Waktu check in menunggu agak lama karena memang di jam 14.00 . Mungkin mesin self check in bisa dimaksimalkan agar tamu bisa check in mandiri. Untuk area kamar bersih, area toilet bersih tetapi area balkon masih ada abu rokok. Makanan dan minuman di cafe harga nya affordable dan rasanya lumayan enak.

Recientemente me quedé en el Hotel El Royal Bandung para un viaje de negocios, y en general fue una experiencia agradable y conveniente.
La ubicación del hotel es una de sus mayores ventajas estrategicamente situada en el corazón de Bandung, lo que le facilita el acceso a distritos de negocios, zonas comerciales y opciones de comidas.
La habitación era limpia, cómoda y bien equipada con instalaciones esenciales como un escritorio, Wi-Fi estable y suficiente iluminación, lo que lo hizo apropiado para trabajar después de horas. La cama también fue lo suficientemente cómoda para asegurar un buen descanso antes de las reuniones.

My stay was very enjoyable. The view is truly breathtaking and one of the highlights of the hotel. The facilities are diverse and well-maintained, offering many options for guests. There is also a small grocery store inside the hotel, which is a new and convenient idea that I really liked 👍🏻
The food was delicious and varied, and the laundry service was fast and well organized — I really appreciated that.
However, room cleanliness needs more attention and stronger disinfectant scents to feel fresher. Also, they do not allow delivery drivers to go up to the rooms, which was a bit inconvenient.

Overall check in and check out smooth and fast.
Hotel open the buffet for “sahur” even the choices not too many.
The room was clean, have nice view and balcony.
To get to fish pond, green house need quite effort, a bit challenging if you’re fasting.
The staff very helpful and nice.

It has quite good parking space as compared to other budget hotels at Bogor. Stayed here for our trip to Taman Safari Bogor. Room was nice, slightly huge, bed was fine, everything was perfect for a perfect one night stay. Would definitely recommend it!

Lavaba la piscina , las cubiertas de agua no están bien diseñadas para que el agua de la cubierta de la piscina fluya siempre a la parte superior de la vanidad y caiga en el suelo que hizo el suelo más húmedo del tiempo .
La ubicación es en el buen punto pero no puede ir a ninguna parte porque no nos sentimos seguros de caminar por aquí .

El hotel está en una ubicación excelente, junto al centro comercial. El servicio era excelente y tiene un personal amigable. Hay agua fuga de la ventana cuando llueve en mi habitación y el personal tuvo una respuesta y acción rápidas. El desayuno está bien y está situado en el techo.

Actually, I've been wanting to stay at this hotel for a long time, it's really my dream, in the end I ended up staying with a friend, there was a little story that wasn't good, my friend's bed sheets and pillows a bit dirty, maybe they weren't changed or they weren't properly check. I recommended this hotel to her ,which wasn't good, I asked for the bed sheets to be changed, in the morning I had to leave immediately at the time I booked the hotel, not including breakfast because I was in a hurry, the photo below then went upstairs I think 5 minutes take the photo above for a moment, I wanted to see the view, there was an employee said that to take photos, you have to wait for breakfast to finish, namely 10 o'clock, hmmmhmmmm, the story is in a hurry, long story short, for the overall experience, the cleanliness is 4/5 for the view nice , but better you have time to a relaxing stay

VVenisya Violetta¡Gracias por la agradable estancia! ¡Fue una experiencia tan sorprendente y nos disfrutamos de los momentos. En primer lugar, el personal era muy amable, amable y útil. Terrible servicio al cliente! La habitación era muy limpia, agradable y perfecta para una vista sorprendente.
Pero también hay algunos problemas que quiero plantear. En el hotel, el hotel se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está en el centro de la ciudad. Pero no podemos cenar donde estaba el escritorio porque, sólo había una silla disponible. Por eso tuvimos que mover la mesa pesada para cerrar la enorme sofá. He pedido la mesa de troley, pero, aparentemente, no pueden dejar que lo usemos.
En segundo lugar, la sopa estaba fría. Qué era muy decepcionante :( acababa de tener un par de limones y no puedo tomarlo más.
Bueno, supongo que esos eran la parte menor de mi estancia. Pero, en general nos disfrutamos de nuestra estancia allí. Ah, otra cosa! El jugo de bife balsamico angus fue el mejor plato! ¡Eso vale la pena probar!

UUsuario anónimoWe booked a room for family and also ordered extra bed so the room could accomodate for 5 people and it was large enough to still have extra space for luggages and praying. The cleanliness was on top and the amenities were complete. The front desk was also very kind in accepting our request of luggage keeping and extra bed and breakfast, and the location of the hotel is also really close to Tol Pasteur, so I would totally love to visit again. Nearby is also full of food and restaurants!

