”Esta vez el viaje a la orilla de Eva se ha vuelto extraordinariamente memorable debido a la población. Cuando llegó a la orilla, el entusiasmo del jefe hizo que la gente se hiciera como un viento de primavera. El jefe era muy intimidad, no sólo para presentarnos en detalle las atracciones de su entorno, sino también para ofrecer muchas recomendaciones prácticas de viaje. El entorno popular no es mucho decir. La habitación es limpia y limpia, está ubicada muy caliente, tiene características japonesas y hace sentirse tan libre en casa. La zona pública también es muy cómoda, caliente ♨️ también es muy adecuada para la familia. Hay que mencionar que el pueblo está cerca de la costa de la ciudad y es muy conveniente viajar. El paseo es posible y el paisaje es muy brillante. Cuando volvíamos, llegó la lluvia, el tren se detuvo, el jefe nos contactó para ayudarnos a encontrar una manera de hacerlo y finalmente nos envió a su destino. Muchas gracias 🥹 En resumen, esta estancia es genial. Definitivamente recomendaré a los amigos que me rodean esta gente, y la próxima vez que vuelva a la planta de Eva, seguirá siendo mi primera opción.👍

I suppose the charm of Atami is that the whole area is a little bit 'dated' as far as a resort goes, and this hotel definitely aligns with that - it seems like a place that was once great and is now kind of just rolling along bringing in what money it can. The food is serviceable but totally uninspired - an upscale cafeteria masquerading as something better than it is with 'chefs' wearing their whites. The entire dining room constantly smells of fryer oil from the tempura - which they still make and keep stock of in such large quantities that it is never fresh and crispy anyways (especially the shrimp, which has not been sufficiently dried before battering). The remaining hot dishes are very disappointing both in terms of variety and overall flavor. The sushi and sashimi is the standout of the food, although it too is very basic - not anything that will blow your mind, but acceptably tasty and reasonably fresh (although on our second night everything tasted a bit soapy/bleachy). As a westerner you will be very disappointed by the breakfast, although that's a 'me' problem rather than a hotel problem per se. The spa facilities are nice but a bit dated - be careful in your selection of both time and location unless you want to be surrounded with many loud (mostly Chinese) children. Private spas are available and are quite nice, although again dated. Nonetheless at around 60 USD for an hour the price is good for the privacy, especially as a westerner who is otherwise subject to quite a bit of staring at this mostly local and Chinese spa. We stayed in a deluxe king room, which was spacious with an enormous and comfortable bed, and a (For japan) reasonably sized tub. Room and desk service was good. The hotel is a bit off the beaten path but has regular free shuttles to/from Atami station, which is where the main tourist streets for shopping etc can be found. Highly suggest checking out Golden Eye for some excellent Ramen.

La ubicación del hotel es distante, 3.5 kilómetros no hay transporte público, todo a través del autobús del hotel, pero es poco frecuente, al menos una hora para una clase, un poco esforzado para los huéspedes de vacaciones. Además, el hotel tiene lavandería, una vez lavando ropa y secado 400 yenes.

Hotel view was lit, especially when you can see Mt Fuji on a very good day. Location is very near to the Mishima station, the lobby is on the second floor of the building next to the Mishima station. You can get your Fuji express bus tickets just outside the station. Bus to the Gotemba outlet is also around the same area. Hotel cleanliness was good. However the reception was so so, as they did not provide further help when I seek for their assistance as I had left my backpack on the Shinkansen. The highest floor has an open bath for both women and male, requires a card to reach there. Hotel room provides the necessary towels in a basket for you to bring up and the toiletries are available as well. Would be a good view to see sunrise or sunset of Mt Fuji from the high level if there’s a chance. The room TV shows you the vacancy of the open bath and washing machine but it was not accurate for the open bath.

We had a really great experience at this hotel. There is a shuttle bus near the hotel that takes you to and from the JR Gotemba station and the Gotemba Premium Outlets. The room is really big for a Japanese hotel, and you even have a jacuzzi/hot spring bath in your own room! As for breakfast, it is buffet style with a good selection. The food is also delicious! The best part of all is still the service they provide. At the Fuji Outlet Hot Spring Hotel, they really go out of the way to serve their guests. We had 2 suitcases stored in the hotel when we checked out and went shopping at the outlets. We went back to the hotel to pick up our suitcases at around 19:20 and intended to take a taxi to the JR Gotemba station to catch a train back to Tokyo station. The front desk staff helped us call a taxi but no taxi would take the order because there was a bad traffic jam. It was on 3rd January 2025, a public holiday, and there were many cars heading for the outlets. Upon knowing our dilemma, I think it was the hotel owner, instructed a staff who just got off duty to drive us to the station. He even checked the train schedule for us! They refused to accept when we offered payment for the ride. Overall, the service was superb and I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. They have front office staff who speaks either fluent English or Chinese. We wish to thank the owner and his staff for such great service and will definitely stay in this hotel again if we were back in Gotemba.

It is what you can expect from a Dormy Inn : lots of freebies, a comfortable room and a bathhouse area with the bonus point of having a good Mount Fuji view especially if you get the rooms facing the right side. The hotel's clearly geared for people who drive, there is two main carpark areas but it can get filled up quite quickly during peak holiday periods. The breakfast was sumptuous and excellent as expected from a Dormy Inn. There is a nice late night soba service and popsicles in the evening. Location wise, it is only a short drive away from the Gotemba Premium Outlets and some local sights. It is located next to Chichibunomiya Memorial Park with a former villa. The hotel is also pretty new.

El hotel es un buen hotel cerca de la estación Shin-Fuji, y en general, fue una experiencia agradable para mí. El hotel está muy cerca de los trenes, pero es sorprendentemente tranquilo. Aunque la habitación no es espaciosa, es agradable, y me disfruté de una buena vista del Monte Fuji desde mi ventana, incluso si las redes en la ventana lo hizo difícil capturar buenas fotos. El desayuno es simple, pero adecuado para comenzar su día, y me di cuenta de los cambios de menú diariamente (alojado durante dos noches y tenía opciones diferentes cada mañana). Me han hecho más cómodo mi estancia. El hotel ofrece unos pocos autobuses a la estación de tren cercana, que fue muy conveniente, y también ofrecen transbordadores gratuitos a Fujikawaguchiko, pero sólo en las vacaciones y los fines de semana nacionales, por lo que no tuve la oportunidad de probarlo. On the day we landed in Narita airport, all trains and busses heading to Fujinomiya were cancelled due to typhoon Shanshan. We tried reaching out the hotel via Trip.com telling them we had a problem traveling to the hotel. But the hotel couldn’t accommodate our request. We asked to keep our booking for later dates. Our request was rejected. Based on our research, we booked this hotel because it locates very near bus station for early morning Fuji climbing. Unfortunately we couldn’t provide a thorough review of this hotel.
