La segunda vez que llevan a sus padres elige la habitación japonesa tradicional y abre la ventana para ver las montañas y las montañas de nieve. Great hotel with an amazing view of Lake Chuzenji. We weren’t aware of the self check in policy and we arrived after 6pm so there were no staff around to help us. The self check in machines are a little hard to figure out but one of the restaurant staff helped us and it all worked out in the end. The onsen is great and the free bicycles were wonderful to ride around the lake. The room was comfy and spacious. One issue with the onsen is that you can hear everyone in the female onsen from the male onsen. Usually this is fine because most people are quiet, but one of the nights there were several women and children screaming and talking loudly and shouting to their relatives in the male section.

first of I would like to thanks always trip.com for very nice & convinient bookings everytime,we stay new sakura hotel,because the interior of the hotel is mostly sakura theme,the carpet,the gorgeous chandelier, the wall design,etc.or cherry blossom in Japan,& so very affordable prize,we spend only 18,000 yen for 2 adults,with 2 breakfast & 2 dinner.Very near from kinugawa onsen station,only 3 hrs.from Tokyo.We amazed the room,so very big for the two of us,for very cheap prize,can accomodate even 10 person,the buffet breakfast & dinner also is so good but the most I want to share is the drink all you can alcohol beverages for 1 hour,like beer,japanese wine,sours, all kinds of softhdrinks,I enjoyed for self service alcohol drink all you can!the hotspring also is very good but the cons is take care in the outdoor spring because of the concrete stairs,especially for the elderly when slippery,there's & a little bit far from our room,the young staff also at the counter is nice & most of them are young japanese lady,so very entertaining,so many free amusement like billiard,majong,etc.with a nice sorrounding sightseeng site.& last after check out they give 2000 yen discount coupon for the next visit,Thanks God & trip.com for a nice autumn tour moment in kinugawa onsen Tochigi Perfecture Japan

For a Regional area like Utsunomiya, I cannot help but rave about how amazing Candeo Hotel Utsonomiya is. Starting from the location; it’s not even 5 minutes from the station so if you have heavy suitcases; there’s barely any hassle to get to the hotel. There’s also a 7-11 right below the hotel so if you need a bite at 2-3 am, you know where to go: there’s also some amazing restaurants right below the hotel so id also say it’s super convenient. In terms of the room, the room was very well maintained with elegant design and very cozy. Room size was sufficient enough and also very comfortable. And the breakfast is just amazing. Every day different soups and just delicious salads with super fresh fruit. 6 out of 5 on the breakfast. And lastly the service, just very very helpful and extremely polite and patient. Some understood English and some understood basic but with google translate it was a piece of cake. They also helped me transfer my luggage from their hotel to the next in another city. Overall just a 5 on 5 rating for every aspect of the hotel.

Me sentí como si estuviera en mi casa y me disfrutaba de interactuar con el personal del hotel y la gente de Shiobara. - comida tradicional japonesa: escribieron una nota de bienvenida y descripciones de comida en papel (en japonesa), por ejemplo, pescado vino del río al lado del hotel, todo era de la localidad que realmente me encanta. - Venison local (carne de piel): debe probar yakiniku Si quieres evitar el ambiente caótico en la ciudad, recomendaría este lugar porque sentirías parte de la naturaleza (el sonido natural es tan bonito) y encontrarás una verdadera calma de tu alma. Nos sorprendió porque sólo fuimos turistas extranjeros en el hotel. ¡Gracias a los innkeeper y al personal por cuidarnos!

Very old school ryokan run by very friendly who has been working there for many years. Your name will be displayed on the board next to the entrance of the ryokan to show that they were currently welcoming these guests staying at the ryokan! We stayed there for 2 nights with free parking and we didn’t have to drive anywhere until we checked out as the ryokan is within walking distance to the 3 major world heritage listed shrines including The Toshogu Palace. Avoid room 312 or 313 (which we stayed) which are the smallest rooms. Those rooms in the middle parts are bigger and more comfortable. Do ask for any room facing the back of the ryokan and avoid those facing the front where you only see car parks with coaches coming in the morning bringing tourists to the shrines. The onsite Onsen for ryokan guests, breakfasts and dinners are the highlights. You’d love the traditional Japanese meals served there and you won’t be hungry. Would I come back to this ryokan again? Yes definitely due to its location and friendly staff.

酒店從鬼怒川温泉站下車，沒有酒店車接站，有温泉各酒店的迎送巴士，在5號巴士站上車，告訴司機酒店名就可以了。不要走路過去，推着行李很不方便。沒有行李走路15分鐘一路逛逛也不錯。 酒店外觀有點舊，千萬不要因為外觀錯過這家酒店！ 酒店有歷史感，牆上有介紹。雖然很老，但很乾凈，房間挺大挺乾淨的。朝着鬼怒川的房間風景好，但流水聲很大，我們睡眠好沒什麼影響。 酒店温泉挺大，早晨男女温泉會換地方，可以體驗不同的池子。温泉乾淨，人也不算很多，還可以掃碼查看温泉人多不多，人少時再去。 酒店下午3點有免費的下午茶，點心很好吃，冰激凌也很好。 酒店的早晚餐特別豐盛，每一種食物都很好吃。我們住了三晚，每天都吃得很開心！ 酒店所有服務員都很熱情友善！ 從酒店到車站的巴士需要提前預約！
