Las instalaciones eran muy buenas, pero porque era nueva, encontrar la ubicación era muy difícil (dijeron en Google Maps que estaba mal y no había señales para ayudar a los nuevos venidos a encontrarla) y el servicio era decepcionante. El sitio web dijo que podíamos inspeccionar en 14.00 pero cuando llegamos a tiempo, dijeron que el inspeccionamiento estaba en 15.00, así que esperamos pero no hasta 16.00-ish y preguntó por qué se tomaba tanto tiempo nos dimos nuestras habitaciones (que tampoco era lo que pedimos para esperar más tiempo El hotel tiene un buen servicio de limpieza, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer.

The overall experience was amazing. Though situated in a slightly distant countryside making it relatively hard to reach, the location itself was impeccable with the view of the ocean and the individual islands around. The drive to the hotel is not too bad as the roads are usually well-maintained with minimal potholes. The rooms were amazing, including the facilities, amenities, and waking up to the ocean view was an unreal experience. The food in general was not bad, with a noteworthy shoutout to the Way Manom restaurant by the beach. The other restaurant, Haru, is outshone by the food offered in Way Manom, but still serves food that are up to standard. The only underwhelming experience was the grand piano that was available to the public to play. Though the sign beside it says to unleash the inner chopin to the public, it is seemingly impossible to do so as the piano was under-maintained and out-of-tune with rusty strings and damp keys, making the sound it produces miles from the piano's capabilities. Overall, this is a wonderful experience.

Es muy recomendado para aquellos que quieren quedarse y continuar un vuelo. Hay un transbordador gratuito al aeropuerto. El restaurante es delicioso. He estado aquí muchas veces. Cuando el vuelo de la mañana pidió el desayuno en la falsa distancia y se preparó en la mañana con una caja de menú de arroz frito, nodos de cacay y pollo de soja. Muy satisfecho con esto junto a indomaret, un poco de alfamaret. A la frente de la pomponina. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero el hotel está muy bien situado.

The ratings are strictly based on those categories. Seriously, I am unsure about the other floors but on the 21st floor, the sound proofing between rooms and ceiling is horrendous. Chatter and movement of furniture, water sound from the tap can be heard clearly.. its from a non connecting room. Staff are really polite and helpful I must say. Gym facilities is excellent. As for the pool, if you are a non-smoker, you may prefer to avoid it as smoking is allowed on some seating areas. The shopping mall is not in operation yet so consider your options before you book.

Overall I had a good stay at the hotel. Location is excellent and it has coffee oey out front to hang out also indomaret and alfamart just accross the street is really convenient. A/C and the water was excellent as well. However, the bed has some kind of beach sands when I stay, so I have to remake the bed and get rid of those sands. Also, one thing that need improvement is you should put ”quiet” sign or something like that since many kids was running along the hall and make terrible noise. If this can be improved you have awesome hotel when guest can stay comfortably.

The room is decent, breakfast could have more options in them. The other two downsides are that the hotel provides no toiletries except for soap and shampoo, and the wall between rooms is too thin.

View kamar nya oke, kebersihan oke, cuma mmg agak jauh dari keramaian kota, poolnya lumayan bersih, breakfast makanan ckup bervariatif dgn harga segitu dan view resto nya mantap, kamar mandi bersih cm kurang wangi, overall wortit buat yg mau staycation 👌

雖然房間裏面的家具有點舊，但是品質很好，很有沉澱，整個酒店服務非常棒，體驗很好，如果去了還會住，一點也不喧鬧，有種隔絕的寧靜感，不錯不錯！
