisfecho con todo. Hotel 10 sobre 10!

Stayed here from 4th - 11th April recently for a family wedding which took place just up the coast on Natai beach at a villa. We stayed in a beach bungalow which was in the surrounding area to the main hotel complex. My understanding is the hotel have acquired these villas which were part of another complex and recently joined them to the hotel. The outside area was beautiful with gorgeous flowers and plants and cute paths leading straight to the beach. The room was very spacious with great air con and facilities were good - although we did not have a balcony we had sun chairs brought to our room so we could sit outside. Room was cleaned well and fresh towels, tea, coffee and water etc every day. Only downside was the bed which was uncomfortably hard although enormous! Missing in the main room was a mirror but this was fixed when we asked for one - a full length mirror was brought to our room which was a necessity to enable me to style my hair. The hotel pool which backs onto the stunning beach was a gorgeous spot to sit with a lovely breeze from the sea and looked so pretty as sunset drew in with beautiful tree lights. There is one main restaurant where breakfast is served which backs right onto the beach. It was uncomfortably hot inside - could do with fans to make the dining experience more comfortable. As the surrounding area is extremely quiet you need to taxi out to local restaurants, the hotel restaurant menu was quite limited although most of the meals we ate both during lunch and dinner were lovely although a bit repetitive. Breakfast was a good selection of hot and cold food and we enjoyed this very much. There are kayaks, surfboards you can hire from the beach hit by the beach and table tennis/boules also. Pool/beach towels are readily available from here too. In all, a lovely hotel in a stunning location on the most beautiful beach. A great get away from it all hotel for the perfect beach retreat holiday. Would definitely return to this hotel if I was in this area again.

Le Erawan is a new hotel within easy reach of Phang Nga town by car. We were given a warm reception by the English speaking receptionist who was very helpful in resolving our Agoda reservation that went awry. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the aircon was efficient. There was however no hot water in the washbasin. They provided bottled water, coffee and creamer in the room, but, strangely, no tea. This we had to order at extra cost. The breakfast was adequate with fresh fruit, yogurt and cereal. There was a choice of 8 hot dishes as well as toast, tea and coffee. On Thursday night there was live music that reverberated throughout the hotel. Not sure about the other nights.

A lot of negatives and positives . Negatives felt bigger, but overall quite a nice place and hence my rating. There was a real issue with sun pool/beach bed capacity. Just nowhere near enough at the beach and loads of *****s would go down very early to reserve them with towels or items. So you have to do the same. Beds and towels became way too short in supply and people were missing out. On one particular occasion my wife and I found two beds with no towels, after lunch and took possession and then about half an hour later a very aggressive guest came at us telling us to F off (at the top of his voice in front of kids) and threatening physical violence against me. Never known anything like it. Luckily, especially in light of recent chemo, I remained calm. Everyone around us with families was horrified. What did management do? Mmmmmm not huge amount. Very nice and calm and friendly and really genuinely liked Samer, but I saw the ***** who was aggressive wandering around the next two days with no cares in the world. I suspect he was big spender ?Totally unacceptable and I am considering what other courses of action I can take. Unreal. Aside from that, there was total mix of families and couples on the beach. Handy hint : have family area and couples area, particularly in the evening. An adults area with a bar and music was much desired and would, I assure you, increase revenue! The room was pretty good. Think there was a faint whiff in room of ´old’ but the bed was great and bathroom decent enough, though not sure what this sliding doors between bedroom and bathroom thing is all about? The swimming pools were pleasant enough, but such s terrible lack of capacity. The adult pool had literally 10 chairs around it and the main pool like 20?? I mean, that’s insane. You need more capacity, that’s obvious. I thought the restaurants were good enough. Not wow. Though the Xmas day buffet was brilliant. Getting table outside was always an issue if not reserved , until families had got done and you could eat later. Fine, but time zone issues often mean you want to eat at perhaps earlier times but this was tricky. Resort looks good and the beach is very nice. Just as I said, not enough chairs and I was threatened with physical violence for the first time on holiday due to that. Not good enough. Samer, as I said was very nice but they didn’t give us anything, not even a fruit platter or something as a gesture and to be wary of being attacked while wandering around a resort is not how I wanted to spend the last few days of my holiday. So, overall, a nice break. Weather good, friendly staff. Prices ok. But too many negatives for me to think I would ever return.

