Hotel location near mall however there’s nothing surrounding the hotel. The mall itself not much to see.
The room is very basic and standard, the TV only have local channels.
The breakfast though many choices and they are tasty.

The room is decent, breakfast could have more options in them. The other two downsides are that the hotel provides no toiletries except for soap and shampoo, and the wall between rooms is too thin.

Grand Elty Krakatoa is a total hidden gem, offering an incredible beachfront experience for just 630k IDR per night. My stay was a fantastic ”good deal” because the price already included a delicious breakfast and a room that was impressively clean, fresh-smelling, and featured a private balcony with a stunning direct view of the ocean. The resort offers exclusive access to a private beach area which is perfect for activities, though keep in mind it’s a rugged coral beach rather than fine sand, so it’s more about the dramatic views and coastal vibes. Despite visiting during a busy holiday period where the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, the service remained friendly and accommodating, making the overall experience feel seamless. For the price, comfort, and those unbeatable morning views, I’m giving this stay a solid 4.5/5

Es una habitación limpia y agradable, pero mi habitación estaba en el rincón y cubierta por una pared, así que no pude ver la vista,
Feedback: es mejor establecer un secador de pelo para que se vea y se sienta más completo, completa instalaciones muestran el valor de una buena propiedad

Amazing selection of breakfast.
Room is new, clean, neat and tidy
Don’t forget to ask for the mountain view from the corner room. The view is stunning.
Service, cannot be better especially service from Mba Dwi from the restaurant and the receptionist who helped me during check in (forgot to see the name tag)
Definitely recommended and will stay here again.

We booked hotel room through application, was great price however when we arrived and saw the hotel room. We found out that the bed cover was dirty, has blood stain, pillow case seems like not change cz there was a lot of black dot, found lizard on the hanging paint.
We did complain to FO desk, they handled the complain very well. Gave us updated 2nd room which is larger unfortunately we found bed ticks. Lastly, they upgrade us at business room which is was clean and we request them to change everything on the bed since we bring our infant with us.
Great hospitality for the staff at lina restaurant which make our night better with the service and food.
Breakfast was great as well.

Como los visitantes de vehículos privados también necesitan asegurar el estacionamiento, no calor ni lluvia.

Sorry but i had a view complaint about the hotel
First is the lift, it is annoying that we had to switch lift just to go to the lobby and concierge
Mall is not open yet so it is not quite like the advertising
Plus dialing the receptions could really took a long time to pick up.
Amenities are so basic.
Even the soap and shampoo smells like reguler brand. I dont know, but i can not recommend this hotel for future stay. 🙏

RRijkSomewhat tired looking hotel, which could use an upgrade (paint, for example). The bed and shower were good, breakfast is mainly catering Asians, which is the hotel’s main target audience. But the staff are not very accommodating when asking for alternatives. Part is due to language barriers, but in other hotels, staff use Google translate fluently to deal with such barriers. I hope the staff of this hotel will practice more with translate apps.
Initially we were offered free shuttle services and two additional hours before check out time. The next day we had to renegotiate this agreement, which was not due to a language barrier because our Indonesian friend had requested this. The renegotiation was probably due to poor communication among staff shifting work.
The hotel is well situated for travellers: just 5 minutes from the airport. There’s a small supermarket next door and several ATMs nearby.

UUsuario invitadoA perfect stay in a perfect location. Everything meets our satisfaction. Smooth check in check out, a spacious room with good aircon, kettle, fridge and spotless working bathroom. A big shout to all the staff from housekeeping, breakfast restaurant, reception, porter and secure staff. A special mention to the chefs who make delicious and plentiful breakfast we absolutely enjoy every morning. The best nasi kebuli I've ever had, so delish, so moreish, so perfect. The only thing is only 1 same sweet sambal everyday which would be better if homemade and varied. I would like to stay in the hotel group if they have them in different cities because I found Lampung is too small, and infrastructure to further beautiful areas such as The Sharks Teeth Beach are very bad, unfortunately I won't go back to this amazing hotel.
