The hotel’s location was perfect for those catching early flight or late arrival. It’s about five minutes walking distance to international arrival exit. The room was spacious and furniture was modern. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of food and fruits. The wifi was very slow and the booking details were not shared between the reception and the restaurant.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Gateway Airport Hotel in Mangere, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel's proximity to the airport made it an ideal choice for my travels, but it was the outstanding service, impressive facilities, and delicious food that truly made my stay memorable. The service at the Gateway Airport Hotel was top-notch. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. From the warm greeting at check-in to the helpful assistance with my luggage, every interaction I had with the staff was pleasant and professional. The hotel's facilities were modern, clean, and well-maintained. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a plush bed, a large flat-screen TV, and a convenient workspace. The bathroom was clean and well-appointed, with a great shower and plenty of towels. I also appreciated the hotel's fitness center and business center, which were both well-equipped and easily accessible. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. The hotel's restaurant served a delicious breakfast buffet, with a wide range of options to suit all tastes. I also enjoyed dinner at the restaurant, which offered a great selection of local and international dishes. The food was tasty, well-presented, and reasonably priced. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the Gateway Airport Hotel in Mangere. The combination of excellent service, modern facilities, and delicious food made for a truly enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and memorable place to stay in Auckland. Rating: 5/5 stars

El hotel es muy básico, pero me gustaría mucho para estacionar en coche y para el transporte al aeropuerto. El servicio de transporte está bien organizado. El propio cuarto es básico y la limpieza media pero usted obtiene lo que paga. Nos hemos quedado dos veces cuando capturamos los vuelos tempranos y nos quedaríamos de nuevo.

Me siento muy agradecido de quedarme en el aeropuerto Kiwi Motel, ya que dejé mi bolsa en el autobús amarillo y el caballero de recepción me ayudó a rastrearlo de vuelta para mí sin perder nada. La habitación es amplia y las tazas y boletos con otros artículos de cocina son muy útiles y limpios.

The hotel have an open kitchen, good to communicate with my boys while cooking. The hotel also have washing machine and dryer, very convenience for long staying. The hotel staffs are friendly. The room service is by requested on or before noon time one day before. We forgot to request 2 days, the dirty towels like a small mountain in the bathroom. I called the house keeping 10 times and only got 1 time had been answered. I need to go down to the reception to get the salt , pepper, dish wash detergent, towels etc. There is only one air-con unit in the living room, bedrooms doesn't have, the fans in the bedrooms are not working properly.

Excellent choice if you are traveling with kids.  The room was very clean and well equipped.  The kids loved their own separate sleeping area which had a single bed and a bunk bed that is capable of housing up to 4 kids.  Room price included a complimentary visit to the top of the sky tower.

Es un edificio anexo al edificio de la sky city tower, un servicio espectacular, todos muy amables, desde las personas de la recepción, hasta losnquente atienden en el deaayuno. El hotel ofrece un servicio de 10! Nada de que quejarse. Si marchas temprano, te preparan una caja de desayuno para que te lleves.La limpieza se hace en profundidad cada día, las habitaciones muy modernas. Sin dudas un hotel a recomendar al que volverìa

My time at this hotel was amazing! The view from my room was so pretty, looking out at the water. The staff were really nice, and my room was super clean . Also , Being a tea lover, I was pleasantly surprised by the extensive selection of tea flavors available in the room which was complimentary . It was a delightful treat to explore the various options and indulge in my favorite beverage while taking in the beautiful views. Overall, my stay at was a perfect blend of relaxation and rejuvenation. I left feeling refreshed . I definitely suggest it to others!

The service at reception was 5 star lovely people to deal with . Room service was pitiful food took 1 hour to get to us after being told 1/2 hour wait , food was Luke warm some not really eatable . Shame when we paid more than $210 for the meal . And yes we were told it was busy at kitchen as when we phoned room service for the fourth time it went through to reception who got room service to call us 10 minutes later.  . Beds were perfect and room spotless was lovely to have aircon going when we arrived . However on second day room serviced and found flannels still on floor and in shower .  Hotel is usually lovely to stay at , but this time was below par .  We felt ripped off slightly .
