Tanto las instalaciones, como el servicio son impecables. Desde recepción y buffet siempre fueron muy atentos. Destaco por supuesto, la cercanía al parque Lost World, que es magnífico! Punto aparte para el parque, que en su modo nocturno, abarca desde piscina infinita, sectores de playa artificial, sectores de hidromasaje, cascadas, y más! El sector de zoo, es además de bellísimo, muy bien cuidado, y se desarrolla en un circuito entre la montaña, aguas, y mucha vegetación, cuevas iluminadas. Verdaderamente único!

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and both the hotel environment and room were generally clean. However, the mattress was too soft—movement from my partner could easily be felt, which affected my sleep. The TV remote was also difficult to use, and the internet connection was poor, causing constant buffering when trying to watch shows.

I enjoyed my stay overall, especially the cleanliness of the hotel and the excellent customer service. The staff were friendly and attentive, and all the necessary amenities were well provided for guests. However, I was a bit disappointed with the room interior as it did not reflect the Balinese vibe I was expecting. The design and overall atmosphere felt lacking, including the absence of the signature Bali-style aroma or fragrance that usually enhances the experience. Additionally, the hotel does not have a swimming pool, which was a downside for me. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, but there is room for improvement in terms of ambiance and facilities.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I would especially like to thank the Chinese-speaking front desk staff member, who looked Malay, for her patience and excellent explanation in Chinese. Her service was outstanding, and I truly appreciated her help. I will definitely stay here again whenever I visit Ipoh in the future. Keep up the great work! 😊

The building looks normal but the interior made up for it. Looks new and rooms are clean. However, they can improve on the lift to accommodate crowd as I experience stopping at almost all level during check-out time. Service was good as I requested to have my pillow case changed after my 1st night as it smelled a little funky. Overall, good experience.

Had a pleasant stay at M Roof Hotel & Residence. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with modern design and good facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The location is convenient with many eateries nearby and easy parking available. The rooftop pool was a nice bonus. Breakfast could have more variety, but overall it was a good value stay and I would consider coming back again. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide more clearly designated disabled parking spaces closer to the entrance to improve accessibility and convenience for guests with mobility needs.

Esta fue nuestra primera estancia aquí para un corto estadía cerca de casa, principalmente para probar el mini parque acuático del hotel recientemente completado. Llegamos a las 2:30 pm y no pudimos comprobar en el momento oportuno, ya que la habitación no estaba lista, pero lo conseguimos entrar en nuestra habitación a las 2:45 pm, que todavía era bueno para nosotros 😁 La habitación era espaciosa, limpia y cómoda. La matriz estaba bien-no super suave, pero todavía cómoda para un buen descanso. El baño viene con un baño, que fue un bonito bono. La habitación es pequeña y elegante, limpia y ordenada; el aire acondicionado es muy bueno y tranquilo; la recepción y el servicio de habitaciones son excelentes; el hotel está muy bien ubicado y se tarda unos 10 minutos a pie en llegar a las principales atracciones y zonas de restauración; el desayuno es abundante y delicioso. En resumen, tiene una calificación de cinco estrellas y es recomendable para quienes valoran la relación calidad-precio.

I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Damai Laut Resort to celebrate a special anniversary, but unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations. Upon arriving at 3:00 PM, I had to wait in a very long queue for check-in and only received my room key at approximately 3:40 PM. After entering the room, I noticed that the anniversary decorations I had requested were in place, but the cake, chocolates, and fruit platter that I had paid for were not provided. As this was intended to be a surprise for my husband, it was quite disappointing. What was even more frustrating was that no one informed me that these items were not yet ready. I had to call and follow up myself to check on their status. The cake and other items only arrived more than an hour later, which significantly reduced the excitement and impact of the surprise. I was also surprised to find that the minibar fridge was completely empty, with no canned drinks or refreshments available. Considering the room rate was approximately RM1,200 per night, I expected more than just complimentary bottled water. The room was advertised as having a king-size bed, but it felt smaller than expected. In addition, the dinner buffet pricing for children was quite expensive at RM50 per child. My children are 8 and 10 years old and, like most children their age, they eat only small portions and usually only one or two dishes. The breakfast charges for children were also relatively high, making the overall dining cost difficult to justify for young children. To make matters worse, the cashier accidentally charged my children's dinner twice. Although the duplicate charge was voided, I was informed that the refund process could take between 7 and 14 weeks. This seems like an excessively long waiting period for a billing error made by the hotel. Overall, this stay was disappointing and frustrating. I had expected a smooth and memorable experience for such a special occasion, but several service shortcomings negatively affected our celebration. I hope the management will review these issues and make improvements to enhance the guest experience in the future.
