El desayuno buffet del hotel es bueno vale la pena agregar, muy cerca del Museo del Vidrio, al cruzar la calle tiene una tienda de conveniencia, el tamaño de la habitación es suficiente para que vivan dos personas, no hay demasiada gente, se puede abrir una maleta grande y pequeña, ya que el hotel es más nuevo, la cama es muy cómoda.

Es un hotel muy exquisito. Después de registrarse, debe quitarse los zapatos para ingresar al ascensor y a la habitación. El hotel también proporciona pantuflas desechables y los camareros lo ayudarán a limpiar las ruedas del equipaje. La habitación tiene el tamaño típico japonés, pero es higiénica y tiene separación de ropa seca y húmeda. También puede sumergirse en las aguas termales directamente en la habitación. El desayuno es rico y el sashimi fresco. Después de bañarse en las aguas termales, se ofrece Yakult por la mañana, helado por la noche y también puedes comer un plato de fideos a partir de las 9:30 p.m., todo gratis. El transporte también es conveniente. Está a unos 15 minutos a pie desde la estación de Toyama. También puede tomar el tranvía y bajarse en la estación de Otote. Before trip, I think this hotel is located close to Toyama station but I walked from Toyama station to the hotel around 20 minutes (However, this was my own fault for not reading the hotel’s location information carefully). For this hotel, the facilities is very well and various such as public bath, electric body massage machine, vending machine. For the public bath, if you use it during the daytime, you’ll probably get a beautiful view of the Japan Alps surrounding the city. Unfortunately, I used it at night, when it was too dark to see the view.

Very satisfied with my stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Toyama. The hotel was kind enough to allow a flexible and early check-in, which made a big difference after travelling. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with everything I needed, especially in assisting my 72-year-old mum — their care and attentiveness really stood out. The location is only a stone’s throw away from Toyama Station, making it very convenient for getting around. The pyjamas were also surprisingly comfortable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I was very happy with the experience and will definitely stay here again if I visit Toyama in the future.

About 8 mins walk from Toyama Station, which is close enough if you don’t have too much luggage. But in the full summer heat it can be quite difficult. The hotel is slightly dated but very clean. Laundry and dryer are on the 5th floor. You need your own laundry detergent. Lawson conbini is right across the road so it is easy to get snacks and essentials. Room is clean and sized well for what you pay for.

I had a truly memorable stay at this hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly attentive and kind throughout my visit. The overall atmosphere gave off a wonderfully authentic Japanese vibe, which made the experience even more special. One of the highlights was the delicious traditional Japanese breakfast — beautifully prepared and full of flavor. What impressed me most was how the hotel made me feel so comfortable and welcome, almost like I was staying at a relative’s home in Japan. It’s a place I would wholeheartedly recommend, and I would love to return again in the future.

Stayed in a standard twin room for 2 nights. The room is slightly too warm as it operates on a central heating system. The rest of the hotel facilities are excellent. The staff are warm and friendly. If you do not want to have your room made up, they reward you with 2 QR codes which you can use at the vending machine behind the front desk. We chose this hotel as it was a street across the Shirakawago express bus stop operated by the Toyama Chitetsu Bus company. It was really convenient for us to use it to explore Toyama as well as take a day trip to Shirakawago.

Este hotel fue una sorpresa muy inesperada. Todo en la habitación parecía más propio de un hotel de 5 estrellas, incluyendo plancha para pantalones, ducha independiente y muy espaciosa con cabezal de lluvia, wifi potente, etc. Sin duda, exploraría esta cadena hotelera en otras ciudades.

Room is nice and spacious. Managed to get a connecting room and it fit us well. Everything is perfect. Toilet showering is good as water pressure perfect. Parking in the hotel Yen1500 per night and need reservation. A lot of parking near hotel Yen1000 per night. Walking distance to Toyama Station.
