Buen hotel, pero lamentablemente no hay agua caliente, solo agua tibia en el mejor de los casos. Al llegar, me dijeron que la piscina no estaba disponible debido al mantenimiento, que es muy deficiente y no me lo informaron al reservar. Además, estaban haciendo obras encima de mi habitación, lo que generó mucho ruido desde las 7 de la mañana, lo cual fue muy molesto. El personal es increíble, muy amable y servicial, y la comida y el servicio fueron excelentes.

My sunset time was never wasted with happy tummy and unlimited wine, beers etc.Ma’am Divinagracia ground staff and all the staffs of the property for the respect and hospitality in each corner of the resort! Henann Resort hace honor a su nombre. Al alquilar una Villa, usted es VIP, por lo que realmente se sentirá superior gracias al amable y servicial personal. Obtiene acceso a comodidades que solo las Suites/Villas pueden tener. Alquilamos solo una noche, pero definitivamente reservaremos más tiempo la próxima vez.

Smell terrible at entrance and corridor due to repaint /drain . Receptionist could be more helpful and friendly. The Receptionist that check me in didnt even bothered to smile. When i told her she gave a wrong room as already stated in the email. She was black face and even take back the welcome drink voucher. 😂 well i didn't really need one. The only good service come from your security and bellman otherwise for serive i will not hesitate to give 0 star. Room is very basic but clean. Breakfast ala-carte but not suitable for everyone. This is my first stay but if i ever come again for sure will not stay here again.

Podría haber sido mejor. Parece que hubo problemas de comunicación en las salas de limpieza, donde fallaron dos veces. Cuando vinieron a limpiar, el chico comentó con sarcasmo mientras las otras dos mujeres se disculpaban. Incluso dejaron un mensaje para que no usaran la alfombra del baño, pero no hay alfombra y la calle de la entrada del hotel está en mal estado y muy embarrada debido a la lluvia. No entiendo cómo esperan que los huéspedes caminen por el baño/la habitación. La ducha tiene un temporizador que dura solo unos segundos (solo sirve para lavarse las manos); terminamos presionando el botón cada pocos segundos; nunca he estado en un hotel con una ducha como la suya. Como nota positiva, Dave, el conductor, y Vern, del restaurante, fueron muy amables. Mis felicitaciones. Por lo demás, buena relación calidad-precio. Los pájaros también son entretenidos. La piscina tiene buenos detalles, pero podría estar más limpia.

Los pasillos y las plantas están bien insonorizados, el desayuno es bueno y está cerca de un centro comercial. Hay un atajo que te lleva directamente al estacionamiento del centro comercial, así que si llueve, no necesitas paraguas. Lo único malo es que están construyendo un edificio nuevo en los alrededores. El domingo que nos alojamos no hubo obras, así que no nos afectó, pero el lunes empezaron a construir a las 8 de la mañana y pararon a las 11:45, lo cual fue muy ruidoso. Supongo que durante uno o dos años, será mejor evitar alojarse aquí entre semana.

Pool was closed again and frankly looks like it was closed for a long time . Even so, when we booked the hotel messaged us about enjoying their refreshing outdoor pool! Too funny. It seems the hotel comped guests who complained but my thought is if you get comped you lose your right to complain so here is my complaint. Sad for a 5 star hotel. Also, older tv’s don’t allow streaming of Netflix or YouTube which in 2026 5 star hotel should be a given. During breakfast the coffee machine never did work so staff had to run to the back and get us cappuccino. The machine is way too small for the size of the restaurant and radisson needs to upgrade the self serve coffee machine. Manybdead trees in the pool/outside area (at least 4) so obviously this area is being neglected as well. Not a 5 star hotel IMO. Staff were excellent of course so their training is effective.

