I also appreciated the cleanliness of the room, as housekeeping clearly maintained high standards throughout my stay. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring modern fixtures and a good supply of toiletries. One of the highlights of Lavitor Hotel was its convenient location. It provided easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it an excellent base for both business and leisure travelers. Whether I wanted to explore the city or simply enjoy a quiet evening nearby, everything was within reach. The hotel’s amenities added extra value to the experience. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was particularly useful for staying connected and planning daily activities. Hello, hotel was okay, but I arrived late at midnight and they don’t have the service of concierge, no one helped me to bring my things up when I had stroller with baby and big luggage . So was a bit disappointed with the service and expected more for this level of hotel. Breakfast was ok . Was enough things to choose and eat.

Este hotel es muy nuevo, abierto sólo por 2 meses. La habitación es grande y limpia, las camas son cómodas. La ubicación es buena. Pero no se puede encontrar en el mapa de Google o Yandex. Felizmente ofrecen coger el aeropuerto libre. El servicio es bueno. Sin embargo, es un hotel chino, el 90% de los huéspedes son chinos bizman. Así que la atmósfera no es realmente adecuada para el turista. Sólo 2 mesas en el jardín, a menudo están ocupadas. Ofrecen bft completo chino que es bueno para mí, pero no hay lugar para sentarse a comer. El personal es muy amable y útil, pero sólo es limitado en cuanto a la solicitud de viaje. El rendimiento de los precios es bueno, pero sólo se adapta a los chinos.

We felt that the photos of the hotel do not do it justice. The rooms had good facilities and were clean. The hotel reception communicated well in English, and were very helpful throughout. We did feel that the breakfast options were limited, and all were cold at 9.30am. If you want the food to be warm you should go at the beginning of service. The restaurant on the top floor was very pleasant and had an excellent selection of food / drinks. Overall an excellent stay, and we would stay here again.

I used this hotel for a business trip and had a very positive experience. Location & Dining: The location is excellent for dining options. There are two cafes directly across the street, and additional restaurants and cafes in the neighboring block, making meal times very convenient. While the on-site restaurant was under renovation and unavailable, the hotel provided a free breakfast voucher for a nearby café, which was a great alternative. I'm excited about the future, as the renovated restaurant is expected to become NAVAT, a highly-regarded establishment in the city. I look forward to staying here again after the renovation is complete! Amenities & Comfort: I was very appreciative of the complimentary amenities in the room, including the free bottled water, electric kettle, and supplies for coffee and tea. The restroom and shower were clean and very easy to use. Service: The hotel staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. They promptly handled my sudden request for a taxi and provided very detailed and useful information about the city. Their hospitality significantly enhanced my stay. Overall: Highly recommended. A very comfortable stay with exceptional service and a convenient location.

The staff were so nice. They welcomed us well. Our room was very much clean and the location was good. We also enjoyed breakfast buffet. So, thank you so much for everything urban hotel!!

Disappointing stay, Poor service, unhygienic buffet, and hidden charges! This hotel is just okay for 2 nights max, the location is good. However, the overall experience was very frustrating. The breakfast was poor the buffet area had an unpleasant smell. Even worse, the food was unhygienic; I literally found a hair among the nuts! Personally, I couldn’t find any options that suited me.The service was extremely poor and unprofessional. The lights in my room were broken, I informed the staff, but they never fixed them. They are completely uncooperative and lack any polite manner of communication. To make matters worse, at checkout, they blindsided me with an extra charge just because there was some lipstick stain on the blanket! What is the purpose of housekeeping if guests are penalized for accidental stains? Isn't cleaning exactly what they are paid to do?They should be transparent about their policies instead of exploiting customers with sudden, hidden fees. This hotel is incredibly greedy and values making money over customer satisfaction. I absolutely don’t recommend this place.
