Me he alojado en el Dome Hotel en Aomori muchas veces antes, ¡y siempre es tan bueno como siempre! Baños termales ♨️, helado gratis y ramen gratis después de las 9:30 p. m. son características especiales. La habitación del hotel es limpia, higiénica y cómoda, y el transporte está a unos 5-7 minutos a pie de la estación de Aomori. Hay muchos restaurantes alrededor del hotel donde podrás degustar comida local ¡Comida japonesa especial!

Check-in was very smooth. In fact, they allowed us to check in earlier - about 1 to 2 hours earlier, I think. The room was already ready, so they allocated it to us when we arrived. The room itself was rather small but functional and clean, so we don’t really have any complaints other than it being a bit small. I guess this is Japanese standards. The pricing is fairly more expensive than the inns across the road, perhaps because of the location and also because it is very new. The property itself has a very nice onsen. The female onsen had a lot of apples floating in it, which was a very nice touch to showcase Aomori apples. The front desk staff are very nice and very friendly. They also have staff who can speak Chinese. Not that I am Chinese, but I can speak some Chinese better than Japanese, which I can’t speak at all. Nevertheless, the staff could converse in English, or at least some basic English. There’s free yoga and some classes, but we didn’t utilise them as it’s not really useful for tourists who would rather spend time outside the hotel. This seems more suited for locals who want a short getaway, but still a very lovely touch. Breakfast is paid separately and does not come with the room, so there is no comment on that. The property provides Nespresso capsules in the room, and there is also a better Nespresso machine near the check-in counter. I also love that they provide water for free without having to pay extra. The lounge is available for everybody and overlooks the bridge. They provide some free snacks and drinks depending on the timing - different items in the morning and in the evening. That being said, there is no alcohol being served. Also, the coffee there is very bad. I don’t understand why they don’t put the Nespresso machine in the lounge since they have one at the lobby. Overall, everything was quite perfect for this hotel. In fact, the location was the most perfect part. Once you exit the train station, you enter an elevator that goes up to the hotel. Since it was winter, I was afraid I would need to drag my bags for a long time, but it’s right outside the exit after you tap your card and turn left. If I remember correctly, the elevator is right there and there is no need to go outside at all. However, there are only two elevators servicing the entire building, so there might be some waiting time. I would advise leaving earlier if you have a train to catch. The only reason this is not a full-star review is because I requested about a one-hour late checkout due to our train time, and they told us we needed to pay - if I remember correctly, ¥2,000 per hour. I felt they were very rigid about the 11 am checkout time. To be honest, even if they had given it to us, we probably wouldn’t have used it anyway, as we later decided to change our train time to leave Aomori, since there isn’t much to do here. Still, the rejection and inflexibility made us feel very uneasy and unwelcome. I think they could have handled this better by being less rigid and more human. So that’s minus points from us. After all, this is part of hospitality, and it doesn’t hurt.

La casa de maíz japonesa reservada, originalmente planeada para ir a los lugares de la montaña de Bakutada, es un lugar de la boca y la sopa ácida, pero no hay niñas que se deslizan, no hay coche. Así que todo el viaje puede ver a los nevedores de televisión en el hotel. El propio hotel tiene una buena paisaje y comida. Hay un pequeño supermercado en el hotel (venta de comida sencilla, platos de esquí, etc., sin suministros de vida). El baño es un baño público, y hay accesorios de baño, pero sin exposición. Recomendamos ir a la sala de estar pública, experimentar la sala de estar japonesa, tener piscinas de baño interiores y exteriores, y congeladores gratuitos. El hotel salió a la estación de Qingson a las 9:00 de la mañana, y a las 3:30 de la tarde de Qingson a la estación de tren (reservación anticipada). El taxi de la estación de Qingson a la estación de tren a la hotel 15000 yenes. No se llamaron autos en la temporada de nieve, dependen de la estación de tren del hotel. Este hotel es adecuado para personas que viven en esquí. La escena no es de la temporada de nieve recomendada. (La montaña de nieve adjunta a Qingson es realmente grande, la escena de nieve es hermosa)

Very nice hotel and the Nebuka art work is fabulous. Small rooms (but not unexpected) and a little further from the station than I'd expected. However it's only a block from a wonderful Harbour-side walk, making for a very pleasant 15 walk to Nebuta Museum, the train and bus stations. Very reasonably priced too.

We book this hotel due to full bloom forecast and fortunately not many hotel left for us to choose. First of all a carpet in my room have fungi smell + cigarettes smell, so this is not what we request non smoking room, due to my allergies. Also air purifier filter need to be change it smell and seem dirty.

A bit of a walk from Aomori Station but the hotel and room are well-equipped and has a nice view of the city and surrounding mountains & sea. It was an enjoyable stay and would not hesitate to book this hotel again.

A stylish, modern hotel with reception on the 5th floor. Nice seating or working area near reception, also amenities and a microwave. Room nice and adequate size for a short stay. On arrival the room was prepared for single occupant but this was quickly corrected. Location fine for walking to supermarkets and train/busses.

The overall experience was positive. The breakfast was adequate and good and eventho was until 9am, they allow you to eat breakfast past the time. The checkout time was a tad early at 10am. There are 2 nice restaurants next to hotel and Lawson convenience store nearby and a shopping place too. The best part is we could park our car for free right in front of the hotel. Its located not far from Aomori airport and you could rent a car at the airport, which is right out the gate of the airport. U can book thru Trip for your rental car. The room itself was comfortable. Bed was good, but there was a bad smoking smell all round the room. Luckily there was a filter machine in the room. Room was a bit dark and space was not much to put luggage but adequate. There is a bath tub that i could bath in which was good. They also provide free bathhouse service for guest. The only thing that could be improved is to provide free drinking water to the guest. There is no hot water and no free drinking water. You have to buy from vending machine downstairs.

Less than 5 mins walk to and from JR Shin-Aomori Station (East exit) which also houses the Aomori Tourist Information Centre. I chose to stay near this JR Shin-Aomori station instead of JR Aomori station as the shinkansen doesn’t go to JR Aomori station. I need to take the shinkansen early in the morning on the following day to go to Akita and then transfer to the Akita shinkansen to head to my next accommodation in Tazawako. From JR Shin-Aomori station, it’s convenient to take limited express trains direct to Hirosaki station to visit Hirosaki Castle and Park. It’s also a short journey to JR Aomori station which is where the city centre of Aomori is located. Other than the F&B shops within Shin-Aomori station which close very early around 8pm if I recall correctly, there aren’t any F&B shops around the hotel. Both Family Mart and Lawsons convenience stores are located a few mins walk from the South exit of the train station which is located on the other end of the station.

Stayed 6 nights and was excellent! Left behind phone in the room. Came back after day trip and the phone was still there. This speak highly of the staff integrity. Location is less 5min walk from Aomori Train Station and close to some places of interest and surrounded by restaurants and convenient stores.