Es un hotel relativamente nuevo, y la piscina del atrio y la piscina infinita de la azotea son tan acogedoras que no querrás irte. La calle Alona está muy cerca, con restaurantes, comida gourmet, cafeterías, tiendas de regalos y bares. La playa de Alona, ​​junto al hotel, también cuenta con una amplia zona de restaurantes y tiendas de buceo, y en la playa se pueden encontrar tiendas que ofrecen actividades marinas. SSays_KatyThat's the end of our stay at this hotel in the executive suite. What we liked: Hotel location; Gorgeous landscapes from the room window; Pool area; Spacious swimming pool; Spacious room; The pool is properly planned; Very cute dogs and cats. They cheered us up.; The staff is very polite and tries to help with everything.; Relaxing massage; There was oatmeal on the breakfast menu, which is rare in the Philippines.; Your requests are being listened to. What didn't you like: A small selection of paid breakfast. There is no buffet and you need to choose from the menu. But you can only choose 1 dish and drink for each one. In other words, don't expect to try even a couple of dishes for prepaid money. Here you can choose only 1 dish for breakfast. The rest is paid. It became clear only on the 3rd day of the stay, as they could not understand how the breakfast system worked. We were charged 390 Philippine pesos for SPAM (or rather, three slices of local ham). It's expensive for this kind and quantity of food. •On the last day, the cost of paying for a fruit plate increased. It was 350 pesos, it became 400. •When ordering tom yam, we asked for additional shrimp (+250 pesos). We were served soup with 7 shrimp halves. We still haven't figured out how many shrimps there would have been without the extra ones we paid for. 🙈We thought they forgot to add additional ones. Then we saw the bill and additional shrimps were deposited. •Few seafood dishes. Considering that you are 50 meters from the sea. There are also few products with vegetables. We suffered because of this. There was no light food. •The leaves in each salad were stale. •Service fees were from everything. We understand when the service fee is for food, but we still don't understand why the fee was for a massage. That is, the fee for the massage + the service FEE for the massage. •There were also fees for filming shark swimming on our phone. As I was rebooking, it was not the same as the first booking then blacked out occured. During the blacked out the my booking end up with only a bed in dorm style quarters, public bathroom and no privacy. My first booking was a package trip from Cebu to Manila which still in a wrong date. The actual date for the flight was to be on August 19 @ 9:50 but the three agent that I spoke to on the 18th got my hotel canceled and only provided me a rebooked solution. Sure, I can rebooked, thank so much for making my simple trip into **************** with my family, along withy impatient high functioning autism, 24 years old son who doesn't like his iPad to be low battery and no wifi. To remind you that the black out still happening, so during my aunty and son lunch the black still going. I have no idea what kind of menu and price for food and drinks. As I saw the server put the first plate of food, I was shocked to see the mountain square shape nacho cheese beyond understanding. My aunty is only 90 to 100 pounds. She doesn't speak English and doesn't understand what she ordered, so she asked question about salad and a slice of pizza. But that not what the server brought, he came out again carrying nacho cheese, same size as the first nacho cheese/beef, except the second is chicken then a whole large Canadian bacon pizza. I couldn't believe the amount of food that was ordered then a Red Bull for my autistic son? My aunty was repeatedly saying that she only want salad and a slice pizza then water. What she really wanted the cook and server wanted to do is take away all the food back including the Red Bull. Oh, one more set of food, two big pieces of Burrito. The hotel is still in black out and stuffy hot and dark. The staff are not good listener. My son started eating and drinking the Red Bull, when I saw him, I told the staff that Red Bull straight might kill him of a heart attack. I also mentioned that my son doesn't know self control when it comes to food which is called glutenny . He already pass his regular weight. I heard my aunty said that my son ordered all the food; she had no idea what he was ordering. Meanwhile the black out still continuing till around 5:30 pm, every building around the area has their electricity back on but not the Papabo. Our booking still in process. The manager charged me for the lunch even though the mistake was the their service, taking order from an autistic person instead of asking his parents. The manager decided to booked us in the one room that has two bunk bed, private bathroom and has windows cause still black out. The room is stuffy and hot, it's on the fourth floor, no elevator and dark to go up the stairs. We decided to lock up our things in the room cause still black out. My aunty over heard that the electricity bill was not paid. So as soon as I got down. The manager charged me 1500 pesos cash plus 1200 pesos for lunch that I only got to eat two slices of pizza and a couple of bite of nacho beef. I didn't get to have the burritos. The Papabo manager quickly went to pay for their electricity bill after she spoke to the owner. My aunty and me went to the beach. I for sure locked the bedroom and still no electriçity. My son went to 7/11 to charge the iPad. We got back at the hotel at 8:30 or so and the electricity was on and my son also in the in the hotel. Do recognized that the hotel keys was an actual key, and I only have the key with. In my surprised our bedroom door was wide open, our things are scattered on the chair and table. Now, just today at this time, I'm still looking for my necklace that has my Mom piece of earing, my oldest son alligator tooth pendant and my initial pendant A. I'll call the hotel when I finished looking at our things here.Yap, my necklace is missing.

