La habitación es un poco oscura, y el diseño es muy antiguo, pero no huele raro ni horrible a la habitación que tengo. ¡Muy conveniente ubicación en el centro comercial de KSL, con muchas opciones de compras de alimentos y entretenimiento disponibles!

Everything about St. Giles is great except for the carpark and the crowd at breakfast.  I went on a  long weekends.   It is difficult to find the entrance to the carpark and we have to circle round and round on the very jam road.   At breakfast we have to queue to get a table and it was so crowded, the food is not replenished fast enough and the clean plates, bowls and cups are difficult to come by.  But I must say the staffs are hard at work to do the best they can which I appreciate it. Overall I had a great time and will come back again on a weekday :＞

The hotel room is big and the mattress is soft and comfortable although the building and lobby looks a bit old. The breakfast buffet is ok, the only limitation is the replenishment is a little bit slow. The hotel location is opposite KSL, nearby there are many eateries.

Room 808 had a strong smoking smell, and the floor manager just sprayed perfume to cover it but the smoking smell is still there. When I requested a room change, the customer service staff was extremely rude, telling me to call back at 9 PM because it was their break-fast time and i should respect. They were also reluctant and made it seem troublesome to change room. Propose Hotel management to arrange non muslim staff to handle calls during break fast timing in future, as Foreigners might not comprehend the situation. Another major issue was the parking system. It is confusing for first-time visitors, as hotel guests need to park at level B2 and validate their Touch ’n Go card for free parking. During dinner hours, the queue for validation was ridiculously long, with only one counter available. We had to wait in a line with more than 10 people ahead of us, which was frustrating, We are rushing for dinner, hence, we paid parking cost RM27 for just 3–4 hours, which is unreasonable. The hotel staff, especially the phone helpline team, were rude and impatient. Calls took a long time to be answered, possibly due to staff shortages during the fasting month and Hari Raya eve holiday season. Due to the rude staff and poor service, I will not stay at this hotel again.

If you’re looking for a cozy hotel near Legoland and XPark, this could be the perfect choice for you! It's brand new and clean, plus there are a few restaurants just a short stroll away. Just a heads-up, it's not right in the JB central area, so you’ll need to hop in the car if you’re craving some late-night snacks. Enjoy your stay!

Overall, I could say I’m satisfied with everything except one thing; the noise came from the shanghai club at the level 5 quite pisses me off because you can hear the doom and you can feel the shake to your room window from as early as 8 pm to 5 am.

Had my solo trip again this time and tried Hotel Grand Paragon and I think it’s beautiful and well maintained for an established 4 star. Your stay comes with free breakfast as well. Location: Very quiet and walking distance to KSL. Room: is very cosy and clean THE BREAKFAST SPREAD THOUGH IS SOLID

La entrada se llevó un tiempo, ya que sólo había 2 cuentas abiertas. La habitación limpia, sin embargo, no es muy buena para probar la habitación - podía oír fuegos desde las escaleras aunque estaba en el piso 28, y también las personas cerrando puertas a lo largo del corredor. El personal era amigable, pero el escritorio frontal no informó de las instalaciones disponibles o de los detalles de WiFi durante el check-in, tuvo que averiguarnos.

Decent hotel, but smelt of smoke even if it is a non smoking room. Managed to get the housekeeper to bring an air freshener but no change of room. Took them more than an hr to bring it up.

Stayed at the hotel last year in Oct and had a pleasant experience. Decided to invite my family this time round. Rooms were cleaned quite late. We left hotel at 9am but at 4pm rooms were still not cleaned :( the pool was also under renovation and we could not check in early like last time. Guess they were too occupied :( they also got the birthday man’s name wrong! My SIL’s name was typed out on the card instead. Oops! Overall the hotel is much nicer and newer as compared to most hotels in JB so that was a plus point!

The hotel has a great location – HDL is just downstairs and City Square is right across the road, making it very convenient. The room and bed were clean and comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay. However, I was quite disappointed with the swimming pool. It was not well-maintained, with visible algae making the surface very slippery and unclean. We arrived at the hotel around 6pm, but only one of our rooms was ready. We ended up waiting until 9pm, and it was only after I made a phone call that we were informed the second room was ready – there was no prior update. Additionally, we requested extra towels which were never delivered.

