Breakfast is Buffet. I like Chicken currency. I enjoyed.
Staffs are so friendly and excellent experiences answering to me for all my questions. Booking Taxi from hotel is the best to Airport.
Fragrant Thai Restaurant is nearby hotel. I enjoyed Lunch and Dinner at there. The price is not so expensive. I enjoyed.

The staff are all very helpful, friendly and cheerful. The lobby area is well staffed with plenty of seating whilst you wait for taxi or trike.
The gym is small, the pool is small, the restaurant and bar area are a good size serving nice food. Sadly the breakfast was a little disappointing if you arrive to eat later than 0930. ..You can get some breakfast cooked to order.
The room was large with some good extras. Iron, ironing board, safe, slippers and gown. Tea coffee and water, kitchen area with fridge and hotplate.
Bathroom good size with complementary toiletries. Shower had good supply hot water.
I would stay here again..

La ubicación es también muy conveniente, cerca de los puntos clave en la zona, pero todavía tranquilo lo suficiente para un buen descanso de la noche. El servicio era constantemente excelente desde respuestas rápidas a las solicitudes de sonrisas cálidas que hizo la experiencia aún más agradable.
En general, el Palette Hotel superó mis expectativas. Le recomiendo a cualquiera que busque un lugar limpio, cómodo y hospitalario para quedarse. ¡Definitivamente volveré en mi próxima viaje!

At first they gave us old room, which the smell of room was really off so I asked them if we can get the first room that we experienced 2 weeks ago, receptionist ask me to give additional 500php to upgrade our room and yes we’ve got the first room we experienced. We will keep on coming back as long as we will get the new rooms hehe

Our family had such a wonderful stay at Widus Hotel! 🏨✨ The staff were very attentive and went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. They even surprised my mom with a warm welcome and a cake for her birthday — such a sweet gesture that made her day extra special. 🎂💛
The room was clean and cozy, and the kids loved spending time at the pool while we relaxed. Truly a perfect family getaway. Thank you, Widus, for making our stay unforgettable — we can’t wait to come back! 👨👩👦👦🌸

Tv has western movies but had some corruption to signal top of screen.
Hotel generally very clean, were some dead cockroaches in common walkways, but at least they were dead.
Room was very clean, shower was good, bed was good.
2 small free bottles water.

I stayed at Rosa Hotel Clark for one night and appreciated its excellent location-just a minute's walk to a 7/11, a massage spa, and a Thai restaurant. It made getting essentials, relaxing, and dining incredibly easy.
The hotel itself is a bit dated, and that shows in some of the furnishings and overall ambiance. However, it was clean and quiet, which made for a decent short stay. If you're not looking for luxury but value proximity and practicality, this place does the job.
Ideal for solo travelers or quick business trips where location matters more than modern amenities.

This hotel is great since the location is ideal. Walking distance from red street yet it is not that noisy since it is about 800 meters away. The rooms are very clean and the service is great. The pool is nice for swimming but small. The wifi is fast and almost everything was perfect.The only two bad things is that there is not hot water which is strange for such a hotel and the window location is not ideal.

Fantastic hotel, great friendly staff. Always eager to help. The location is about a 3 min walk to all the nightlife and restaurants/ bars. Too bad about all the nasty garbage on the side of the street the hotel is located. That's my only complaint, the nasty stinky garbage along that little street.

El lugar es bueno y está cerca de un restaurante, pero el servicio no siempre está disponible. La comida en la cocina es cara, mejor comprar afuera o pedir comida para llevar. La piscina no tiene barreras laterales cuando no está en uso, así que tenga cuidado por la noche.

UUsuario anónimoThis resort provides all in one relaxation, with the great view and clean beach side of Subic Bay. Rooms are quite old but still comfortable to sleep in. Hoping they can change the headboard to reduce the wood chips that falls off since it is a bit old. The entire resort is great, they just need to improve their rooms and the lobby. Staff is great, kudos to the Bar Staff, specifically Arvin, during night shift. Also to the breakfast restaurant server during our stay, one of the longest staying employees 15 yrs, whom Ive met years ago, and still there. Just forgot kuya /tatay name. Still same exemplary service.

