Novotel Impact is a good place to stay if you are going for concerts in the Impact region. The check in and check out process is really smooth. They have staff to help with our luggages and they are always so helpful and smiley. It is also easy to book transport going to and from the airport. The room is comfortable and quiet. I love the variety at the breakfast buffet! Highly recommended.

I stayed at ibis Bangkok IMPACT for one night on 6th October when I attended the Kpop Masterz concert featuring Ateez and Treasure at Impact Challenger Hall. It was an excellent choice, especially for anyone attending events/ concerts in the nearby venues. What I loved: 1. The location is ideal—walking distance to Impact Challenger, Impact Arena, and Thunderdome. The hotel even has a convenient sky bridge connecting to these venues. 2. I arrived from Malaysia on a morning flight and planned to leave my heavy bag at the hotel before exploring the area, as the concert was at 6 pm. To my delight, they allowed early check-in at 11:30 am, which was incredibly considerate of them, especially since many guests were attending the concert. It made my day! 3. The hotel lobby is spacious, clean, and welcoming, and the check-in process was efficient. Despite a 10-minute queue, I was checked in within 5 minutes. 4. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. 5. Multiple elevators - Even though the hotel was fully booked, the elevators were never crowded. My friend and I often found ourselves the only ones in the elevator, even during busy check-in and check-out times, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. 6. The surroundings felt safe and secure, and it’s just a 20-30 minute Grab ride from Don Mueang Airport, which was super convenient. 7. While the room wasn’t very large, it was comfortable enough for a restful stay before and after the concert. 8. As a Muslim traveler, I noticed there weren’t many halal restaurants nearby, but Grab provided a lot of food delivery options, which worked well for my short stay. 9. The price was reasonable considering the proximity to the venue and the services provided. The Highly recommended, especially for K-pop fans attending concerts at Impact Challenger Hall, Impact Arena, Thunderdome, the Impact Exhibition Center, or the Muang Thong Thani Lakeside. La ubicación es muy conveniente. Es un paseo corto desde el tren de línea rosa. Fácil de llegar a IMPACT, pero el autobús del hotel es demasiado barato. El restaurante tomó para siempre cocinar mi comida a pesar de sólo unos pocos clientes.

El hotel es bueno, está un poco lejos de la ciudad principal y de los centros comerciales, pero tiene buenas comodidades y un personal educado, y también me permitió salir tarde de forma gratuita.

Hotel is located in the distance of shopping malls (Pantip and The Mall Life Store Ngamwongwan) where you can walk to main road or take motorbike around THB 10-15. The hotel is closed to minimart and silent in the night time. However the cleaning maid is very loud in early morning since the reception informed to check out before noon. We can hear anything from outside or the walkway in front of room. Anyways the price is value to spend.

The rooms and place are nothing special but the staff are very helpful and it was only a place to sleep. The locations great if you’re a fan of the bustle of Kowloon. The staff were super helpful, when trip.com ballsed up our dates and refused a refund; they helped us re negotiate.

The hotel is clean. The receptionist is very good. He is a Muslim. The room is spacious, clean, and the air conditioner is cool. Overall, there is nothing wrong. The price is cheap. I recommend it if you come to visit. There is coffee and bread in the morning.

I do not expect anything much just need a regular place to stay for a night but the room was quite an unexpected journey of mine. Despite all the minor issues I don't mind, there is one problem that I couldn't stand is the leak from air conditioner which i noticed in the morning (air-con leaking when i was sleeping). The position of the leaking go straight to the table which pretty close to TV and the plug pocket where my charger was there all night, it is out of order. Luckily I didn't put my phone or laptop there as well. So do not expect much, just a lousy room or maybe you have a bad luck. I certainly understand they'll do their best to handle the situation.

If you’re looking for the place for the Impact Arena hall, is one of the best choice that you should have chosen. There is the free drop-off transfer to the hall. Is a good area, which is the noise disturbance from the road. The condition of the room was okay, and the pool was very nice. ✨ Breakfast was good. Only thing that I got blamed by the chef that I did not know how to use the coffee machine because normally in the hotel, the guest just select and press on whatever coffee they want. And I would say that “you dont understand, need to ask the staff to do”. Anyways, the reception and the breakfast room attendant were helpful and nice.

กว่าจะเช็คอินได้ห้อง 5 โมงเย็นในวันที่ห้องพักเต็ม ผ้าขนหนูก็เพิ่งมาส่งให้ช่วงค่ำ พนักงานใช้คีย์การ์ดเปิดเข้าห้องมาเลย ไม่เคาะห้องก่อน อาหารเช้าไม่หลากหลาย และดูแลไม่ทั่วถึงเลย เข้าใจว่าเนื่องจากมี event จัดเลี้ยงปีใหม่ แต่ควรเตรียมให้พร้อมก่อน เพราะราคาไม่ได้ถูก ห้องพักที่ได้ห้องนึงคือพื้นฝุ่นเต็มห้อง เดินแล้วเท้าดำเหมือนไม่ได้ทำความสะอาด ส่วนอีกห้องปกติ บรรยากาศที่พักดี ตกแต่งสวย ริมแม่น้ำวิวดี มารยาทพนักงานดีทุกแผนก

En general, bien, el hotel está establecido por mucho tiempo, es un poco viejo. La habitación lateral renovada es mejor. Nice espacioso habitación OK desayuno Buen lugar No muy lejos del aeropuerto de Don Mueang, reserva con viaje, obtener un precio muy bueno.

Am very impressed with the location and price. While it’s far away from central (slightly) it’s very convenient to go to Impact/thunder dome. The shuttle service was helpful too. Just have to check with the counter when they’re available. The room was clean and comes with free bottled water. I’m particular about taste of water, the provided were good. The room was cold enough as well. Please note that there’s trees surroundings you may expect some bugs from nature but I didn’t see any for myself. The water was not hot enough for me but I can handle 2 days without it. Comes with amenities and no questionable stains seen in towel/bedsheets. Bed was low but I slept well. Will definitely come again when I’m here for short trip to watch a concert.

El hotel es un hotel muy bueno, privado, para que puedas ir a la ciudad, si quieres algo, debes comprarlo primero, porque si quieres salir a comprar, tienes que pagar un honorario de barco de 50 baht de viajes de vuelta.

Останавливались на одну ночь. От донг монга ехать недалеко , как раз пойдет у кого пересадки. Бронировали в 21.00, заселились в в 22:00. Заселили за минуту, номер чистый, простой. Видно что отель не новый. Заполняемость отеля низкая, шума не было. Из минусов - стены тонкие, если бы было много народа - шум бы напрягал. Персонал хороший, вода в номере, чай кофе, чайник, микроволновка.

I was pleasantly surprised when I got to my room. It was in a 3 bedroom apartment that has a kitchen and big dining table in the spacious living room! Everything spacious - room, bathroom with a huge bathtub and separate shower stall, and closet. Reasonably clean but decor and furniture are kinda old. View from the room is quite nice. Room has a safe, an electric kettle, complimentary bottled water with instant coffee sachets and teabags, a fridge, tv, and hairdryer. Some toiletries are provided - shampoo, body wash, cotton buds, and shower cap. No toothbrush, no soap. Location is quite a distance from Bangkok’s city centre. But it is a nice place if you want away from the touristy hotspots. I’d stay here again.

Newly renovated and well maintained property. There are only two electric outlets in the room - for the tea kettle and in the closet, hence no place to charge phones. They served a very bacis breakfast. Staff at the reception upon arrival seemed very unfriendly, maybe because they didn't speak English or were very busy with their phones. A 1000 baht deposit for a one-night stay seems way too much.