Stay in this beautiful resort only if you’re ready to be spoilt by the amazing hospitality of their staff. It’s located in the middle of nowhere, but that doesn’t matter as the resort itself has everything you’ll need. We took the all in package. Rooms are luxurious, very clean, very well kept. The resort itself is very well kept, pool, beach, bar, playroom. Very family friendly. Stayed here twice, both during peak (March) and low peak(June), both occasions felt very different, i personally preferred the peak, however one thing that did not change was the hospitality of their amazing staff! A special shout out to Kwan for professionally handling the tantrum of a hungry 35yr old (me). Great selection of food in their restaurants too. And when you need a laugh, Sit@Aon will crack you up. Will always come back.

Pullman Khao en Kappa club Points positifs Hôtel récent à conseiller pour celles et ceux qui cherchent le calme et la décontraction, les chambres sont grandes et modernes avec, pour notre part (chambre 1512), une vue magnifique vue sur la mer d’Andaman et les couchers de soleil. La restauration est « consensuelle » et certains diront qu’il n’y pas assez de plat Thaï et pas de vin prévu dans le « All in » mais de notre point de vue on mange très bien au Pullman. Nous avons apprécié la taille du resort, pas trop grand et pas trop petit non plus avec une belle piscine et son bar. L’occupation des sunbeds est régulièrement contrôlé par le personnel de l’hôtel ce qui permet de trouver des places libres à toute heure de la journée. Ce que nous avons préféré : la gentillesse du personnel, les Thaï sont adorables en toutes circonstances et je recommande cet hôtel. Coté animation, nous avons eu la chance d’être au Kappa club ce qui apporte un véritable plus et qui agrémente le séjour au Pullman. Au passage je remercie l’équipe au complet : Nathan, Nicolas, Paul, Maelys et Toey Points « négatifs » ou points à améliorer Nous aurions apprécié un minibar dans la chambre avec soft et bières. La carte des cocktails est un peu restreinte et proposer des cocktails basiques comme le whisky-coca ou rhum-coca ou vodka-orange avec les mêmes alcools utilisés dans la carte « All in » serait un plus pour les vacanciers. En Conclusion, établissement à choisir pour de bonnes vacances paisibles.

A pesar de ser un largo camino fuera de Khao Lak, (uno de los últimos hoteles, 15 minutos fuera) vale la pena ir a la distancia extra. La piscina con bar cerca de la playa también era un placer estar en la piscina. La comida para el desayuno y la cena era deliciosa y se ocupaban de mis alergias alimenticias muy bien. También dio opciones para el nivel de picazón para la comida tailandesa. Tengo una herida y el checkout tardío hasta las 6:00 me ofrecieron fue un bono final. Recomendación muy recomendada

La experiencia es genial cuando vienes con los paquetes de compras de grupo. Los europeos y americanos que se quedan en el hotel viven mucho y no hay discriminación. La habitación del hotel es nueva, pero no muy grande, y la piscina de balcón es muy limpia. El paquete contiene una piscina en el mar, por lo que el balcón puede ver algunas vistas del mar y hay una casa en el exterior. El desayuno es muy rico y muy delicioso, la cena entregada por el paquete es sorprendente, la comida anterior + la comida principal + el plato es muy delicioso, me siento muy cuidadosa por el chef. Hay diamantes en la playa, que pueden jugar con las espinas, pero no se siente como una playa de Michael.

Equipe Kappa tres dynamique, tres souriante et tres investie pour rendre notre séjour agréable malgré nos pitreries d'un groupe de 40 joyeux lurons intrépides. Equipe omniprésente, mais pas envahissante avec les vacanciers. Un grand merci à Océane et son équipe Vincent,Alex,YIM,Georgia Ethel, Charlene.C'est grace à eux si nous avons passé un aussi beau séjour.Les excursions proposées par le club Kappa étaient aux top et des animateurs aux top avec une connaissance de la culture thailandaise et locale tres impressionante. Encore un grand merci à vous tous. C'était notre premiére expérience avec le club kappa et nous allons continuer nos futurs destinations avec eux,aucune comparaison avec les autres clubs concurrents dans divers destinations. Tres bel hotel, bien arboré avec une végétation magnifique,une piscine tout en longueur également magnifique,restauration au top,belle chambre avec vue sur la piscine,belle plage avec son personnel au top. Personnel de l'hotel toujours disponible et d'une gentillesse impressionnante.Le seul bémol il manque de la musique au bord de la plage. super séjour !!! Franck et le groupe de joyeux lurons.