El McDonald's de al lado también está convenientemente ubicado para excursiones de un día a las islas. Además, no está lejos del aeropuerto. El servicio de transporte del hotel al aeropuerto fue excelente; el conductor fue muy amable y charlamos durante todo el trayecto. La recepcionista del hotel, EWWAN, fue excepcionalmente servicial y paciente, incluso me ayudó a registrar mi tarjeta SIM el primer día. La habitación era espaciosa y limpia, y la cama muy cómoda. UUsuario anónimoWe booked two rooms for 7 nights at the Sheraton Cebu Mactan. We are two families traveling together with three young children and a pregnant wife. We were excited for a relaxing vacation, but after just 4 days, we wanted to check out early. The hotel agreed to refund only one room (around 900–1000 USD), but refused to refund the second room. This decision was made even though the hotel is completely full (Chinese New Year, peak season). Our rooms could have been sold to other guests immediately, so there was no financial risk to the hotel. Why We Wanted to Leave Early: 1. Food Issues (Very Important for Muslim Families) The hotel is in an isolated location with no restaurants nearby. The on-site restaurants serve mostly spicy Asian food, often containing pork. As Muslim families with young children, we cannot eat spicy food or pork. This made every meal a struggle. 2. Transportation (A Nightmare) Getting a taxi is extremely difficult. · When we wanted to leave the hotel to go to the city, we often waited over an hour for a taxi. · When we tried to return to the hotel from the city (like Cebu), we waited up to 2 hours because drivers refuse to come to this hotel. · Even within the Mactan area, finding a taxi was not easy. · The hotel offers a transfer service, but it costs 2–3 times more than a regular taxi. For a family, this is not a practical solution. 3. Maintenance Issues On the very first day, we reported that the sink was clogged – water drained very slowly. We were promised it would be fixed. After 3 days, nothing had been done. On day 3, I personally told the General Manager, Mr. Robin Bernard, about the problem. He said: ”No problem, I will solve it.” But even after his promise, nothing happened. Finally, on day 4, housekeeping came to our room. We showed them the problem by running the water. They saw it immediately and called an engineer, who fixed it within 20 minutes. Mr. Bernard's promise meant nothing. The regular staff fixed it. Our Conversation with Management We requested an early checkout. Mr. Ross Bautista genuinely tried to help us. He suggested a possible refund for one room and arranged a meeting with his superior to discuss our case. That meeting was with General Manager Robin Bernard. Here is what happened: · He claimed he ”knew the situation”, but could not explain any details. We had to tell him everything again: about the children, the pregnant wife, the food, the transportation. · Throughout the conversation, he was arrogant and condescending. It felt like he was not listening, just waiting for us to finish. · We explained that the hotel was fully booked (Chinese New Year, peak season), so letting us leave early would not hurt his business. The rooms would be sold again immediately. · His response was shocking. He looked at us and said, word for word: ”You should not think about my business. It's my concern.” Then, one minute later, when we asked for understanding, he said: ”I have to think about my business.” There is no logic. It felt like he just wanted to show his power and punish us for asking. The result? Nothing changed. Ross Bautista tried, but his hands were tied. Robin Bernard simply confirmed his original decision and showed zero empathy. As long as Mr. Robin Bernard is the General Manager, we will never return to this hotel. His arrogance, empty promises, and complete lack of care for families with children and special dietary needs are destroying the reputation of this Sheraton. To other Muslim families or anyone traveling with young children: I strongly recommend choosing a different hotel. Here, your needs will be ignored if the manager does not feel like helping.