We stayed in the Deluxe Twin with seaview on L6 (newly refurbished), the room was very spacious n quite clean. The furniture was brand new and the room had been recently repainted, resulting in a strong paint smell. The toilet flushing system was not working properly, as the water flow was weak n slow. However, the seaview during sunset was beautiful. The receptionist’s attitude during check-in was neither friendly nor professional. The breakfast was average and u might be disappointed if u have high expectations. Overall, our stay at this hotel was okay.

Al lado del hotel está el medini mall, que tiene KFC, Burger King, Starbucks, Shizhimi y otros lugares para comer, así como un GRAN supermercado (similar al Hema en China). No hay cambio de moneda en el hotel. Solo hay un cajero automático del banco CIMB cerca del supermercado GRANDE. Este cajero automático no cobra tarifas. Si trae una tarjeta de ahorro UnionPay nacional que no cobra tarifas de retiro de efectivo transfronterizo (como Ningbo, Nongshang), puede retirar efectivo sin tarifas. Hoy en día, ningún banco en Shanghai puede cambiar ringgit, así que traje un banco de Ningbo. La prueba personal está bien. La habitación del hotel es bastante grande y hay un suministro de agua mineral. Puede pedirla en recepción después de que termine de beberla. Hay una caja fuerte en la habitación. Sigue las instrucciones para desbloquear el código y podrás conseguir Lego. El desayuno estaba bien y no estaba demasiado lleno. Hay ladrillos de Lego para construir en el vestíbulo. Welcomed by staff who speaks relatively good English :) was informed that we were entitled to free parking and there are 2 or 3 lots available for EV charging! We booked the 2 bedroom apt and stayed for 1 night. It was really comfortable for my family of 5. My younger kids who are 6 and 11 y.o slept in the room with 2 single beds and my eldest prefers to sleep in the living room's sofa which was really comfortable! Though the hotel was not able to provide extra blanket, they were very kind to offer extra bedsheets. The apt was fully equipped with bathroom amenities, kitchen utensil, nespresso, bottle water, separate washer and dryer with detergent powder too! The floor wasnt very clean and felt dusty but we do not have much complains since we only stayed for 1 night. There is nothing to shop within walking distance, so we drove to the nearest mall, Sunway Bigbox which was about 5mins drive away. Overall, very happy with the stay because of the very good room rate and product.

I recently stayed at the Renaissance Hotel in Johor Bahru and had an overall pleasant experience. The room was quite spacious, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. The hotel itself is located in an area with relatively light traffic, which is a nice bonus, although it is a bit farther from some of the more popular tourist spots. However, there's an Aeon shopping mall nearby, which provides convenience for shopping and dining. As for halal eateries, I wasn't able to find many in the immediate area, but there is Woodfire, a restaurant just a 2-minute walk from the hotel, which serves good food. The hotel service was also top-notch, with the staff being attentive and professional. While the location may not be ideal for those who want to be close to major attractions, the peaceful environment and the convenience of nearby amenities make it a solid choice. I would certainly not mind visiting again.

We took the package. I was satisfied with lunch/dinner choice. Your lunch set was really delicious. For dinner, need some improvement. But for breakfast, amazing. The hotel does not have a pool for kids. Both pools are for bigger kids. Pool not toddler friendly. The room is really spacious, the bed is really big for a family of 4. The room amenities are perfect ! Love the separate bath tub and shower ! Im so glad that I chose to stay at this hotel. Though it’s quite far to go to Legoland. Worth the ringgit cause I got a good deal.

The staff here are amazing—always smiling, friendly, and helpful. The facility is impressive, with everything being free except for the kids' club and access to the waterpark. If you book directly through the hotel’s website, they will include waterpark access for two guests. The hotel breakfast is fairly standard, nothing exceptional, but the kids' section never fails to impress me every day. My favorite breakfast experience was on the last day when I believe the head chef had just returned from Cuti Raya. Here are some tips for upcoming visitors: You have access to a private beach that is shared with the Westin, and there is a shuttle bus that takes you to the golf course, visiting both The Westin and Anantara along the way. I also recommend using the bikes to ride along the designated bike paths in the area. Lastly, enjoy your stay!

Hotel concierge and service were very good - very typical of good service standards in Malaysia. Hotel has a very nice view of the sea so this is an additional pointer. The flip side of the hotel is that the bed unfortunately was very soft. Not recommended for folks that has back or spine issues.