😊 Beautifully built with quality , inside and out. Much better looking than same establishments in the area. Decent crowd. More pricey though 😅
😞 Upon parking in basement, need to go up to GF , outside of building, and re-enter thru main entrance . Inconvenient if you have luggage , kids, seniors. No direct entry thru indoor elevators from parking area. Free parking (as guests).
😊Very accomodating reception, courteous service, attentive and friendly in all areas- club, pool, spa, concierge, etc.
😅 Waiting area across the reception ( lobby?) was full of people (waiting for or loitering ?)
😊 The club and its small meal perks ( breakfast, tea time, cocktails) are worth it, if you are a small and frequent eater. Cocktails became my dinner since they had roast beef and pasta, plus other side dishes and lots of free drinks.
😅Their pasta needed some improvement . Roast beef was tough.
😊 Club floor was same as room floor- super convenient. Just went down to 5th floor for pool.

😊Club guest room was super nice and spacious. Had a walk in closet, 3 way bathroom, smart toilet, good shower, tub with a view, double lavatory, big vanity. Had space for a 3rd bed. Coffee, soda, Perrier and Evian. Coffee table with fruits and sweets . Remote control blinds and curtains. USB plugs at bedside. Window view of the pool and hills. Could have stayed in the room all day .
😊Markt (regular) breakfast had more choices than Club breakfast. But Markt had lots of guests.
😊They were opening some commercial mid priced restaurants inside the hotel- still ongoing construction.
😊 Regular twin rooms were spacious too. Clean and looked new.
😊 Not a casino goer. Casino was nice bc it did not smell of cigarettes, was not too loud, not crowded. Served free flowing coffee, water 24/7.
😊 Pool was nice , had several depths, lounge chair submerged partially in the water, cabanas , lovely view from the infinity edge.
😅 Pool was very busy from 8am to 11am- kids and families. Kids don’t stay in the kid’s pool bc they play in adult pool with parents . Gets noisy and crowded inside the pool 😔
😊 Tip: If you want some quiet time in the pool area, best to go fueing lunchtime when the families are having their lunch.
😊 Life vests available at the pool. Lifeguards were attentive. Pool bar/ food available too, with a few tables and seats right beside pool.
😊 Tip: Take the rooms facing pool but from far side , the view of hills are very nice during sunset.
😅 Not much to do in Clark area- swim/ chillax, eat (nice restaurants everywhere), casino. Clark speedway- for events. Clark international airport- for travel.

UUsuario invitadoBeen here previously in their earlier years and not much has changed except for the addition of new sections. Really disappointed with internet connection as it didn’t get fixed until the last day of our stay. Limited restaurant service as well on a Monday. Breakfast was just so-so though good local coffee. A bit challenging to get the jeep ride around the resort as we needed to constantly contact front desk to make sure we get picked up in front of our room. Walking tours and staying in the heritage rooms are still the best amenities that this resort offers plus some helpful staff.

KKim_PossibleOverall experience was okay, can be better. The pools were very well maintained and clean, the beach was fantastic, they have multiple activities to provide to their guest and the hotel was amazing! The spacious room we booked an accommodate up to 8 people !
Our overnight stay was not crowded compared to to the holidays, not much people but the downturn we experience was the service we received was slow. We used one of their pools and requested for a beach towel, after waiting and following up for more than 30 mins, we gave up and walk to our hotel shivering. The life guard who helped us followed up of our request said that the housekeeping was slow and many excuses though there were not much people. Second one was on the Naya restaurant bar and grill, as we observed the restaurant was not full yet our orders took an hour before it was served…..
Overall, the facilities was fantastic!
