I'm from Iligan but opted to stay with friends for the first time here. The rates were affordable and the hotel provided amenities to make your stay comfortable. The rooms were spacious and well maintained. The corridors and hallways were not just clean but smelled great. I am sensitive to mold like smells and strong scents but this was not a problem for me during my stay. Will definitely come back and recommend the hotel to my family and friends.

Lim Ket Kai Luxe has been my go-to hotel in Cagayan de Oro. Mainly because there are very few choices. Rooms are clean and spacious, the breakfast buffet has enough selections and variety. It is most ideal because of its location. Accessible to all sorts of transportation (public, TNVS, etc), while it is geographically far from the Laguindingan Airport, the airport shuttle service terminal is located strategically at the Lim Ket Kai Mall nearby. A big plus for those who plan to commute to and from the airport. The hotel also has a decent swimming pool and fitness and wellness center (although I didn't get to visit and use this trip).

Stayed for 4 nights. The room was recently renovated, so the interiors were fresh and clean. Toilet, bath, beds and linen were pristine. Since this is a budget hotel, there were no amenities like room slippers or toothbrush. We do appreciate the availability of a hair dryer and 3 hangers for clothes. Overall, a pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

My family, especially the kids, loved everything about our stay at SEDA Hotel. Service is top notch. Breakfast buffet has a great selection and delicious. Pool on our first day wasn't available due to repairs but was done the next day.

The hotel's location is undoubtedly one of its strongest points—conveniently situated near key attractions and easily accessible to public transportation, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. The air conditioning in the room was highly effective, providing a refreshing escape from the heat outside. However, I was disappointed to find that breakfast was not included in the stay, which would have added more value to the overall experience. Additionally, the walls between rooms seemed quite thin, as noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable, affecting the overall comfort and tranquility. Soundproofing improvements would greatly enhance the quality of stay for future guests.

Fue tan sorprendente, me encanta el lugar era un poco frío pero es de hecho un Paraiso que mira y tan relajante puedo recomendar el lugar las habitaciones son maravillosos tan elegantes para el sabor y como todos los que hay muchos de los lugares donde puede tomar Puedes tomar fotos

El hotel está muy cerca de todo lo que necesitamos -el mercado, el centro comercial y todas las instalaciones.

The room is fine, its just that when I request for cleaning, they did floor sweeping only as its beyond 5pm and no housekeeping is available. But when we came back, the room smelled like poop. 😒 we just clean the floor with a wet wipes since they cant do anything as the housekeeping is only available during 8-5pm 🙄 Bathroom has no bidet too 😔