TTravellingmaudeFrom arrival to checkout, the stay felt warm and welcoming. Staff greeted us kindly and were consistently courteous throughout, which set a good tone from the start.
The room was very spacious, and being on the 18th floor, we had a lovely view over Bandung. The bed was excellent — super comfortable with great pillows. I fell asleep almost immediately, which says a lot. Facilities overall were solid and worked well.
The furniture shows a bit of age, but it still feels classic and well maintained rather than run down. The only real downside was the bathroom shower. The shower head is old and the water flow was uneven, which took away slightly from the experience. Towels, however, were clean and perfectly fine.
Breakfast was a highlight. A wide spread with lots of local options, including jamu and rebusan. It was fun sampling different traditional flavours, and the variety made breakfast something to look forward to rather than just routine.
Location is another plus. The hotel is just a short walk from Braga City Walk, making it very convenient for exploring the area, dining out, or taking an evening stroll.
Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay with excellent service, a great bed, and a strong breakfast offering. With a small update to the bathroom fittings, it would be even better.

UUsuario invitadoThe hotel provides excellent service in every aspect. All the staff are being very nice, friendly, and helpful from the very start we came until we left the hotel.
In addition, I took a note about the water when having a breakfast, the next day the representative approached me and showed some gratitude for filling the survey and gave me complimentary cake.
It was the cake I love that I mentioned before.
Thank you to Mr. Lucky & all the F&B staff for the nice gesture.
And for the hotel itself, the atmosphere, location, food - everything was great! Will definitely come back another day. Keep up the good work! 😊

UUsuario invitadoTravelers w/children are not advised to stay here, especially those w/ allergies. Our room was extremely dusty, my family and I caught a cold.
The 2nd day, I asked to move rooms. They helped us! My suggestion is to vacuum every room after each guest checks out. This is because of the use of carpets.
For breakfast, everything was delicious and varied. Thank you for your hospitality.

GgoldenspringOverall, we enjoyed our stay. It’s quite compact and convenient for a family vacation: you can see animals, watch shows, and enjoy activities all within the area without needing to go elsewhere.
It’s especially suitable if you have a small baby like us. Bringing a baby to the bigger Taman Safari might be overwhelming, so this feels like a good “starter pack” to still create memories. I’d recommend coming in the morning before check-in, enjoying the facilities, staying overnight, and going to the pool again in the morning before check-out—perfect for a short escape.
One thing I wish was different is that some rides still require additional payment. It’s not expensive, but that’s exactly why it feels like it should be included for hotel guests. Paying extra on top of the room rate makes it feel a bit petty.
We stayed at the Leopard Hotel, and unfortunately, the walls were quite thin. We could hear noise from the next room (including loud music) and from the hallway, which was not ideal since we have a baby who naps during the day. Considering the price, the room experience didn’t feel optimal.
On the positive side, we visited during Ramadan and the staff were very accommodating. They woke us up for sahur via phone call and even provided a wara-wiri car pickup. When we booked buka puasa at the restaurant, they kindly gave us a table near the aquarium, our baby loved it.
Overall, despite a few drawbacks, it was still an okay experience for us.

At first, it raised some doubts, but upon arrival, the concept of the hotel as a hidden getaway became clear. The property and parking area are spacious, and the cool, windy atmosphere is definitely a positive aspect.
That said, the room experience did not fully align with the price point or the expectations of a four-star hotel. The deluxe room felt rather small, with very limited space for praying. Several basic details were also missing or poorly maintained: a broken bedside table that was only available on one side, no toothbrush cup or hand soap in the bathroom, and an overall interior that felt dated, with peeling paint visible in several areas, including the room door. The door lock also did not feel particularly secure, which affected comfort.
When I raised these issues and requested a room change, the front desk staff responded promptly and moved me to a better room. This quick response is appreciated. However, the explanation given suggested a lack of internal coordination, particularly between housekeeping and the sales team, which ideally should be better managed.
On the positive side, the Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable. Dinner at the restaurant was acceptable—nothing outstanding, but satisfactory. There are limited activities available for adults, and due to the hotel’s secluded location, guests should plan their own transportation. Ride-hailing services and taxis are available, but waiting times can be longer because of how hidden the hotel is.
Overall, the hotel offers a calm environment, a large property, and pleasant weather. However, in terms of room size, basic amenities, and interior condition, the experience feels closer to a 3.5-star hotel rather than a full four-star standard. With better room maintenance and attention to small but important details, this hotel could significantly improve the guest experience.
