1. La ubicación es excelente, a 7 minutos a pie de la estación de tren ligero y a 4/5 paradas del aeropuerto. 2. Se puede llegar y dejar las cosas, tienen todo lo necesario: cepillo de dientes, pasta de dientes, gel de ducha, champú, acondicionador, tónico facial, loción corporal y zapatillas. Sin embargo, la calidad de los tapones para los oídos no es buena, sugiero traer los propios. 3. Si tienes tatuajes, no puedes usar la bañera. La ducha es muy estrecha y solo hay una; en temporada alta, probablemente habrá cola. 4. Se puede reservar el desayuno y en el vestíbulo de la planta baja hay bebidas gratuitas, incluyendo varias gaseosas. 5. Depende de la suerte; si te asignan una habitación en los pisos superiores y más alejados de la entrada, será genial. Si estás cerca de la puerta principal, será un desastre. Pero si no tienes el sueño ligero, no debería importar, ya que la calidad general de los huéspedes no es mala y nadie hace ruido. 6. El espacio de la cama es suficiente, no es agobiante e incluso da una sensación de seguridad. Lamentablemente, la cortina de la cama no es de buena calidad y la barra inferior sigue haciendo ruido al chocar, sin importar cómo la ajustes.

Muy buen hotel buen servicio pero la comida no es muy buena o variada además el precio de la cena es muy alto para lo que ofrecen, todo está muy lejos, si quieres otras opciones necesitas de automóvil para que sea más fácil, la playa baja muchísimo la marea y eso impide meterse al agua con tranquilidad por momentos, las instalaciones son algo viejas de algunos lugares y lo rescatable es que te incluyen bebidas, café y botanas.

When we arrived, already liked the atmosphere of the lobby- bar-restaurant, which was lively, with nice lighting and the green foliage from the window wall and smell nice too, which is very important. We could early check-in in a corner room and high floor! Our purpose was to leave our bags and was surprised with rooms ready. Our room was spotless, decorated with neutral colours, very comfortable, everything was new. The only thing, the window only opens just a little bit and was hard to close it back and the faucet of the sink was just below the glass shelf and you will hit it every time you turn it on and the room lights had few individual switches, therefore was almost an all lights on or all lights off deal! Another down thing was the flip-flops which weren’t comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and fresh, with just the right amount of choices but everything available was really good. The public bath as well, everything was new, clean and with enough number of showers and the bath had the right size, decorated with simple and tasteful colours, the water was delicious. The location of the hotel was very good, just a few minutes walk to the monorail and with convenient shopping around. We enjoyed every minute of our stayed! It was excellent!

福ちゃん、ニコルさんと２匹の猫、藻玉と煮豆に優しく迎えられ、あっという間に滞在日数が過ぎてしまいました。大満足で、皆さんへおすすめのお宿です。 内外装ともとっても素敵です。リゾートに来た〜と感じます。レンタカー用に駐車場を使わせてもらいました。 居室内は清潔・快適です。ベッド・布団はとってもふんわり良く眠れました。 エリアはレンタカーがあればとても便利な立地です。フサキビーチのすぐ近くあり、徒歩でビーチまで行けます(フサキビーチリゾートのメインの建屋の方を通り、特に手続き等不要です)。 朝食を頂きました。食材・調味料の一つひとつにこだわったお料理で、心も身体も癒されます。 私たちは未体験ですが、ヒーリングトリートメントやYOGAを受ける事ができます。 また是非訪れたいお宿です。

Love the excellent location which is just 5 mins walk to Makishi Station and Kokusaidori Shopping street. There's family mart and Cargoes supermarket at L1 and linked to car park. The room is clean and consider spacious. We can choose either to make up room or change towels every day. It would be good if hotel can also provides shower cap. The staff are friendly and helpful. I think it deserves as a 4 stars hotel instead of 3 stars as it exceeded our expectations.

We had spent 4 nights at the hotel during the Golden Week which might have influenced the perception of service, but not dramatically. Among the advantages of the hotel are: nice spacious rooms (ours had a stunning sea view); generally good location with beautiful nature and access to the beaches where you could actually swim (not a given on the island) - at least until the tide goes too low; reasonably good food across the restaurants with rather friendly prices; stylish bar with quality drinks. Among the disadvantages are: very non-Japanese service (generally not very helpful, with low penetration of English among the staff) and lack of attention to detail that could make the resort actually very nice - again, not very typical case for Japan. A few pieces of advice to the management: 1. Bring the option of in-room breakfast. If a guest is sick and can’t go down, it’s impossible to order in-room breakfast on the day, while rooms service opens at 11:30. Same frustration goes to the coffee stall downstairs that doesn’t serve coffee during earlier breakfast hours 2. Consider equipping rooms with coffee machines and contemporary electronics - low costs to take, yet massive disadvantage for the 5* status for not having them 3. Pay more attention to room service: we spent 48h without shampoo and shower gel. Our glasses were washed occasionally. New bottles of drinking water arrived only once. 4. Fix the beach! The amenities there look like a poor community beach area, especially those shameful umbrellas. You have reasonable amenities at the pool - why not spreading them to the beach areas to make them feel more like a resort rather than public beaches that no one gave any care? 5. Gym and SPA amenities could use a bit of refreshment. I won’t mention SPA service itself which might be a result of poor luck with the specific technician 6. Empty mini bar equals lost revenue. You could easily cover the modifications above through adding more options for people to enjoy drinks at their balconies. What makes staying in Japan truly special - genuine care and attention to every detail - was completely missing over our stay at this Hyatt. In fact, we consistently had that feeling “this could actually be really nice” and then something would go terribly wrong with the awkward service. The hotel that looks like 5* on pictures leaves a 3* aftertaste at max. I am only writing this because I felt it didn’t have to - those are easy aspects to fix.

Hay un servicio de transporte especial al club de playa y tienen todos los artículos que puedas necesitar. El personal es muy amable y el supervisor extranjero es muy diligente. La marca InterContinental mantiene su estándar y satisface las necesidades de diferentes clientes. ¡Excelente! ¡Cinco estrellas!

También hemos cenado en el restaurante ”The Long Vocation” y nos impresionaron bastante por su comida y bebida y servicio. Nos quedamos sobre el tiburón, y nos alegramos de haber elegido para permanecer en el suroeste Grand que ofrecen check-out tardía, piscina interior y buena variedad de alimentos. La ubicación es oro, el único problema es que no tienen parking en el sitio y el más cercano pagado requiere 1-2 mins de caminar al aire libre. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no se puede encontrar en el hotel. Ya hemos perdido nuestra estadía y esperamos quedarse en este hotel de nuevo cuando revisamos Naha, esperamos poder utilizar su piscina al aire libre en un mejor clima. ¡En general muy recomendado!
