La habitación es amplia y bastante cómoda, aunque tuvimos que pedir cubiertas no proporcionadas, no cocina. La información sobre el hotel y su equipo deberían estar a disposición de los clientes en la habitación. Debí llamar a la recepción, pero no había números. La gran decepción por el acceso al SPA que se ha pagado (los años anteriores se incluyó el SPA) y esta información no aparece en el sitio del hotel. Y lamentablemente, yo había elegido este hotel para disfrutar de un momento de bienestar entre amigos. ¡El registro de los nuevos entrantes es demasiado largo! Hemos esperado 30 minutos (2 parejas en frente de nosotros) para ir a la recepción. A pesar de la limpieza del establecimiento y del personal que acoge, no volveremos a este establecimiento que pide mejoras en algunos puntos negativos (no hay baños en el restaurante, hay que bajar al sótano ...)

Best Western Regina Elena is an average hotel with decent service. Nothing particularly bad, but nothing outstanding either. Parking was a bit pricey, and while the room was okay overall, the bathroom was quite small. Breakfast was simple, with an okay selection — enough to get you started for the day, but nothing memorable. It’s fine for a short stay, but don’t expect anything fancy.

千萬不要來入住，表面光鮮亮麗，實質坑很多，衹能及時止損趕緊離開。這是一家在山區裏的酒店，我訂3天。但不知道要去五漁村必須坐公交車約2小時路程到拉斯佩齊亞轉，且星期天沒有公交，這天要去米蘭，讓酒店退錢不同意，衹能代叫出租車要50歐元。我訂酒店時你不告訴我週日沒車，現在又不退錢有道理嗎。再則，酒店在山裡周邊沒有餐館，衹能訂酒店的，預約號為1號。晚餐跟領班説來點意大利特色的菜品，他推薦肉末意大利麪，最後僅上這份意麪，暈！另桌2號席意大利中登點了份意大利色拉+火腿，邊吃邊朝我眨眼。我強忍把這不算好吃的意麪吃完走人。説好的提供早餐，但要到早晨7：10分才開，公交7：30分到站，走到公交站點也要10分鐘，此後也沒車了，時間被他們卡死。古老之地，今人不放鬆，唯有及時止損，提前2天離開，僅住一晚，損失自理。

I stayed at the Best Western Hotel Nazionale in Sanremo and could not have wished for a better experience. The location is simply perfect: right on Corso Matteotti, just steps away from the famous Teatro Ariston and the sea. The property is elegant and well-maintained in every detail. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and offered the comfort you would expect from a true 4-star hotel. Breakfast, served on the top floor with a spectacular view of the sea and city center, was one of the highlights of my stay: fresh products, a wide selection, and impeccable service. A special thank you to the entire staff, who were exceptionally kind and professional—always ready to fulfill every request with a smile. A particular mention to the reception team, quick and extremely helpful with information and recommendations about the city. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience Sanremo at its best: unbeatable location, excellent comfort, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home. I will definitely be back!

El hotel es muy antiguo y las llaves siguen siendo las originales con dientes. No les permiten sacarlos cuando salen, probablemente porque les preocupa perder las copias. El ascensor tenía una rejilla y temblaba al detenerse, las cortinas estaban extremadamente sucias con una capa de polvo visible a simple vista y el cabecero de la cama estaba suelto. Los hoteles del mismo precio son varios niveles superiores. Lo único bueno es que está cerca de Prince Square, y está convenientemente ubicado cerca de trenes, metro y autobuses.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit alten Möbeln. Lage zentral in der Nähe des Hafens, mit vielen Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe. Frühstück war sehr gut. Dieses Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Nos alojamos aquí por la proximidad a la estación de tren. Era muy fácil ir y volver caminando para coger los trenes a Cinque Terre. La habitación era básica, no muy moderna y bastante pequeña, pero cumplió su función, ya que solo necesitábamos dormir y ducharnos allí.

Había tormenta por la noche cuando llegamos y varios de nosotros casi no pudimos aguantar, pero afortunadamente, el sol brillaba intensamente al día siguiente y vimos la belleza de Riomaggiore, el primer pueblo de Cinque Terre. Instalaciones: El hotel es una villa privada reformada y existen restricciones en el uso de electricidad. En cuanto a la calefacción, empieza a las 6 en punto todas las noches. La calefacción es muy suficiente y secó toda nuestra ropa que quedó empapada por la lluvia. La habitación es demasiado pequeña. Limpieza: La habitación está muy limpia. Medio ambiente: El hotel está en una muy buena ubicación, con hermosos paisajes fuera de la ventana y un pequeño balcón. Servicio: La recepción es muy acogedora.
