«Tanto las instalaciones, como el servicio son impecables. Desde recepción y buffet siempre fueron muy atentos. Destaco por supuesto, la cercanía al parque Lost World, que es magnífico! Punto aparte para el parque, que en su modo nocturno, abarca desde piscina infinita, sectores de playa artificial, sectores de hidromasaje, cascadas, y más! El sector de zoo, es además de bellísimo, muy bien cuidado, y se desarrolla en un circuito entre la montaña, aguas, y mucha vegetación, cuevas iluminadas. Verdaderamente único!»

However, the mattress was too soft—movement from my partner could easily be felt, which affected my sleep. The TV remote was also difficult to use, and the internet connection was poor, causing constant buffering when trying to watch shows.»

«We stayed at Ipoh Bali Hotel for 4 days and 3 nights for our honeymoon, and we’re truly so grateful we chose a local honeymoon instead of flying overseas. This place made our trip feel peaceful, romantic, and memorable. From the moment we checked in, Raidah was incredibly warm, helpful, and friendly and she even checked us out at the end of our stay. Her hospitality really made us feel welcomed and taken care of throughout the trip. All the staff we met during our stay were genuinely friendly and welcoming. Every time we walked past, we were greeted with smiles, which made the atmosphere feel so warm and comfortable. We also had massages during our stay, and the masseuses were amazing. The service honestly felt like a 5-star experience, professional, relaxing, and exactly what we needed after the wedding. A special mention to the breakfast team as well, especially May, who was so kind and attentive. The food was excellent. We loved it so much that we ordered the same dishes twice during our stay, the Balinese chicken porridge and the Balinese rice set (can’t remember the exact name, but it was so good!). The room itself was spacious with beautiful high ceilings, giving such a cozy Bali-inspired atmosphere. One of our favourite parts was the sound of flowing water from the balcony at night It was incredibly calming and helped us sleep so well. The bathroom was also very spacious and came with a lovely bathtub, which made the whole honeymoon experience even more special. Honestly, the hotel felt like a 5-star resort experience to us, so we were surprised to find out it’s officially rated 3 stars. The service, atmosphere, and overall experience exceeded our expectations. Overall, this was the perfect honeymoon stay for us, and we will definitely come back again in the future.»

One of the best things is that it’s within walking distance of coffee shops like CBTL and ZUS, which open early—perfect for those of us who need to grab a coffee before heading to the office.»

«We arrived earlier and rooms were not ready. Service is good, offered us an upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment type room which was perfect as we have a sofa area to chill and relax. The rooms were very comfortable and power outlet is available at table in room which is better than charging phone next to bed. The aircon units are great. The bathroom is spacious and water pressure is good. Hairdryer perfect. There is also a full length mirror just outside the bathroom so no one fighting for mirror use to prep going out. The kitchen and sofa area have power outlets too so we can charge nearby while we hang out. The dining area is large enough too. My only set back is the lighting which can be a level brighter.»

Llegamos a las 2:30 pm y no pudimos comprobar en el momento oportuno, ya que la habitación no estaba lista, pero lo conseguimos entrar en nuestra habitación a las 2:45 pm, que todavía era bueno para nosotros 😁 La habitación era espaciosa, limpia y cómoda. La matriz estaba bien-no super suave, pero todavía cómoda para un buen descanso. El baño viene con un baño, que fue un bonito bono. En general, tuvimos una estadía muy agradable y sentíamos que realmente vale la pena. ¡Todo fue bueno y recomendamos este hotel.»

«Very strategic location but seems cleanliness big issue as toilet basin leaking and when we check in has some left over rubbish in the room and the pillow case seems long time didn't change. In terms of location it's very strategic travel within Ipoh town area. Do take note when exit lift area there a slight slope which me and my wife almost fell down. Think hotel must put a various sign on this too especially for elderly not aware such risk»

«The hotel was excellent in some ways, but really lacking in others. The highlights of the hotel are the exceptional breakfast, the best I’ve had in SE Asia, and its delicious desserts and pastries in the lobby. As well as the very good service, with two things coming to mind, one being a free room upgrade, and two allowing me to go to breakfast 30 minutes early (6:30am vs 7:00am). The hotel is very aesthetic and unique in style too, and the tech is certainly interesting and used intelligently. However, they also make some bizarre decisions given they’re a 5* hotel. Firstly, why there is no soap in the bathroom I’ll never know, I shouldn’t have to go in the shower each time to get body wash to wash my hands each time. The shower would progressively get colder with a couple of minutes and be quite cold by 5 minutes in. The bed is far from luxury feeling, with it quite hard, though reasonably comfortable and the duvet cover had some marks on it. Finally, the tech means there are a lot of unnecessary lights around the room, which makes the room a lot less dark. Overall, I would have expected the hard product to be better within a hotel of this class but the soft product was definitely 5*.»
