Good hotel. Only lighting in the room is dim. If brighter will be great but its a great hotel with lots of shopping area near by. Although no durians allowed in hotel premises got durians just outside the hotel

The room we stayed was dusty , me and my friend had an allergic rhinitis and I had a conjunctivitis after the stay overnight Shower water was not so strong Aircon takes time to cool the room Food selection for breakfast was okay Pool side overview was nice

We had a great stay at this hotel. We checked in late due to work-related commitments, and upon arrival, the front desk informed us that we had been upgraded to a suite since the hotel was fully booked. It was a pleasant surprise and greatly appreciated. The amenities were excellent, and the overall experience was very comfortable. The only issue we encountered was with our key card, which was not being recognized by the door. It was replaced twice, although we're not sure what caused the problem. Despite this, the staff handled the situation promptly and professionally, ensuring that the issue was resolved as quickly as possible. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would gladly return in the future.

Nuestra estancia fue, en general, una experiencia fantástica. La habitación que nos dieron estaba limpia, era espaciosa y tenía una vista increíble; disfrutamos muchísimo de nuestra estancia. Sin embargo, no nos avisaron con antelación del cambio de habitación, aunque la nueva resultó estar bien. También sería útil que nos proporcionaran una ubicación más precisa, ya que la dirección que nos dieron no era la exacta y tuvimos que caminar entre 5 y 8 minutos para llegar al apartamento. A pesar de estos pequeños inconvenientes, lo pasamos de maravilla y apreciamos enormemente la hermosa vista y la comodidad de nuestra estancia.

Booked here for a few times now. The only downside this time was that it was a bit noisy due to the renovation of the room. Staff was very helpful to change my room after I complained that the aircond was not working. Other than that, it was a good stay for me. Keep up the good work

This hotel is very old, water leaking from aircon duct, rain splashing in from the top window. Other than that, it’s still clean, and location is great, there’s food street beside, lots of eateries nearby And ksl is not far away as well The price is reasonable, if they are able to fix the broken window and aircon duct, that be perfect!

Decided to book last minute - initially cant book for family of 2A2C. WhatsApp them, replies was….sluggish. Finally manage to book and the room was…not like the initial ones. Previous booking it was really great. Room size room cleanliness. The room we got was small but there’s multiple hairs on the carpet. Especially with kids, that was just a no no. Call them via the phone provided, was put on hold and the line got cut off 🙂 Tried calling again, took quite a while before finally got connected. Upgrade the room for RM80. Whatever that was book on trip wasn’t as per advertised. Second, it was drizzling. So we went downstairs to take a look at the swimming area. There’s no towels. Call the front desk ask if the swimming pool is open, they mention “I think it’s open” Breakfast was subpar.

Location is good — very easy to grab around going KSL, mid valley. Room is Very spacious with large window of 2m. Shower pressure is good at 19th floor; but the bath tub leak(see picture ). Our bath towels look dirty and feel rough. Actually the bath mat looks cleaner and whiter than the bath towels. Breakfast spread is good but taste so so. Overall will recommend if you are not fussy. Most staffs are friendly.

Grand Hallmark Hotel may not be a very large hotel with spacious rooms, but it has many qualities that make the stay enjoyable and worthwhile. Guests can easily enjoy local dishes, supper spots, and entertainment within walking distance. Overall, this hotel offers comfort, convenience, and modern style, making it a smart choice for a short stay in Johor Bahru.

Su ubicación es inmejorable, justo enfrente del centro comercial City Square y del puesto de control, lo que facilita mucho el acceso. Además, está cerca de la zona de cafeterías, restaurantes para desayunar y tiendas de segunda mano. A tan solo 700 metros, un paseo muy agradable. La zona está muy bien iluminada y suele haber bastante gente, así que es segura por la noche. El hotel se ofreció a guardar nuestras maletas incluso después de nuestra salida, lo cual fue de gran ayuda. La habitación estaba muy limpia y los artículos de aseo estaban repuestos.
