I recently stayed at Novotel Impact Bangkok for 2 nights, and my experience was nothing short of amazing. The room was impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient for anyone attending business meetings or events at Impact, as it is just a short distance away. Additionally, its proximity to Cosmo Bazaar and a variety of food shops adds to the convenience, making it easy to find dining options nearby. The overall service and amenities exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend this hotel for both business travelers and event attendees. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip!

I stayed at ibis Bangkok IMPACT for one night on 6th October when I attended the Kpop Masterz concert featuring Ateez and Treasure at Impact Challenger Hall. It was an excellent choice, especially for anyone attending events/ concerts in the nearby venues. What I loved: 1. The location is ideal—walking distance to Impact Challenger, Impact Arena, and Thunderdome. The hotel even has a convenient sky bridge connecting to these venues. 2. I arrived from Malaysia on a morning flight and planned to leave my heavy bag at the hotel before exploring the area, as the concert was at 6 pm. To my delight, they allowed early check-in at 11:30 am, which was incredibly considerate of them, especially since many guests were attending the concert. It made my day! 3. The hotel lobby is spacious, clean, and welcoming, and the check-in process was efficient. Despite a 10-minute queue, I was checked in within 5 minutes. 4. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. 5. Multiple elevators - Even though the hotel was fully booked, the elevators were never crowded. My friend and I often found ourselves the only ones in the elevator, even during busy check-in and check-out times, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. 6. The surroundings felt safe and secure, and it’s just a 20-30 minute Grab ride from Don Mueang Airport, which was super convenient. 7. While the room wasn’t very large, it was comfortable enough for a restful stay before and after the concert. 8. As a Muslim traveler, I noticed there weren’t many halal restaurants nearby, but Grab provided a lot of food delivery options, which worked well for my short stay. 9. The price was reasonable considering the proximity to the venue and the services provided. The Highly recommended, especially for K-pop fans attending concerts at Impact Challenger Hall, Impact Arena, Thunderdome, the Impact Exhibition Center, or the Muang Thong Thani Lakeside. The rooms and place are nothing special but the staff are very helpful and it was only a place to sleep. The locations great if you’re a fan of the bustle of Kowloon. The staff were super helpful, when trip.com ballsed up our dates and refused a refund; they helped us re negotiate.

Rooms are very simple...From the outside the hotel looks like a 4 star, inside it looks like a 1 star guesthouse.

Porque no puedo abrir la puerta, volví a la recepción 2 yardas, esperé cinco minutos de reparación, la puerta está cerrada, me retrasa casi una hora. El hotel no dará compensación alguna 😤 más tarde, no sería correcto llevar el tiempo de retraso a los demás, la gestión del hotel no es posible.

ห้องพักตามราคาครับ ธรรมดาๆแต่ก็ถือว่าอยู่ในจุดที่สะดวกสบาย เข้าออกง่าย หน้าปากซอยก็มีเซเว่น เดินแค่ 3 นาที ก็ถึงแล้ว ในห้องพักจะมี สบู่กับยาสระผมให้ และก็ผ้าเช็ดตัวกับน้ำเปล่า ถือว่าคุ้มค่าในราคาหลักร้อย

I had a pretty good stay. The hotel transportation to the concert was really helpful, and the breakfast had a nice variety of food, especially considering the price. The only downside was the pillow cover – it had a musty smell, like it wasn't completely dry, which cost them a star.

My room for this trip is a Grand deluxe river view room, the room is spacious and full of useful amenities (They also provide you with a fresh fruit plate which is so lovely). The bed is huge and comfy as well as the A/C that works super good! They do have 2 pools, one outdoor and another one in the middle of the hotel. I would love to suggest this for the one who's looking for a cozy and peaceful place to stay in Nonthaburi where you can enjoy the great view of the Chao Phraya River, I feel so relaxed on this trip (10/10)

พนักงานบริการดีมาก ให้คำแนะนำดี เดินททางสะดวก โรงแรมมีรถรับส่งให้ แต่ในห้องไม่มีสลิปเปอร์ให้เปลี่ยน และได้ห้องติดถนนทำให้ตอนเช้ามาได้ยินเสียงรบกวนไปนิดหนึ่ง ในห้องมีไดร์เป่าผมให้ด้วย ชอบตรงนี้ค่ะ

El hotel es un hotel muy bueno, privado, para que puedas ir a la ciudad, si quieres algo, debes comprarlo primero, porque si quieres salir a comprar, tienes que pagar un honorario de barco de 50 baht de viajes de vuelta.

El hotel es muy bueno para un descanso tranquilo si le gusta la naturaleza, pero está en las afueras y puede ser muy difícil encontrar cualquier acomodación local sin usar un taxi.

Desafortunadamente, la piscina está cerrada, lo que en realidad es un lugar destacado. Te sentirás como en casa ya que todas las comodidades y la cocina son similares a las de tu apartamento. El agua tibia de la ducha no funciona bien.

Останавливались на одну ночь. От донг монга ехать недалеко , как раз пойдет у кого пересадки. Бронировали в 21.00, заселились в в 22:00. Заселили за минуту, номер чистый, простой. Видно что отель не новый. Заполняемость отеля низкая, шума не было. Из минусов - стены тонкие, если бы было много народа - шум бы напрягал. Персонал хороший, вода в номере, чай кофе, чайник, микроволновка.

I was pleasantly surprised when I got to my room. It was in a 3 bedroom apartment that has a kitchen and big dining table in the spacious living room! Everything spacious - room, bathroom with a huge bathtub and separate shower stall, and closet. Reasonably clean but decor and furniture are kinda old. View from the room is quite nice. Room has a safe, an electric kettle, complimentary bottled water with instant coffee sachets and teabags, a fridge, tv, and hairdryer. Some toiletries are provided - shampoo, body wash, cotton buds, and shower cap. No toothbrush, no soap. Location is quite a distance from Bangkok’s city centre. But it is a nice place if you want away from the touristy hotspots. I’d stay here again.

A newly renovated, beautifully designed, and well maintained property. Buffet breakfast could have offered more varieties, but it doesn't diminish the quality of stay Good value for money. The roof top restaurant is excellent.

Somewhat dated hotel but the staff were super courteous and extremely helpful, we also ate lunch in the restaurant which we really enjoyed. The rooms are in need of a makeover but overall it’s decent layover.
