I booked this hotel for around USD 68.06 per night without breakfast. When making the reservation, I requested a high-floor room away from the lift with a nice view. Unfortunately, I was assigned Room 218, which was close to the lift and located on the left side of the hotel, so my room preferences were not accommodated. That said, the service was excellent. From the moment I arrived, the staff warmly welcomed me, helped with my luggage, escorted me to the reception for check-in, and carried my bags all the way to my room, placing them neatly on the luggage rack before quietly leaving. I personally appreciate this style of service, where staff don't spend time explaining every feature of the room unless requested. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was neatly made. The mattress and pillows were very soft and comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. Complimentary bottled water was provided, and the bathroom had strong water pressure, which I really enjoyed. There was no iron in the room, but after I called the front desk, one was delivered promptly. The staff were always friendly, smiling, and happy to help. The only thing I regret is that, despite staying at this hotel several times, I've never had the chance to enjoy the swimming pool or the gym. Hopefully next time! Overall, I would happily stay here again thanks to the excellent service, comfortable room, and great hospitality.

The hotel is not quite new, that is obvious. The mirror on the room was missing, broken out by force. There is no WiFi except in the reception area. The photo of the building shows balconies at all rooms on the photo side. But my room had none. There was no daily room service. For the rest it was okay. Well maintained, clean, quiet inside and mountain view from the windows. Small fridge, AC, full working bathroom. (Long waiting for warm water) The breakfast buffet was great. The swimming pool in front of the entrance was good. The seating area around poor. I really missed a bigger and nicer area, perhaps garden like around. Especially for I had no balcony. I would go there again for sleeping and having breakfast. But for holidays I want to have a decent place outdoors as well.

This hotel was a bit of a mixed bag for us. Here is what worked and what didn't. Pros: Views: The property is stunning. It's wonderful to wake up and have the spectacular view that this hotel offers. The rice paddies are beautiful, surrounded by the karst landscapes. Breakfast: Server artfully and tasted very good. The coffee is great. That said, there is little choice and you can't ask for any extras (you will be charged). Location: Across from the main town, but we enjoyed it and everything is easily accessible. We walked, but they offer bicycles as well. Cons: Rooms: We booked a standard room which isn't on the rice fields. We knew this and didn't expect the view from our room. However, at the price point, we expected comfort and good sleep. The rooms are built over a swamp and mosquitoes get in through the cracks in the wooden floors. They had plug ins and provide mosquito spray to remedy this. However, the swamp is also home to many insects and frogs that make an incredible amount of noise at night. On top of this, there is a road right in front, so you get car noise too. Long story short, we asked to change to a quieter room or check out after our first night. The first offer was to pay $40 more to upgrade to a villa, but eventually they moved us there for free, which we appreciated. The villas are certainly quieter though still quite rustic. Service: Due to the above incident, while the service staff is lovely, the management appears to be just ok. Price/quality: Considering the priced in Laos, everything inside the hotel costs a lot but it's not a 5 star property, so things don't really match up. Ultimately, we had a nice experience once we were in the villa and were able to sleep. I'd recommend staying here for one night in the villa for the views or coming for a drink. But id not stay longer or choose the standard room.

My friend and I recently enjoyed a stay at this hotel in Vang Vieng, and it truly was an unforgettable experience. The hotel offered a breathtaking view that set the perfect backdrop for our getaway. One morning, we were treated to the magical sight of hot air balloons drifting across the sky, adding an extra layer of wonder to our stay. The location couldn’t have been better, providing easy access to local restaurants and cultural sights. The friendly and attentive staff ensured our comfort throughout our visit, making us feel right at home. If you’re looking for a mix of scenic beauty and warm hospitality, this hotel in Vang Vieng is an excellent choice.

Good location, near everything, nice swimming pool. Friendly staff and tasty coffee. Only the breakfast is a let down as it is very small and narrow choice. All together it is worth it.

El personal fue muy atento y respondió rápidamente a mis preguntas y solicitudes de ayuda. La habitación es nueva y limpia, pero el ambientador es demasiado fuerte (para mi gusto). El desayuno está bien, es bastante básico si solo buscas algo rápido para relajarte, o puedes ir al centro y probar platos tradicionales si tienes tiempo y ganas de explorar. La ubicación está a aproximadamente 1 km a pie del río y del centro; te recomiendo alquilar una moto para explorar el barrio.

Como muchos hoteles y pensiones pequeños y medianos, a excepción de algunos grandes resorts, este hotel se encuentra a 20 minutos de la estación de tren de alta velocidad de Vang Vieng, en el centro de Vang Vieng. Sin embargo, se encuentra en una calle lateral, a pocos metros de la carretera principal del centro de Vang Vieng, lo que lo hace menos visible desde la misma. El hotel está a pocos minutos del centro de la ciudad. Limpio pero no muy agradable. Me quedo allí con niños que encontré el lugar no es muy adecuado para mí, ya que permitieron a su huésped usar grandes oradores hasta las 11:00 y estaba en frente de mi tienda. Les dije que manejaran, pero finalmente necesito que me involucren y me enfrentan a mí mismo para que lo arreglen. El hotel está bien, pero sólo si se manejan este lugar un poco mejor sería un lugar excelente para quedarse. Very nice and clean. The bed is comfortable and the wifi is strong. There's more than enough deck chairs around the pool and on the rooftop to lounge at, and to watch the countdown fireworks that the staff launch from the entrance. The staff is very friendly and welcoming every time I walk past the lobby. The location is very convenient and the breakfast is very worth the price. Other than the buffet on offer (which rotates daily), you can still choose an item off the ala carte menu. They also allow refilling of water bottles at breakfast, which is great for both the wallet and the environment. Activities and laundry service that they offer are also priced pretty conveniently. I'll definitely stay here again should I come back to Vang Vieng.
