Taj Gurugram feels like my second home in India. I stay here for at least 10-15 days every six months and always enjoy the exceptional service and hospitality this hotel provides. They do their utmost to ensure a comfortable and safe stay, which is especially important when traveling solo. Special mention goes to Ritesh from the housekeeping department, who took great care of my room and kept it in excellent condition throughout my stay. I will definitely choose Taj again for my next visit to Gurugram.

Antes de entrar en el hotel, había tiendas como una cabaña de comidas llenas de gente local. Por lo tanto, conducir (taxi) es un poco difícil. El desayuno es vegetariano (tal vez muchos indios), sin bacon o champaña, y no hay café hoy (aunque es un día en tres noches) es una pena que alguien me lo diga. No hay problema, pero no es muy bueno, así que creo que es un precio.

Rooms are clean but a little worn. Bed was firm but ok. The bathroom wallpaper was peeling and a little bit dirty from water / humidity from the shower. Water was quite hot and good pressure in shower. Breakfast was good and reasonable amount of choice but not really a any regular salad options. Table service was great and worth the stay alone ! Tv was not setup properly and I could not choose a working CNN channel to catch up on news. Location was a bit awkward to get to, taxi driver had a make a few u turns in rush hour traffic adding abt 30 mins to our already long journey. (LKO to Gurgaon). Still a good standard of service, which is why we chose a Hyatt. (Couple traveling from USA).

The swimming pool and fitness center are well-maintained, offering a great way to unwind after a busy day. I also had the opportunity to dine at their restaurants, and I must say the food was delicious with a wide variety of options that catered to all tastes. What truly sets Trident Gurgaon apart is the service. Every staff member I interacted with was polite, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They were always ready to assist with any request, making my stay both convenient and enjoyable. Overall, my week-long stay at Trident Gurgaon was a memorable experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gurgaon, whether for business or leisure. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip!

It’s not bad for the price. A bit far from the medanta hospital

The hotel is clean and well facilitated with great food! It takes a little bit from the center of Gurgaon but the quality except for the staff is great. Gym and pool are good to use. The staff did not set the water bottle and I asked. A staff member came to my room with them and asked for a good review by using a Google map review. Also, as bugs were in the hotel room, a staff changed my room to other. The staff said she would bring my stuff to a new room but it was not finished and I brought them to a new room. Sometimes I could not understand the staff.

Good clean rooms, quiet and plesent stay, with all amenities. Staff is also friendly, smooth checkin process and you can order food from outside also like zomato.