Hermoso complejo con un personal amable. Terreno de tamaño mediano para poder ver a mis hijos ir entre la piscina y la playa. La habitación es básica sin bañera pero espaciosa incluso con una cama supletoria, bien cuidada y limpia. La planta baja en la que nos alojamos era muy conveniente y el espacio del balcón es generoso.

Overall service was good - Hotel transfer service was reliable (including airport transport and to other attractions). Food was good except for the seafood barbecue buffet dinner (the seafood was not fresh and most dishes were not hot enough). Prices for local tours arranged through the resort were unreasonable higher than average, it’s like doubling/tripling the average price. Some of the restaurant staffs could not understand very simple English which makes ordering difficult. Waiting time for the food was unreasonably long (almost an hour). The staff at the Kids Club was super nice and patient, my son had a great time there making art work. If they could have some scheduled activities with more variety, it would be better. Wi-Fi in our villa was very unstable and the staff could not fix it. When we checked in, there were not enough towels in our villa and toiletries didn’t get refilled. On some days, the staff missed cleaning our villa.

Vinimos aquí para un matrimonio precontento con amigos. Un lugar de playa más lujoso que otros lugares de playa en la zona. Más precios de comida y bebida dice todo. Aquí esperan cocktails bien hechos y buena comida. No se puede decir mucho sobre la piscina, ya que no nadamos en ella.

Total y absolutamente increíble... una de nuestras estancias favoritas en cualquier parte del mundo. Sorpresa de aniversario de bodas de 2 noches para mi esposo y decoraron la cama con cosas del jardín y la hicieron lucir hermosa. Las villas con piscina son enormes e impresionantes, tan tranquilas y privadas que apenas nos movimos de allí porque era increíble. El área de la piscina principal y la playa también eran hermosas, y sentarse en el restaurante con vista a la piscina y la playa al atardecer fue perfecto. Todo el personal es tan encantador y dulce. El gimnasio era genial y tenía todo lo que necesitaba, correr y andar en bicicleta en la zona es fantástico. Se quedará aquí de nuevo seguro. La mejor decisión de venir aquí.

Situación tranquila en la playa de Natai. Buen tamaño habitación, enorme cama cómoda, nuevo con aire acondicionado en el centro. Creo que estas habitaciones de acceso a la piscina son renovadas recientemente. El personal es muy agradable y el servicio está pensado. El desayuno fue poco decepcionante. Las salchichas, la cocina, etc. estaban todos fríos. Muchos alimentos se acabaron y no se llenaron en 30 minutos. Nivel de higiene bajo. Muchas personas tomaron comida por manos porque no había herramientas o contenedores adecuados. Me gustaría ver la sopa de arroz en el desayuno mientras en Tailandia.

Las instalaciones del hotel son increíbles, la privacidad, la tranquilidad, las espectaculares vistas de la bahía de Phang Nga... El personal fue súper amable, al ser un hotel selecto con pocas habitaciones personalizaron mucho nuestra estancia, y tuvieron muchos detalles para nosotros y para el resto de huéspedes. En total, pasamos dos noches: la primera fue en una villa espectacular con piscina privada y vistas alucinantes, y para la segunda noche teníamos una habitación estándar contratada (que está súper bien y la piscina compartida y zonas comunes son también una pasada!), pero como sabían que era nuestra luna de miel tuvieron el gran detalle de hacernos un upgrade con jacuzzi privado al tener disponibilidad! We had an amazing experience at this wonderful resort since the moment we arrived. We traveled with another couple. The Resort arranged our pick up from the hotel we stayed in Phuket , and took us to the marina for the transfer in a long boat directly to the beach in front of the resort. The cabin was exactly as described in their web page. The view from our cabin was beautiful, we could see the gorgeous bay in front of us with the impressive mountains. The Resort was quiet and relaxing. And all the staff were super cordial and friendly. Piano was in charge, coordinating everything to our satisfaction. What an amazing manager, always super diligent with a smile on her face ! Soot was in the restaurant and bar overseeing to all our wishes, and giving us tips. The rest of the staff was super nice, respectful and friendly. We never saw the cleaning crew and everything was clean and fresh around the resort and in our cabin. We had an amazing shower area outdoors. It was great! The only thing to be aware is there is not a key when you are out of your room. The cabin stays open. They have safes in each cabin thought. We visited the market to get some of the great sauces and local spices recommended by the restaurant chef at the resort. We did some shopping to get souvenirs and had a blast taking pictures and driving around. Piano offered us the amazing experience of stay our last night at their glamping area in the mountain. It was a beautiful luxury tent with incredible views to the bay and a private pool. We loved it! We would love to visit again.
