To the Killashee team… A quick message to thank you and all staff who made our wedding day so special. All the staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, ensuring at the day was run smoothly. All guest agreed that the food was outstanding. From start to finish, the day was so relaxed and the attention to detail was next level, the staff from front house & wedding team never said no to any request or the last-minute changes. A special word to Finnella, Manoel, Rafael, Phillip, we couldn’t have done it without you and Killashee Team, nothing was problem. Thank You to help and be part of Our special day. Stayed here for one night last weekend while attending a funeral in Dublin,lovely hotel with great staff from front desk too the cleaning staff all helpful and very polite,really are a credit to the hotel and I can't compliment the staff enough had food in bar was very nice as was breakfast next morning plenty of choice,room was very spacious and very comfortable,would recommend the hotel no problem at all and is perfectly located will definitely be back again thanks too all at lawlors

Fabulous hotel, will 100% be returning. It is amazing for children, so much to do. They have kids club, an amazing family pool, and a playground nearby. They provided a teepee tent for the kids and this was an awesome surprise. Also close to Emerald Park. Staff are excellent so helpful and know what they are doing. Room was spotless, service was great and food was delicious. Also there is the option to eat at the lovely cafe they have at the hotel. Both the cafe and restaurant serve gorgeous food. Highly recommend this hotel, outstanding experience. Thank you.

One of the worst stays I’ve had in a hotel. My daughter booked three rooms for us and a dinner in the Palmer. Asked if we could have three rooms close by each other when we arrived. Not possible. Two rooms on one floor one on the floor below. No information given at reception. Had to ask three times where the breakfast room was. After having a drink in the bar we returned to our room which had a foul smell. Duty manager moved us after inspecting the room and yes there was a room magically available on the same floor as the other two rooms and just across the hall. To be fair he was very apologetic and a ted very promptly. In the lead up to our arrival the staff member communicating with my daughter insisted we supply the names for each room in order to personalise them! No personalisation. No welcome message apart from bizarrely 3 cartons of ribena in one room, two in another and one in the third! Dinner in the Palmer was a farce. Unorganised chaos. We got a drink and our order was taken then no one came near us again for the full 45 minutes we stayed there. My husband never got his main course. When finally a staff member said it had been forgotten and she would bring it in 10 minutes we gave up. The lovely man who drives the shuttle was mortified when we told him how bad the service was. Such a shame as the food we did get was lovely. Back to the hotel and asked the lady masquerading as a concierge where we could sit for a quiet drink. Again got over there! So we went to the cocktail lounge where by the staff member took our order then pointed at my youngest who is 15 and said “ is she 18?” We said no so he said we needed to move next door. No problem but surely we could have been told this at check in or when we asked where we should sit. No turn down service on the new room. Breakfast was wonderful the following morning and the food and beverage manager spoke to my husband to apologise. They did take off the price of the dinner we didn’t receive off by then I was so glad to leave.