UUsuario invitado보홀 여행하시는 분들께 도움이 될까하고 후기 남깁니다. 1.위치 : 알로나 비치에서 멀리 떨어져있다보니 마사지 무료픽업 드랍에 편도 300페소 추가해서 이동했어요. 2.시설 : 룸컨디션 너무 좋고 밝아서 화장하기에도 최고였어요. 매트랑 침구도 좋았고 싱글에 베게를 2개씩 주어서 쾌적했어요. 3. 수영장 : 물이 깨끗하고 수시로 관리를 하고 있어서 물놀이하기 넘 좋았어요. 다른 리조트에서는 물에 아예 안들어 갔거든요. 4. 식사 : 조식포함이었는데 간단하지만 포만감있게 맛있었고 그 외 식사들도 언제든지 주문해서 먹을 수 있어서 너무 좋았고 맛있었어요. 5. 서비스 : 직원들 모두 친절하고 번화가가 아니라 가까운 곳은 호텔 픽드랍을 해 주었고 먼곳은 툭툭이를 불러줬어요. 그랩은 잘 안불러짐. 6. 총평 : 조용하고 편안하게 쉬고 싶을 때 또 묵고 싶은 리조트이지만 번화가랑은 멀어서 불편한 점도 있었어요. 물놀이 하기에 좋은 리조트이고 편도 400페소로 ICM에 쇼핑하러 다녀왔는데 가까운 곳에서 돌아다니며 노는 걸 좋아해서 다시 알로나비치 쪽으로 숙소를 옮겨서 놀았어요. 주변이 산이라 모기가 너무 많아서 하루에 약 10마리는 잡은 것 같아요. 전기모기향을 요청해서 피해를 줄이세요ㅜ 추천하고싶은 리조트이고 모기가 최고의 단점인 리조트입니다.

UUsuario invitadoMy overall stay is good. The hotel’s location is ideal. Staff are pleasant.  Things to improve: no slippers. Free water refilling station would be good. The beds are not attached to the headboard and easily moves out of place.  I just noticed for two nights out of the four nights I stayed, There were loud noises that’s coming from outside the room from several people who seemed to be casually discussing, laughing and hanging out and it went on for several minutes. That was already 10pm and it was distracting.

TTUOANHReservamos las 4 noches en el hotel porque está a poca distancia del centro comercial Robinson y de otros restaurantes. Reservamos el hotel principalmente para dormir, porque nuestros tours comenzaban muy temprano en la mañana. La reserva incluye el desayuno, pero como salimos para realizar excursiones antes de que abra el desayuno, el personal nos preparó amablemente sándwiches y cafés todos los días para llevar. La habitación está limpia y es cómoda como en las fotografías. Reservaría este hotel la próxima vez. Por cierto, recomendamos el masaje tailandés Thewi cerca de allí.

CClaireKI recently had the pleasure of staying at Bluewater Sumilon Island Resort, and overall, it was a beautiful experience. The resort is nestled in a stunning location, surrounded by clear blue waters that create a perfect backdrop for relaxation. The tranquil environment made it an ideal choice for a quick getaway. The resort itself is well-maintained, with lovely landscaping and comfortable amenities. The serene setting really enhances the overall experience, making it a great place to unwind for a two-night stay. One of the highlights of my visit was the friendly staff. From the reception to the poolside attendants, everyone was warm and welcoming. The pool guys were particularly nice, adding to the relaxed vibe of the resort. However, I did find that the food needs significant improvement. While the dining options were ample, the quality and variety fell short of expectations. To truly enhance the guest experience, I believe that more attention to the menu and food preparation is necessary. This aspect would play a crucial role in my decision to return. Another area that requires attention is the communication regarding trips and activities.
