Location couldn't be better. Staff speaks just a little bit of English, but it's possible to find workarounds with translator or if you know just a little bit of Japanese. Considering the prices of the region, it was the best cost benefit that we could find. The Japanese bath is quite good, you would need to spend much more for a better hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the essentials provided. The facilities were impressive, especially the dining area and overall cleanliness throughout the property. Location was convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and access transportation. Breakfast offered a good variety and everything tasted fresh. Overall, the hotel delivered great value for money, and I truly enjoyed my time here. I would happily return and highly recommend it to others.

The bed was very comfortable and the staff were so hospitable. Only few minutes away to find the restaurants and shops you like to go. Would love to stay again next time of my visit. Thank you!

Everything is good and especially the equipment is very user-friendly! Also, the room size is big enough to open your luggage !

Cleanliness wise it’s very good and service is helpful! Price point is also very good if you are limited. But location wise, it’s 30 minutes away from sendai station, making it time consuming in just travelling to the city center. Many abandoned buildings and lack of lights in the location during the night as well. There a was small earthquake in sendai during my stay and I can truly fill the shake, despite the small magnitude. Maybe because the building is quite old.

Stayed here for 1 night as a solo traveller on my way to Tokyo as well as to catch a Rakuten Golden Eagles game. The location was quite good, it's a 3 min walk away from Aobadori JR station, but you can also just walk directly from Sendai Station, it won't take longer than 6 - 7 minutes, although it might be annoying if you have large luggages. There are bus routes nearby to take you to Zuihoden, or you can walk to the subway line nearby to take the Namboku/Tozai lines. The room was decent, nothing amazing but for a solo traveller it was more than adequate. The lobby was pretty nicely presented with a good amenities bar and check-in/check-out was smooth.

Check-in and check-out was really easy. Room and hotel both had nice amenities. But the room could have been a bit cleaner. I noticed during my 4-night-stay, that the room had not been vacuum cleaned once and two times I received a slip of paper by the cleaning staff that the cleaning could not be completed. One time they stated that there still was my stuff on the table and therefore it could not be cleaned. Another time, they did just leave the slip without checking a reason. I was confused both times, since all the things left on the table were the ones the hotel put there. The bathroom should also not only be treated for mold, but should be cleaned more thoroughly in general, since there was still dirt on the walls and cealing, which caused a small number of flies to live in the bathroom.  Some people might also find it hard to fall asleep, since the walls are thin and you can hear the noise from the street as well as the very loud bathroom vent that is on 24/7 and cannot be switched off.  Location of the hotel was easy to find and very central, so that was really nice.

Nos hemos ido a Sendai durante los últimos tres años y nos hemos quedado en este hotel durante al menos tres a cinco días. Reservamos una habitación en la última fecha que dejamos Sendai (es decir, 2-3 Dec) y finalmente cambiamos de opinión para quedarse en este hotel por dos días más (es decir, 30 Nov a 2 Dec). Cuando nos preguntamos si podíamos permanecer en la misma habitación desde el 30 Nov a 3 Dec, pero no en la esquina, el hotel respondió que ya tuvimos que actualizar la habitación que reservamos para el 30 Nov a 2 Dec pagando un suplemento JPY4, 000 o desplazar la habitación que reservamos en 2-3 Dec. No se ofreció ningún reembolso, por lo tanto no tuvimos opción, pero pagamos un extra JPY4,000. Cuando entramos en la habitación, vimos un poco de rubia en el piso, nos bajamos a la recepción inmediatamente, en el ascensor, uno de los receptores estaba con nosotros, queríamos decirle acerca de la limpieza de la habitación, pero ella no hizo ninguna respuesta, parecía que No fue nada de su negocio. El hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad. Nos alegramos de los servicios del hotel y nos preocupamos por la limpieza del hotel.

The location is excellent, very close to the station. Right behind the hotel, there’s a morning market with a fish market and plenty of delicious local food to try. The room is quite spacious and comfortable. There’s also a beer market with beer on tap nearby, a famous grilled beef tongue restaurant right next door, and an izakaya just across from the hotel, making it very convenient for food and drinks.
