My favourite in Sundsvall is this hotel. Nice and friendly service, large breakfast, clean rooms and priceworthy. Quick check-in and clean rooms with the necessary items needed for am overnight stay. Quiet location and stylish building.

Mi estancia aquí fue muy corta. Sólo una noche. Primero, mi coche es muy alto. Felizmente tienen un área de estacionamiento en su garaje dedicada a los coches más grandes. Pero tengo que mencionar que utilizar esta zona es más caro que el estacionamiento regular. El escritorio delantero se ve hermoso y temprano, y el inicio fue bien. Aún teniendo mesas y sillas justo delante de la mesa lo hizo parecer un desastre. Pero no deje que esto ruina tu estadía aquí. La habitación se ve grande. Excepto la temperatura es caliente. Veramente caliente. Puede abrir una ventana, pero debe ser una manera de desactivar el calor. Después es la toalla en el baño. Es justo al lado del baño, lo que me parece muy poco higiénico. Aún son sólo pequeñas quejas. La habitación se ve muy bien. Es limpio y las camas nos dieron un buen sueño nocturno. El piso no tiene un tapice. En cambio, tiene parquet. Esto da una impresión mucho más limpia que el tapice de la mayoría de los hoteles. El baño también es agradable y limpio. El desayuno es muy bueno con mucha comida para elegir.

Hotel precioso y muy acogedor. Localización perfecta y parking público en frente muy económico. El personal del hotel fue muy amable. Desayuno espectacular. No le doy más puntuación porque hacía un poco de frío en la habitación y no se podía subir la temperatura. Tampoco había mantas extra. Si no hubiese sido por ese pequeño pero importante detalle, le hubiese dado 5 estrellas.

The room we stayed at was good albeit a bit small, it had everything needed though. View from the room was poor, but the views from the spa and the restaurant were great. The spa itself was nice but not too innovative and several parts of it were broken. The lounge at the spa smelled rather badly and the outside pool was too cold. Dinner at the onsite restaurant was quite enjoyable although it felt a bit ”mass produced”. All in all a pleasant stay but there's room for improvement.