Although the resort exterior looks a bit old, the interior of the room still feels pretty good. Nice resort with a 'private' beach just 100 meters away. The Japanese restaurant in the resort was good, breakfast choices were well spread with different dishes in the 2 mornings I spent. Overall, a nice hotel stay despite raining continuously for the 2nd and 3rd day.

My short staycation with my familiy before the school starts. Almost 1 year we did not stay here due to some previous experiences during my wife pregnancy but as we've missed so much the place we booked again and we had a great time there.

What a gem of a hotel! From the efficient check-in/check-out process, each moment was delightful. Also, the hotel has a very secure and safe environment Security personnel is also helpful and friendly. The room were clean and very comfortable, with many hand, face towels and bathrobe. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Desaru! Check in and out was efficient check-in/check-out process of the hotel. Their customer service is also commendable and offered us an excellent experience. We loved everything about this hotel, from room types, customer service, and facilities to the serene pool area. I will recommend others for sure! Breakfast, comes with many choices and fresh prata/eggs cooked on the spot. Many eateries within arm's reach. Will come back!

Good location! Rooms are cleaned with broom! Seriously they need to bucked up with their method. Weekend was full. We had to wait for the rooms to be ready on a Saturday. Understand. The Restaurant is not offering good food. Sluggish. Had to drive out about 6km for decent good lunch. Nearest is a foodie WOODFIRE. A bit pricey. The pool is real good. Seafront beach. They are wasting their resources. Seriously thinking of repeating but maybe to a different Hotel

Staff at the front desk just okay. We booking for king bed but I believe it was just a queen size bedroom since we request for ground level as im pregnant. No lift provided. The interior was not very nice. The basic appliances were provided but the fridge is not functioning(not so cool) and not much space to set our foods and baby bottles etc.,. The worst was the smell from the sink (smells comes from the sewage) and need to open the exhaust fan all day long. Even i put soap the smell wont come off the smells comes from the drainage. It was bad i almost thrown up when opening the toilet door. I would not recommend staying here during monsoon seasons because we were not able to walk along the beach (the tide was high). The only thing i love were the environment of this resort (its so relaxing outside of the room) and the breakfast was superb. For dinner we went outside and eat at warung tepi futsal and the food were bad. The price almost the same as JB (quite pricey) even though JB still can get lower price.the staff at the pool counter was not friendly. His nails were so long and dirty . Not even smile at us. And answer our question smirkingly because we forgot our towel card.

A good place to create a memory, who like to escape from the city this is the place, but if they have like more facilities is must be good then ever, pssttt maybe can have ur own robe like the other resort around right. that's all from me. love ya sebana, looking forward to repeat everything next time. ❤️

Pros ; Hotel provided guest parking in front of hotel. Clean and beautiful room but quite small for muslim to pray. Comfort bed and pillow. Got mini fridge in room. Ok bathroom with good rain shower. Good and tasty simple breakfast. All staffs were friendly and helpful. Appreciate it ! Cons ; The rate quite high for this hotel not provide iron and hairdyer in each room. Need to request. Only can watch TV3. Other channels were not clear. Please add more channels for guest entertainment.

Bahru I recently stayed at the Ramada Meridin Johor Bahru and had a wonderful experience. The hotel offers a pleasant environment that is both welcoming and relaxing. The cleanliness of the hotel was also noteworthy, as everything was well-maintained and spotless. Overall, I had a good stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay in Iskandar Putri.

Excellent place for us to stay near legoland even though we don't go there anymore. A base for us to go Johor Premium Outlet. Service is excellent. I got stuck in the lift for 10 mins when it stalled. Staff was apologetic and even send me a card and fruit platter as a apology. The rooms are good and beds are comfy and clean. Just that toilets a bit moldy and kitchen utensils kinda of old. A new coat of paint and change of utensils will do the trick. Thanks for the hospitality.

El hotel cuenta con una sala de estar con 2 dormitorios y 2 baños. 1 cama real y 1 cama real. Hotel next Fraser place Camina en desayuno en el café de cambio. 55m por pax. Vale la pena. Balcón con vistas al mar parcial con vistas al edificio en el centro. La construcción de muros de la fachada exterior puede ser repaintado para ver fresco.
