Parking slots are limited. If you arrive late, the staff might not allow you to park. The parking area is small and very frustrating to navigate, as people tend to park their cars haphazardly. In the end, the staff allowed us to park in an electric vehicle parking slot.

Esta ya es mi tercera visita. Utilizo este lugar cada vez que viajo porque la ubicación de la tienda Olae tiene una buena relación calidad-precio. Además tiene una bañera para que puedas relajarte y disfrutarla cómodamente, ¡así que es la mejor relación calidad-precio! !!

As with any Lotte Hotel we’ve ever stayed at, the staff were welcoming and helpful, our room was very clean with strong wifi, and the bed was quite comfortable. We were very happy to see the hotel has become more eco-conscious and is no longer using individual plastic toiletry bottles but instead refillable dispensers, and have stopped using plastic cups. We hope that other Lottes will begin to do this, too! We enjoyed the hotel’s lovely rooftop deck, hot tub, and lap pool and it was a perfect spot to watch the sunset. Unfortunately, the hotel has an odd timed entrance policy, so even though there were only two other people at the pool, we were asked to leave while we were sitting watching the sunset. The attendant kindly agreed to let us stay until the end of sunset, but it isn’t a great system. We had good room service and loved a side salad the chef made of arugula topped with warm sauteed mushrooms. It was so delicious we wish we could have ordered just the salad, and recommend they add it as an entree on its own. Thank you for another good stay at a Lotte--we hope to come back!

Algunas cosas que se pueden actualizar desde la revisión más reciente: la puerta siguiente se ha ido/renovado; no se puede cocinar dentro de su habitación, aunque tenga un quemador, etc. y no todas las habitaciones tienen una máquina de lavar (fotos un poco engañosas). I am writing to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel, Seoubong Beach Hotel from Sept 23-26. While I had initially looked forward to a pleasant experience, I regret to inform you that the behavior and attitude of some of your staff members were awful. During check in the behaviour of your staff Kelly Oh to be discourteous and unprofessional. She was very rude. We booked and paid the room for 3 adults she asked us extra charge and could not explain for what we need to pay extra 30000 Won. She was very rude and almost kicked us out. I believe it is essential to bring these incidents to your attention so that you can take the necessary steps to rectify them. On Sept 24, during breakfast at your hotel's restaurant, I had a regrettable encounter with a member of your waitstaff. She rudely with a loud voice said to go out from the restaurant without waiting for our finishing the breakfast at 10:05 am. I have never seen in any hotel this kind of unprofessional attitude from staff members. I kindly request that you investigate these incidents and take appropriate action to address the behavior of the staff involved. Additionally, I hope that you will consider implementing further training and measures to ensure that such instances do not recur in the future. I value the importance of constructive feedback and hope that my concerns are taken seriously. I look forward to hearing from you regarding the actions taken to rectify these issues. If my concerns are not adequately addressed, I may have no choice but to share my negative experience through online reviews and social media platforms, which I would prefer to avoid. I trust that you will handle this matter promptly and professionally. Thank you for your attention to my concerns.

Había vivido en una ciudad cerca del aeropuerto, un día en el medio, iba a Hannah Mountain jugar, después de jugar bien, quería seguir conduciendo hacia el sur y verlo. Cuando llegó a la zona china. Entonces volvía demasiado lejos de la zona del aeropuerto, así que el hotel reservado provisionalmente. Este hotel está cerca de las normas de la población y el entorno de las instalaciones es general, pero está muy cerca del mar y el paisaje de la mañana es muy bonito. Durante el Festival de Primavera también es muy bueno.

The prices here are fantastic. There’s no denying that. But you get what you pay for, and even with such a low price, I would never stay here again. Staying here in November, the thermostats were set to 25 degrees (77 for my fellow Americans. This might not seem too horrible, but when you factor in Jeju humidity and a top bunk, it was so uncomfortably hot. Forget about a blanket, you’ll want to take off as much clothing as possible while trying to maintain decency. Unfortunately, taking off a shirt or wearing shorts opens you up to another problem: mosquitoes. I wondered what all the red stains on the walls and ceiling were at first, but after I killed two mosquitoes and had countless more get way, I figured it out. Between the heat and the mosquitoes, I felt like I was sleeping outside in a jungle. Worst sleep I’ve had in a hostel (without someone in the room snoring as loud as a jet engine) Other negatives include the beds feeling rather small and of course being Korean style in terms of hardness. Also, although this place calls itself as a hostel, but the English spoken here is minimal at best. If you don’t speak much Korean, expect awkward conversations with very little information being relayed to you. If you’re Korean these things might not bother you, so bear that in mind. I hate giving it so few stars, considering the shockingly low price and the overall cleanliness and modernness of the facility, but I had a horrible night here. Wouldn’t stay here again even if it were free. If you’re a broke backpacker where money is the primary criteria, this is about as cheap as it gets and you get a lot of bang for your buck here. But if a good nights sleep is important to you, look elsewhere

El Dyne Oceano Hotel fue increíble. Lindo ubicación, instalaciones abundantes y gran servicio. La piscina de infinidad de techo fue calentada. El baño de spa fue muy relajado y tenía vistas panorámicas del océano. La estancia perfecta. Muy recomendado y esperamos volver pronto.

Let me start with one thing: with a ”touch of young blood”. First location: sits in idyllic and panoramic view from the common balcony in 6F. A first time visitor to Jeju should at leats stay few days in Seogwipo (again, Jeju is divided into Jeju City and Seogwipo) as it showcase all the vest attractions in South, West and East Jeju) From Airport, take bus 600 and bus stop seogwipohang (31 stops from airport) Cleanliness: ilike to see the rooms no shoes and slipper allowed. It is clean and comfortable from heated floor and nice smelling beds and blankets and reasonable size locker rooms. Service: The giveaway price you paid also includes free breakfast. Again, i explain later why it has a touch fresh blood, you will love to see new ideas in kitchen liek SeomBucks, SeomWay and many more. But what most I dont understand is why there are sweets (candies) also in Shower rooms. Fridge, you can have all you want to put in and get a personal space. Facilities: The hostel in 6F overlooks the seogwipo sub-marine park. It is also within walking distance to a waterfall park. The rooftop also is so spacious (that you can hold a basketball) and a laundry. The property caretaker, is literally a young blood, a college student having school breaks due to some injury and is managing this little haven is full of ideas, ready to jump and help, fluent in English and undoubtedly above average IQ/EQ. He surely can deal with picky and demanding foreigners and locals alike to get the best feeling at-home experience. This why i said there is a touch of YOUNG BLOODS. Ps: I canceled several of my bookings in another hotel and extended my stay here. The price with breakfast,
